- چکیده: گل مریم یکی از گل های شاخه بریده مهم با گلچه های معطر میباشد. برای افزایش عمر گلجایی این گل، استفاده از محلول های نگهدارنده مناسب امری ضروری است. بدین منظور از دو نوع تیمار شمیایی و طبیعی استفاده شد. تیمارهای مورداستفاده شامل بنزیل آدنین (50، 100 و 150 میلی گرم در لیتر)، عصارههای رزماری و اکالیپتوس (12، 25 و 50 درصد) و عصاره میوه نارنج (3، 4، 5 و 6 میلیلیتر در لیتر) بود و از ساکارز 4 درصد در تمامی محلولها استفاده شد. صفات اندازهگیری شامل عمر گلجایی، کیفیت ظاهری، درصد بازشدن گلچه، وزن تر نسبی، جذب محلول، مواد جامد محلول، کلروفیلa،b و کلروفیل کل، بودند. نتایج نشان داد بیشترین عمر گلجایی در تیمار بنزیل آدنین 50 میلی گرم در لیتر (66/11 روز) و کمترین عمر گلجایی در تیمار شاهد و عصاره رزماری 50 درصد (33/6 روز) حاصل شد. بیشترین درصد بازشدن گلچهها مربوط به تیمار بنزیل آدنین 150 میلی گرم بود. بیشترین وزن تر نسبی و جذب محلول به ترتیب در تیمار بنزیل آدنین 100 و 50 میلی گرم در لیتر حاصل شد و بیشترین میزان مواد جامد محلول در تیمار عصاره اکالیپتوس 12 درصد حاصل شد. همچنین بیشترین میزان کلروفیل a، b و کل، مربوط به تیمار عصاره نارنج 5/4 میلی لیتر در لیتر بود. به طورکلی نتایج نشان داد اگرچه گلهای تیمارشده با بنزیل آدنین بیشترین عمر گلجایی را داشتند اما ترکیبات طبیعی بهویژه عصارههای اکالیپتوس و نارنج تاثیر معنیداری در عمر گلجایی و سایر صفات اندازهگیری شده گل بریده مریم داشتند و به عنوان یک ترکیب ساده، سالم و ارزان قیمت قابلیت استفاده دارند.
- چکیده انگلیسی: Tuberose (Polianthes tuberosa) is one of the most important cut flowers with fragrant buds. To prolong vase life of tuberose, proper preservative solution applying is necessary. For this purpose, two types of chemical and natural treatments were used. Applied treatments were benzyladenine (50, 100, and 150 mg l-1), the extracts of rosemary and Eucalyptus (12, 25 and 50%) and sour orange fruit extract (3, 4, 5 and 6 ml l-1). Sucrose 4% was used in all solutions. Measured characteristics included the vase life, the percentage of opening of the buds, the relative fresh weight, the solution absorption, the total soluble solids, chlorophyll a, b and total chlorophyll. The results showed that the maximum vase life was obtained in benzyladenine treatment of 50 mg l-1 (11.66 days) and the minimum vase life was obtained in the control treatment and rosemary extract of 50% (6.33 days). The highest percentage of buds opening was related to the benzyladenine treatment of 150 mg l-1. The maximum relative fresh weight and solution absorption were obtained in the benzyladenine treatments of 100 and 50 mg l-1, respectively and the maximum amount of total soluble solids was obtained in Eucalyptus extract treatment of 12 %. In addition, the maximum amount of chlorophyll a, b and total was related to the treatment of sour orange fruit extract of 4.5 mg l-1. In general, the results showed that benzyladenine had the maximum vase life but, natural compounds especially the extracts of Eucalyptus and sour orange had the significant effect on the vase life and the other traits of tuberose cut flowers and they can be used as simple, healthy and cheap compounds.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Magnolia soulangeanais a big shrub or a small tree with an irregular growth mode anda spring flowering tree whose large flowers appears before the emergence of leaves. Blossoms will be reflowed in early summer. To evaluate the effect of different concentrations of indole butyric acid and the proper time ofbetter rooting forMagnoliasoulangeana cuttings, anexperiment was conducted in 2013-2014 inGorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources Research. Five prepared levels of indole butyric acid of zero, 1000, 2000,4000,6000 mg L-1and the bottom of cuttings were put in the above solution for five seconds, and then they were kept under mist system within the context of the greenhouse for 75 d and after that,they were removed for measuring the desired parameters. The highest percentage of rooting, the average number of roots, the average length of roots and establishment percentage related to 4000 mg L-1attendance was in late June. All traits under study were significant at the level of 1%. Cuttingin late Junehad positive impact for all traits under study, such as rooting percentage, callusing percentage, root number, and root length.After all, the concentration of 4000 mg L-1 of indole butyric acid in which the largest test number and highest percentage of survival can be seen is considered as one of the best hormonal treatments.

