- چکیده انگلیسی: Different biological methods are gaining recognition for the production of silver nanoparticles (Ag-NPs) due to their multiple applications. The use of plants in the synthesis of nanoparticles emerges as a cost effective and eco-friendly approach. In the present study, the synthesis of silver nanoparticles by using Ziziphora tenuior L of water extraction was carried out. For this purpose the water extract of Ziziphora tenuior L is used as the reducing agent. By addition of silver nitrate to this extract at room temperature, the color of the extract changed from pale yellow to dark brown, which showed the formation of silver nanoparticles. The characteristics of the obtained silver nanoparticles were studied using different methods, which including; ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis), powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Ziziphora tenuior L was found to display strong potential for the synthesis of silver nanoparticles by rapid reduction of silver ions (Ag+ to Ag°).

- چکیده انگلیسی: In this survey adsorption of some heavy metals such as cobalt and lead on montmorillonite and montmorillonite/copper oxide nano-composite is reported. Adsorption percent and adsorption capacity were studied under different conditions such as pH concentration of metal ions amount of clay and interaction time. The results show that an increase in absorption percent and absorption capacity with increasing pH and contact time between adsorbent and solution. Also by increasing the initial metal ion concentration and decreasing the amount of clay the adsorption percent decreases and the adsorption capacity increases. The adsorption data is a good fit with Langmuir isotherm.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Green biosynthesis of silver - functionalized multiwalled carbon nanotube (Ag/FMWCNT) nanohybride from silver nitrate solution using water extract of Satureja hortensis L as reducing agent and FMWCNT as anchoring agent at room condition was succesfully carried out. Water-soluble organics present in the plant materials were mainly responsible for the reduction of silver ions to nano-sized Ag particles The synthesized nanocomposite were characterized using ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and powder X-ray diffraction (XRD). The UV-Vis spectra of the Ag/FMWCNT nanocomposite showed absorption peak at around 401 nm. SEM and TEM studies showed that the average particles size of Ag/FMWCNT nanocomposite were about 16.05 nm and also XRD patterns indicated that the structure of the nanocomposite is face-centered cubic. The antibacterial effects of Ag/FMWCNT on Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria were also performed.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Spiro compounds are of interest due to their interesting conformational features and their structural implications on biological systems. The asymmetric characteristic of the molecule due to the chiral spiro carbon is one of the important criteria of the biological activities. These structures are a widespread structural motif found as key elements of numerous drugs and designed medicinal agents in medicinal chemistry. Synthesis of these compounds always has been a challenging for organic chemists because it often requires synthetic design based on specific strategies. Due to the great importance of this class of compounds, chemists have a special attention to the synthesis of these compounds and a range of synthesis methods has been reported. In the current research a novel optically active spiro-lactone was synthesized via a tandem protocol ( michael addition, aldol reaction and γ-lactonization consecution) between benzo[d]thiazol-2-amine and dimethyl-acetylene dicarboxylate in the presence of 2, 4, 5, 6(1H, 3H)–pyrimidinetetrone (Alloxan). The synthesized compound has been successfully characterized by spectroscopy techniques. Also, evaluation of special optical rotatory on this synthesized spiro-lactone was investigated.

- چکیده انگلیسی: In this paper, the chemical Functionalization of Carboxylate multi-walled carbon nanotubes by methyl (triphenyl phosphoranylidene) acetate have been investigated. Phosphorus Ylides are important compound in organic chemistry. At first, methyl (triphenyl phosphoranylidene) acetate, synthesized from salt metod in two steps: the formation of the phosphonium salt and the deprotonation of the latter to form the ylide. MWNT-Slide is obtained through MWNT-cocl with methyl (triphenyl phosphoranylidene) acetate, which is confirmed by FT-IR, SEM and elemental analysis. The functionalized MWNTs were dispersed very well in solvent of dimethylformamide (DMF), and the high stability of dispersed suspension could be maintained for more than 1 week without MWNT precipitation. These Functionalization have been chosen due to P=C and C=O active sites in MWNT-ylide for future application.

- چکیده انگلیسی: The green synthesis of nanoparticles is an important branch and a relatively new emerging field in nanotechnology which is easy, environmentally friendly, cost effective, and economically efficient in comparison with the chemical and physical methods. In the present work, for the first time, green synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) was carried out by using fructose solution as a reducing agent at room temperature. The silver nanoparticles were characterized by UV-Vis, FTIR, XRD, and TEM analysis. The UV-Vis spectral studies confirmed the surface plasmon resonance of the green synthesized silver nanoparticles. The role of different functional groups in formation of the AgNps was shown by FTIR. X-ray diffraction results confirmed the formation of the the AgNPs and TEM results indicated that the average particle size of the silver nanoparticles was 13.24±8.591 nm.
