- چکیده انگلیسی: A simple and mild one-pot three-component reaction for the preparation 1,4-dihydropyridines has been developed from various aldehyde substrates, 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds (dimedone) and ammonium acetate (Hantzsch method) in the presence of a catalytic amount of phospho sulfonic acid (PSA) as an efficient and heterogeneous solid acid in EtOH at room temperature. Preparation of PSA is straightforward and handling of the reagent is also easy. The attractive features of this protocol are: (i) The elimination of corrosive liquid acids; (ii) the use of an inexpensive and relatively non-toxic catalyst, and (iii) reusability of the catalyst.

- چکیده انگلیسی: In this study, we synthesized Ag supported on hydroxyapatite-core-shell-γ-Fe2O3 nanoparticles (γ-Fe2O3@HAp-Ag NPs) as a new, lewis acid, and reusable heterogeneous nancatalyst. Then, it was successfully used for the synthesis of β-azido alcohols and β-thiocyanohydrins from the regioselective conversation of some epoxides by azide and thiocyanate anions in water. The reaction afforded the corresponding products with high regioselectivity under mild reaction conditions.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Simple and efficient protocols have been developed for the one-pot synthesis of aryl-14H-dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes and 1,8-dioxo-octahydro-xanthenes. (i) A cost-effective, simple and convenient procedure for the synthesis of aryl-14H-dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes has been developed via a one-pot condensation from substituted benzaldehydes (1 equiv) and β-naphthol (2 equiv) in the presence of 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid (2,6-PDCA) under solvent-free conditions. (ii) The one-pot condensation of substituted benzaldehydes (1 equiv) and 5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione (dimedone) (2 equiv) in the presence of 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid (2,6-PDCA) under solvent-free conditions leads to 1,8-dioxo-octahydro-xanthenes. In these protocols several advantages such as: Excellent yields, very short reaction times, easy work-up, simple methodology and ease of preparation and regeneration of the catalyst are offered.