- چکیده انگلیسی: In order to investigate the use of natural and healthy treatments and reduction of the risks of using chemicals at the preservative solutions of cut flowers, Eucalyptus extracts (12,25, 50%), rosemary (12, 25, 50%), sour orange (4.5 ml l-1) combined with 4% sucrose were used in vase solution of tuberose. This experiment was performed in a completely randomized design with factorial arrangement in three replications. Traits of vase life, the percentage of opening buds, total soluble solids, solution uptake, relative fresh weight, chlorophyll a, b and total chlorophyll were evaluated. The maximum and minimum vase life were obtained for the flowers treated with Eucalyptus extract of 50% + sour orange fruit extract (11.33 days) and control group (6.33 days), respectively. The treatment of rosemary extract of 50% + sour orange extract had the highest percentage of the opening buds and relative fresh weight. The highest total soluble solids and solution uptake were related to treatments of Eucalyptus extract of 25% + sour orange extract and Eucalyptus extract of 50% + sour orange extract, respectively. Flowers treated with Eucalyptus extract of 12% + rosemary extract had the maximum chlorophyll a, b and total chlorophyll. The combination of the extracts of rosemary and Eucalyptus with sour orange fruit extract improves the vase life and some physiological traits of it. Since the environment is faced with serious risks, the use of harmful chemicals to extend the life of horticultural products is not explainable. Thus, the use of natural, safe, inexpensive and available for preservative solutions of the cut flowers is an appropriate way to minimize harm to the environment.

Hearing loss is one of the most common problems in elderly people. Functional side effects of hearing loss are various. Due to the fact that hearing loss is the common impairment in elderly people; the importance of its possible effects on auditory memory is undeniable. This study aims to focus on the hearing loss effects on auditory memory.
Materials and Methods:
Dichotic Auditory Memory Test (DVMT) was performed on 47 elderly people, aged 60 to 80; that were divided in two groups, the first group consisted of elderly people with hearing range of 24 normal and the second one consisted of 23 elderly people with bilateral symmetrical ranged from mild to moderate Sensorineural hearing loss in the high frequency due to aging in both genders.
Results:
Significant difference was observed in DVMT between elderly people with normal hearing and those with hearing loss (P<0.22). According to the correlation test between Pure Tone Average (PTA) and the mean score of DVMT, increasing PTA resulted in reduction of DVMT score and this result was seen in both genders and all of the studied subjects.
Conclusion:
Apart from aging, age-related hearing loss has shown significant effect on auditory verbal memory. This result depicts the importance of auditory intervention to make better communicational skills and therefore auditory memory in this population.- انتشار مقاله: 08-09-1391

- چکیده انگلیسی: A specific type of mesopore extrudates gamma alumina was prepared; which is applied as the catalyst in the heavy oil hydrodesulfurization unit. Extrudates gamma alumina has been devised the boehmite powder; several samples have been utilized to investigate the concentration and the number of acetic acid treatment effects on the textural properties. Textural properties of catalyst support have been characterized by X-Ray Diffraction, N2-adsorption/desorption techniques, the best results were observed at 25% acetic acid after three times treatments. The active metals (3.71%Molybdenium &1.43%Nickle) have been impregnated on the catalyst support. The prepared catalyst determined by X-Ray Fluorescence, N2- adsorption/desorption, bench-scale reactor test, NH3-Temperature Programmed Desorption and Radial Strength techniques.

- چکیده انگلیسی: A particular type of mesopore extrudates gamma alumina was prepared; which is used as the catalyst in the heavy oil desulfurization unit. Extrudates gamma-alumina support has been made of the boehmite powder from Nephlinsinite mine ores (Surface Area (S.A.) >200 m2/g, Pore Volume (P.V.) =0.48 cm3/g, Average Pore Diameter (A.P.D.) = 8.10 nm); then, many samples of extrudate gamma-alumina (γ-Al2O3) have been created to carry out a research the thermal and ammonia treatments under various operating situations (thermal effect 25,40,60,80 and 100ºC and Consecutive treatments) so as to exhibit the effects of different operating conditions on the pore volume and diameter in the prepared γ-Al2O3 heavy oil catalyst support. Textural properties of catalyst support have been identified by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), N2-adsorption/desorption, FT-IR, radial strength, and Loss of Ignition (L.O.I) methods. The best effect of the ammonia treatment on the extrudate γ-Al2O3 support was observed after three ammonia treatments at 80ºC; under those circumstances, the resulted catalyst support has the highest amount of resemblance along with the commercial sample (S.A.=215.75 m2/g, P.V.=0.83 cm3/g, A.P.D. =15.49nm).

- چکیده انگلیسی: In this study, we have been involved in the synthesis and characterization studies of a new cyclotriorganophosphazenes complex with protected phloroglusine ligand. Firstly,we synthesized hexachlorocyclotirphosphazene from ammonium chloride and phosphorus pentachloride reaction and then two hydroxyl groups of the phloroglusine ligand were protected with methyl iodide and tosyl chloride. Finally, the deprotonated and protected phloroglusine was reacted as an oxygen-containing ligand with hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene in the ratio of 6:1 in THF as a solvent, All of Cl atoms were substituted with hydroxyl groups of ligand to give a new product. This product identified by a series of spectroscopic techniques including FT-IR,31P NMR, 13C NMR, 1H NMR and mass spectrometry
