- چکیده انگلیسی: Silica supported 1-(2-(sulfooxy)ethyl)pyridin-1-ium chloride has been explored as highly efficient catalyst for reactions under mild and green conditions for the synthesis of quinoxaline derivatives. The green and mild methods offer appealing attributes such as use of a recyclable, use of EtOH as green solvent and 60 °C condition, short reaction times, a simple workup and high yield of the products.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Organosulfur molecules are prevalent in a broad spectrum of active biological, pharmaceutical and natural molecules. In this category, compounds containing carbon–sulfur bonds occupy a very special place in chemistry science. In this paper, we focused on biologically and pharmaceutically active molecules containing sulfides, disulfide, sulfoxid, sulfone, thiosulfinate, thioester and trithiocarbonate scaffolds. Methionine, Cystine, Pantoprazole, Dapsone, Allicin and Acetyl Co-A are several organosulfur molecules with well-known biological and pharmaceutical activities.

- چکیده انگلیسی: In this research, we have developed cheap recyclable and task-specific acidic ionic liquids (AILs) 1-hydrogen-3-methylimidazolium hydrogen sulfate [Hmim]HSO4, 1-hydrogen-3-methylimidazolium chloride [Hmim]Cl, 2-pyrrolidonium hydrogensulfate [Hnhp]HSO4 and applied them in acid catalyzed synthesis of quinoxaline derivatives from 1,2-phenylendiamines and 1,2-dicarbonyl compounds. The products could be separated from the catalyst simply by filtration and the catalyst could be recycled and reused several times without noticeable loss of efficiency.

- چکیده انگلیسی: In this research study, acidic ionic liquid based silica-coated Fe3O4 nanoparticles [Fe3O4@SiO2@(CH2)3-Py]HSO4as an efficient and reusable magnetic nanocatalyst was synthesized and characterized using the FT-IR, TEM, VSM, XRD, and TGA analysis. The catalytic performance of the [Fe3O4@SiO2@(CH2)3-Py]HSO4was evaluated towards the regioselective thiocyanation of aromatic and heteroaromatic compounds with KSCN as a thiocyanate source afforded the corresponding aryl and heteroaryl thiocyanates derivatives 2a-n at room temperature in H2O2 as a clean oxidant and ethanol as a green solvent. A broad range of products 2a-n was synthesized high yields (up to yield 97%) under the mild reaction conditions.

- چکیده انگلیسی: A simple, highly efficient and green procedure for the condensation of aryl and alkyl 1,2-diamines with α-diketones in the presence of catalytic amount of silica boron sulfonic acid (SBSA) at room temperature is described. By Using this method, quinoxaline derivatives as biologically interesting compounds are produced in high to excellent yields and short reaction times.

- چکیده انگلیسی: MOF-5 has been employed as a powerful catalyst for the preparation of 2-amino-4H-chromene. A wide variety of aromatic aldehydes was condensed with malononitrile and 2-naphthol under mild and solvent-free conditions in the presence of the trace amount of catalyst. A variety of 2-amino-4H-chromene can be obtained in good to excellent yield up to 95% in relatively short time reaction and easy workup.

- چکیده انگلیسی: A simple, highly efficient and green procedure for the condensation of aryl and alkyl 1,2-diamines with α-diketones in the presence of catalytic amount of boron sulfonic acid (BSA) and silica trimethyl borat (STMB) and silica triisopropyl borate (STIPB), as two novel heterogeneous Lewis acid catalysts at room temperature, is described. In this method, we proved that the BrØnsted acidic power of boron sulfonic acid (BSA) is more important than its Lewis acidity. Using this method, quinoxaline derivatives as biologically interesting compounds are produced in high to excellent yields.

- چکیده انگلیسی: One-pot synthesis of Hantzsch 1,4-dihydropyridines (1,4-DHP) under solvent-free conditions catalyzed by HKUST-1 metal-organic frameworks are reported here. This method provides 1,4-dihydropyridines in good to excellent yields with little catalyst loading. The present methodology offers several advantages, including ease of the preparation and handling of the catalyst, simple and easy work-up, short reaction times, high yields of the products and recyclability of the catalyst.

- چکیده انگلیسی: In this work, the efficiency, generality and applicability of new silica supported Brønsted acidic ionic liquid (BAIL) 1-methyl-3-(2-(sulfooxy)ethyl)-1H-imidazol-3-ium chloride as heterogeneous and green catalyst for organic transformations are studied. Herein, the following one-pot multi-component reactions in the presence of [Msei]Cl are investigated: (i) the synthesis of quinoxaline derivatives from phenylendiamine and 1,2-diketones in EtOH and under mild conditions (room temperature), (ii) the preparation of 1,4-dihydropyridines from one-pot multi component condensation of 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds(2 equiv.), NH4OAc (1.5 equiv.) and aldehydes (1 equiv.) under solvent-free conditions at moderate temperature (90 °C). High yields, relatively short reaction times, efficiency, generality, clean process, simple methodology, low cost, easy work-up, ease of preparation and regeneration of the catalyst and green conditions (in the synthesis of the quinoxaline derivatives) are advantages of the application of [Mesi]Cl as catalyst in the above organic reactions.
