- چکیده انگلیسی: The synthesis of nanoparticles from biological processes is evolving a new era of research interests in nanotechnology. The aim of this study was to determined antibacterial activity of silver nanoparticles produced by Rosmarinus officinalis L leaf extract against some human pathogenic bacteria. The formation and characterisation of AgNPs were confirmed by UV-Vis spectroscopy, energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDX), X-ray diraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). All strains were obtained from standard laboratory and the minimum inhibitory concentrations were investigated by microdulition method.The result show that, the levels of MIC was observed ranges from 1.25 to 2.5 mg/ml. The highest MIC value was observed against S.pneumoniae, Hafnia alvei, S. saprophyticus.

- چکیده انگلیسی: The aim study antibacterial effects of silver nanoparticles against resistant strains of E.coli bacteria.12 strains of E. coli strains arising urinary infection were isolated from hospitalized patient in zabolhospitals. Minimum inhibitory concentration of winter cherry were determined by dilution method in various concentration on bacteria. The highest MIC values was found to be 100ppm against one E.coli and the least MIC values was observed in 12.5 ppm. This work, integrates nanotechnology and bacteriology, leading to possible advances in the formulation of new types of bactericides.

- چکیده: هدف اصلی مطالعه حاضر بررسی انعکاس تفکر انتقادی در کتاب های زبان تخصصی سازمان سمت میباشد. بدین منظور، سه کتاب شامل انگلیسی برای دانشجویان دامپزشکی، انگلیسی برای دانشجویان روانشناسی و انگلیسی برای دانشجویان مهندسی عمران بر اساس مدل پیترسون مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند تامیزان بکارگیری انواع سوالات خواندن انتقادی را مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گیرد. نتایج نشان داد که تقریبا نیمی از تمرینات سوالات عمومی را انعکاس میدادند نه سوالات انتقادی. نتایج آزمون خی دو نشان داد که اگرچه تفاوت معناداری در مورد بکارگیری سوالات انتقادی در این سه کتاب وجود ندارد اما تفاوت معناداری بین انواع مختلف سوالات انتقادی در کتب وجود دارد. نتایج تحلیل مسیر یک راهه نیز نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری در سطح تفکر انتقادی دانشجویان رشته های وجود ندارد.
بررسی کتاب های زبان تخصصی طراحی شده در ایران و دانشجویان بر اساس دیدگاه تفکر انتقادی- چکیده انگلیسی: The main purpose of this study is to investigate the reflection of critical thinking in ESAP textbooks developed by SAMT in Iran. To this end, three textbooks including English for Students of Veterinary Medicine (Medical Sciences), English for Students of Psychology (Soft Sciences) and English for Students of Сivil Engineering (Hard Sciences) were analyzed based on Peterson’s model to identify the frequency of different types of critical reading questions. Moreover, 153 students of these majors filled out a critical thinking questionnaire. The results showed that approximately half of the exercises reflect general reading questions not critical reading questions in ESAP textbooks. The results of Chi-Square tests showed that while there is not any significant difference between the applications of critical reading questions in the ESAP textbooks, there is a significant difference between different types of critical reading questions in ESAP textbooks. In addition, the results of the one-way ANOVA showed that there is not any significant difference between critical thinking of students of the three majors.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background and aims: Disease causing bacteria have always been considered a major cause of morbidity and mortality in humans. The appearance of resistant microorganisms paved the way to the occurrence of infections that are only treated by a limited number of antimicrobial agents. The present study was, the antimicrobial effects of Rosmarinus officinalis and Glycyrrhiza glabra extract against some pathogens.
Methods: In this study, the antibacterial activity using 9 Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacterial strains includes: Streptococcus pyogenes ATCC® 19615, Streptococcus pneumoniae ATCC 49619, S. saprophyticus ATCC®15305, Hafnia alvei ATCC 51873, Acinetobacter baumannii ATCC 19606, Enterococcus faecalis ATCC 29212, Proteus mirabilis ATCC 35659, Serratia marcescens ATCC 274 and Staphylococcus aureus ATCC® 25923 with micro dilution methods was studied. The MIC, MBC were studied also, resistance of these bacteria to standard antibiotics such as erythromycin, cefixime, ceftazidime, tetracycline, ampicillin and amikacin were compared.
Results: In this study, the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was used. The levels of MIC of R. officinalis were in ranges from 6.25 to 25 mg/ml. The highest MIC value was observed at 25 ppm against S. pyogenes, S. pneumoniae and P. mirabilis and the levels of MIC of G. glabra were in ranges from 6.25 to 12.5 ppm. The highest MIC value was observed at 12.5 ppm against S. pyogenes, S. pneumoniae, P. mirabilis and S. marcescens.
Conclusion: In important human pathogens, drug resistance is increasing according to the results of this study, and may be proposed that this plant can be used as a drug. It can be a good way to replace herbs with chemical drugs.- انتشار مقاله: 02-10-1395
