- چکیده انگلیسی: An edge-cut $F$ of a connected graph $G$ is called a restricted edge-cut if $G-F$ contains no isolated vertices. The minimum cardinality of all restricted edge-cuts is called the restricted edge-connectivity $λ'(G)$ of $G$. A graph $G$ is said to be $λ'$-optimal if $λ'(G)=xi(G)$, where $xi(G)$ is the minimum edge-degree of $G$. A graph is said to be super-$λ'$ if every minimum restricted edge-cut isolates an edge.
In this paper, first, we provide a short proof of a previous theorem about the sufficient condition for $λ'$-optimality in triangle-free graphs, which was given in [J. Yuan and A. Liu, Sufficient conditions for $λ_k$-optimality in triangle-free graphs, Discrete Math., 310 (2010) 981--987]. Second, we generalize a known result about the sufficient condition for triangle-free graphs being super-$λ'$ which was given by Shang et al. in [L. Shang and H. P. Zhang, Sufficient conditions for graphs to be $λ'$-optimal and super-$λ'$, Network}, 309 (2009) 3336--3345].

- چکیده انگلیسی: Novel cyclic olefin polymers (COPs) derived from bulky cyclic olefins, tricyclodipentadiene (TCPD) and tricyclo[6.4.0.19,12]-tridec-10-ene (TTE), with high glass transition temperature (Tg), excellent thermal stability, and high transparency, have been synthesized by ring-opening metathesis polymerization (ROMP) and subsequent hydrogenation. ROMP of TCPD and TTE was carried out successfully without gel formation using a WCl6/i-Bu3Al/Et-OH/hexene catalyst system at room temperature. By changing the TCPD/TTE molar ratio, the optimized catalyst component ratio for the polymerization varied. Chemical structures of the unsaturated and hydrogenated polymers were characterized by 1H NMR technique. Thermal properties of these newly synthesized polymers were determined using TGA and DSC measurements. The degradation temperatures (Td) were all above 420°C in N2, indicating that all these copolymers had excellent thermal stability. After hydrogenation, Tg of ROMP polymers was decreased by 30-60°C. The Tg of h-pTCPD reached as high as about 230°C. The light transmittances of these polymer films were also analyzed using UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy. A high light transmittance of up to 92% was found by UV-Vis absorption spectra for these polymer films.

- چکیده انگلیسی: The present research intends to understand the influence of manager’s perception of quality of work life and Ego-Strength on their Organizational commitment. The study was carried out in different private and public organizations located in Delhi. Data were collected from 300 managers. Analysis of the data was done using stepwise multiple regression analysis and t-test. Results revealed that only Quality of work life has predicted Organizational Commitment in both the measured groups of managers. Results further revealed significant difference between managers of private and public undertakings on all the measured variables. The findings imply that the organizations in both the sectors need to understand and manage managers’ Ego-Strength and provide them with suitable interpersonal atmosphere to strengthen their ego so that their level of Organizational commitment could be enhanced. Results are explained in the light of present scenario in existing private and public undertakings.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Development in the social aspects of each society is a very important academic and practical field. In the information revolutionage, information and communication technologies are penetrating all levels of societies and have catalyzed the process of development in every country and encourage many scholars to study how these technologies affect the social, political and economic aspects of each society. This study examines the effect of ICTs penetration on social development, as an important component of the process of development. In this paper, in order to explore the effect comprehensively, the interview method and qualitative approaches such as grounded theory are used. Eighteen scholars in the fields of social science, public policy and information and technology were interviewed to investigate how ICT affects the social development. The results of the analyses of the interviews were categorized into three mechanisms: making competency, increasing public demands, and making changes in social institutions. The explanation of each factor regarding the effects of ICT on social development is discussed. In the end, some ideas for further research are presented.

- چکیده انگلیسی: IT development and its ease of use have caused the organizations to equip their processing and operations through IT. It has been over a century that performance assessment has been a significant issue for management and actually has been performed in different ways. The current study aims to discover the effect of e-mail on performance assessment. Therefore, mixed method has been used. The research method for the first step is qualitative and then survey method (quantitative) has been used for the second step. Research sample consists of 15 professors and PhD students for the qualitative study and 180 people are taken for quantitative study. The method of Data gathering was snowball sampling and has been simple random survey. Data of Qualitative research identifies 8 major themes and quantitative data analysis is 64% of variance, using the exploratory analysis. The results show that performance assessment affected by IT and its deficiencies are interpreted from the point of technology. Lack of non-verbal communication and body language fluctuates the assessment and causes misunderstandings. The current paper states that nowadays IT, specially e-mail , is getting so popular in universities, and is one of the effective factors on multi dimensional student assessment , however the issue is not important for the professors and they do not care much.

- چکیده انگلیسی: The existence of virtual teams is one of the positive achievements of information technology in organizations. Using information technology, these teams have greatly facilitated organizational operations. Organizational identity is one of the issues faced by virtual teams. Due to the absence of face-to-face interactions in virtual teams, organizational identity is undermined in such teams. This article attempts to study the effects of virtual teams on organizational identity, and to analyze their organizational outcome on the members. Present research method is descriptive and relational and data collection method is a questioner. The results of this study indicate that there is a very strong causal relationship between organizational identity and organizational behaviors such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, job involvement and organizational citizenship behavior. Among factors causing identity to develop, the two factors of culture and place show meaningful relationship. But there is no meaningful causal relationship between time and identity.

- چکیده انگلیسی: The following study deals with the updating the finite element model of structures using the operational modal analysis. The updating process uses an evolutionary optimization algorithm, namely bees algorithm which applies instinctive behavior of honeybees for finding food sources. To determine the uncertain updated parameters such as geometry and material properties of the structure, local and global sensitivity analyses have been performed. The sum of the squared errors between the natural frequencies obtained from operational modal analysis and the finite element method is used to define the objective function. The experimental natural frequencies are determined by frequency domain decomposition technique which is considered as an efficient operational modal analysis method. To verify the accuracy of the proposed algorithm, it is implemented on a three-story structure to update its finite element model. Moreover, to study the efficiency of bees algorithm, its results are compared with those particle swarm optimization and Nelder and Mead methods. The results show that this algorithm leads more accurate results with faster convergence. In addition, modal assurance criterion is calculated for updated finite element model and frequency domain decomposition technique. Moreover, finding the best locations of acceleration and shaker mounting in order to accurate experiments are explained.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Folate, also known as vitamin B9, is essential in cell metabolism and very important especially for pregnant women and lactating mothers. Natural folate is available in food but it is very unstable. Synthetic folate is generally used as an alternative to meet daily needs due to its stability, even though it has a negative effect causing a variety of metabolic disorders. Some lactic acid bacteria have been reported as being able to synthesize natural folate during the fermentation process. Lactic acid bacteria are the main microorganisms for lactic fermentation such as fermented milk, fruits, and vegetables. Milk is the most nutritious food and contains folate-binding protein, hence it is considered the ideal fermentation medium to increase folate stability during storage. Fermentation of milk with folate-producing lactic acid bacteria can be used as a technique to produce natural folate-rich fermented foods as an attempt to prevent folate deficiency without side effects to the consumers.
