- چکیده انگلیسی:        Abstract  The present research aims to identify effective factors on the reduction of social cooperation with the purpose of attracting social cooperation in directing city zones (zone number 3 in Shiraz).The methodology of this research was based on documentary and survey methods. The statistical sample of this research contains people 18 years old and over who live in zone number 3 in Shiraz, of whom 385 individuals were chosen as the sample of this research using Cochran method. To collect data, a research made questionnaire (analysis of effective factors on social cooperation in directing city zones) was utilized. The findings show that the effectiveness rate of cooperation, trust in executives and organizations, training, residency, education, motivation, and the role of the person in the family are preventing factors of social cooperation in directing the city zones (zone number 3 in Shiraz). Therefore, if responsible authorities are fond of removing the obstacles of social cooperation in directing the city zones (zone number 3 in Shiraz), they should think about above mentioned obstacles and decide on these items for their long term goals.     * Correspondent Author: 09133273643 Email:m.tahgvaei@ltr.ui.ac.ir

- چکیده انگلیسی: One of the most common methods to identify and represent oneself, especially in contemporary era, is cultural consumption. In cultural consumption, people often consume a variety of valuable goods and symbols, not because of their material value but due to their cultural one in order to create desirable images of themselves in the minds of others. In the meantime, the choice of a particular pattern of cultural consumption or cultural practices or preferences requires cultural resources or cultural capital; or in other words, cultural consumption needs cultural resources and cultural capital. In the present study, the statistical population including 15-29 year olds in Yasuj and a sample size of 379 people were selected. Amos software was used to analyze the data. The results suggested that, there is a relationship between independent variables (religiosity, cultural capital, social capital and socio-economic status), and the consumption of cultural goods. The output of the model also indicates that the variable of cultural capital (0.32) has explained the highest amount of variance of cultural consumption. Moreover, the variables of social capital and religiosity explained 18% and -18 %t of the variance of cultural consumption in the workplace.

- چکیده انگلیسی: This article wants to propose this theory that Farm Corporations are agropolitan development models in Iran. As over-concentrating investments to the urban areas did not lead to a trickledown effect to the rural areas. To the extreme, there are ideas to minimize linkages with the urban economy, and to make the rural areas pursue self-sufficiency by maximizing its potentials. However, against this idea. They argue that rural areas cannot replicate an urban economy, because population concentration is needed to justify the production of various goods and services needed to fulfill the people’s needs and wants. Instead, sustainable rural economic growth should be pursued through specializing in the commodities in which the area has comparative advantage. Only a balanced flow can contribute to a healthy rural-urban linkage. These small urban centers play a role as the provider of basic urban services and as the collectors and processors of rural produces. These small urban centers are those agropolitans. Theoretical framework of this article is based on views, theories and perspectives of Rondinelli, Freidmann, Douglass, Pradhan, Saefulhakim, Anwar, Rustiadi, de Jung and Smith. After discussion and analysis of votes, Agropolitan development objective and its criteria are reviewed and summarized. Farm corporations are discussed as a model of industrial and commercial agriculture within typology of farming system in Iran. Agricultural companies Khezri and Islamabad general and specific features, structure and organization and labor as a case study in two dimensions comprised of modern agriculture organization and urban features are discussed and defined as a model of rural-urban balanced development .methodology in this study is based on documentary and field study and element analysis of an agropolitan system.
