- چکیده انگلیسی: The complex information systems such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems are essential for organizations to make them competitive. However, the success of ERP system projects is a difficult process as it involves different types of end user assessment. The main objective of the present study is to find the key determinants that open the door to employee satisfaction and adoption of ERP system. This study conducted a survey method among sixty-three employees in Ferro Gilan Complex, Iran's first and largest private sector steel rolling company. Survey data were analyzed using the partial least squares (PLS) method while Smart PLS was used to test the hypotheses and to validate the proposed model. The results of this study indicated the determinants of ERP adoption and satisfaction. The study may also provide relevant evidence to organizations involved in the ERP implementation process in developing countries.

The most common type of feeding for infants is breastfeeding. Since breastfeeding mothers have low levels of breastfeeding knowledge, proper Health workers' support can play an effective role in raising mother's awareness and enhancing exclusive nutrition. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of telephone counseling during the postpartum period on exclusive breastfeeding.
Materials and Methods: This quasi-experimental study was conducted on 170 breastfed women referred to the 2 selected health centers of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences in 2018. The participants were randomly allocated into two equal groups (75 individuals each). The participants in the intervention group received telephone counseling by one midwifery expert. The control group received routine care. Data were collected using a questionnaire including demographic characteristics and a breastfeeding check-list. Exclusive breastfeeding rates were recorded two and six months after childbirth in both groups. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 24.0.
Results: A total of 165 mothers participants in this study. Based on the results, exclusive breastfeeding rate was 61% in treatment group and 39.8% in control group which was statistically significant (p=0.006). In addition, 24 neonates (28.9%) of the newborns in the control group and 19 (23.2%) in the intervention group were fed to the breastfeeding. This difference was statistically significant and indicates that the intervention Telephone counseling in postpartum period has a positive effect on exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.027).
Conclusion
Based on the results, using a counseling program in this study led to an increase in exclusive breastfeeding in newborns. Pre and postpartum and lactation care for both mother and infant can increase health and exclusive breastfeeding.- انتشار مقاله: 26-12-1398

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Most people experience anxiety in attempting to reach their goals in life and confronting the existential challenges. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to compare the achievement of goals, perfectionism and anxiety among high school students. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study comprised 200 female and male students selected from six high schools using cluster random sampling method. Achievement goal scale for public texture, Frost multidimensional perfectionism scale and DASS scale were used to collect data, analyzed by multivariate variance analysis (MANOVA), and multiple regression. Results: The results showed that in the proficiency-oriented achievement goal subscales and function-oriented achievement goal subscales girls had higher scores than boys, indicated by (P < 0.021) and (P < 007), respectively. In parental expectations subscale of perfectionism girls had higher scores than male students (P < 0.013). But there were no significant differences between male and female students in the scores of the subscales of concern over mistakes, personal standards, parental criticism, parent’s expectations and organization. In the stress subscale, girls (34.39) obtained higher scores (P < 0.004) than boys (30.16). However, there was no statistically significant difference in the subscales of anxiety and depression, between the two genders. The students' anxiety can be predicted using two subscales of function-oriented achievement goal (P < 0.002) and work avoidance oriented achievement goal (P < 0.0001). Conclusions: Considering the prediction of students' anxiety by achievement goal sub-scales, similar research findings can be used to design training programs in order to prevent anxiety and negative perfectionism in students.

- چکیده: پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی تأثیر بازخورددهی و نگارش در گروههای توأم با همکاری بر نگارش زبان آموزان انگلیسی صورت گرفت. بر این اساس، 60 زبان آموز مرد و زن از میان 90 زبان آموز سطح متوسط زبان انگلیسی بر اساس عملکرد آنها در یک نمونه آزمون PET انتخاب شدند و به دوگروه همگن تقسیم گردیدند. هر دو گروه توسط همان معلم آموزش داده شد و ازکتاب یکسانی در طول دوره آموزشی استفاده کردند. علاوه بر این، فراگیران از میزان ساعت آموزشی و محیط فیزیکی یکسانی برخوردار بودند. بنابراین، تنها نکته متمایز کننده در گروه مورد پژوهش روش آموزش نگارش ارائه شده در کلاس درس بود. هر گروه از روش آموزشی خاص خود در طول دوره بهره مند شد. یافته های این پژوهش نشان داد که سطح نگارش به زبان دوم شرکت کنندگان به طور قابل توجهی در گروه نگارش گروهی توأم با همکاری نسبت به گروه بازخورد گروهی توام با همکاری بهبود یافته است. این یافته ها میتواند توسط معلمان زبان انگلیسی و طراحان برنامه های درسی در راستای ایجاد روش های مؤثر در تدریس مهارت نگارش به زبان انگلیسی مورد استفاده قرار بگیرد.
- چکیده انگلیسی: The present study compared the effect of cooperative group feedback and cooperative group writing techniques in writing classes. Accordingly, 90 male and female intermediate English language learners sat for a sample piloted Preliminary English Test and 60 who scored one standard deviation above and below the mean were selected as the main participants. Both groups were taught the same course book. Moreover, they received the same hours of instruction and teaching aids in the same physical environment; therefore, the most significant point of departure in the two experimental groups in the present study was the form of writing practices presented in the classroom. One group underwent the cooperative group writing while the other the cooperative feedback procedure throughout the treatment period. The findings of this study based upon the results gained from an independent sample t-test run on the two groups’ posttest mean scores revealed that the participants’ L2 writing improved more significantly in the cooperative group writing class compared to the cooperative group feedback. The findings of this study may be contributory to EFL teachers and syllabus designers in the process of developing more efficient second language writing courses.
