Although the cloud migration has potentially merits account for reduction in total cost of ownership (TCO), there may exist demerits for especial situation of each industry and organization such as degree of uncertainty on privacy, security and communication delay concerns. This paper introduces an iterative four-phase cloud adoption decision model for IT outsourcing to solve industries’ and organizations’ concerns and challenges by considering cost implication of each contingent options and applying the net present value (NPV) of each alternative during the period of investment along with non-economic issues analysis. Also, the model leverages Moore law and Delphi panelists’ interview to estimate price of IT devices in future and to weight cloud adoption determinants and inhibitors respectively. The new services of Telecommunication Company of Mazandaran province (TCM) which is a large scale industry in IRAN are used as a case study to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed model for six years of investment. Implementation of the model for TCM shows that it is better to establish private datacenter on-premises and apply hybrid deployment in burst of resource demand.

- چکیده انگلیسی: In the present work, a stainless steel wire was etched by hydrochloric acid during a chemical etching process. The obtained black layer on the surface of the fiber was used as sorbent for extraction of trace amount of phthalates in the aqueous samples by solid phase microextraction. New fiber efficiency was investigated using a home-made solid-phase microextraction (SPME) device and gas chromatography/flame ionization detection (GC-FID). The effect of the key parameters on extraction and desorption process such as extraction time, extraction temperature, salt addition, desorption time and temperature were optimized. New fiber has easy made process, high thermal and mechanical stability and low-cost. Validation of the method was carried out under the optimized condition and the results showed that calibration curves were linear in the range of 5 to 300 μg L−1 for the target analytes. Limits of detection were ranged between 0.02-1.8 μg L−1 (S/N=3). Intra-day, Inter-day and fiber-to-fiber reproducibilites were investigated in different concentrations (at a concentration of 50 μgL−1, precisions were between, 2.94-6.15, 6.85-8.13 and 8.90-13.76 respectively).

- چکیده انگلیسی: In this manuscript, density functional theory was used to explore structural, vibrational and optical properties of the (Sc2O3)n (n=1-5) cluster systems using DFT/B3LYP/LanL2DZ level of computation. Different stable isomers were obtained and numerous chemical parameters such as HOMO-LUMO gap, ionization potential and electron affinity were calculated successfully. Stability of the clusters was investigated in terms of the total and binding energies. In order to determine the origin of the species, transition states or stationary points, vibrational frequencies were calculated for the most stable configurations of (Sc2O3)n (n=1-5) nanoclusters. Optical properties of scandium oxide nanoclusters were discussed by using time-dependent density functional theory methods.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Financial statement fraud has increasingly become a serious problem for business, government, and investors. In fact, this threatens the reliability of capital markets, corporate heads, and even the audit profession. Auditors in particular face their apparent inability to detect large-scale fraud, and there are various ways to identify this problem. In order to identify this problem, the majority of the proposed methods are based on existing algorithms and have only attempted to identify human or simple data mining methods that have high overhead and are also costly. The data mining methods presented so far have had high computational overhead or low accuracy. The purpose of this study is to present a model in which an improved ID3 decision tree with a support vector machine is used as a hybrid approach and also to improve the performance and accuracy, genetic algorithm and multilayer perceptron neural networks are applied. More efficient feature selection has been used to reduce computational overhead. The tree proposed in the proposed method has the lowest depth possible and therefore has high velocity and low computational overhead. For this purpose, the financial statements of 151 listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange during 2014-2015 were surveyed and 125 financial ratios were extracted using ANOVA test, 23 fraud related ratios were selected as model input data. The proposed model has a high accuracy of about 80% of prediction accuracy compared to similar models.

- چکیده انگلیسی: This study was carried out to characterize the physical, mechanical and barrier properties of kefiran-carboxy methyl cellulose (CMC) biocomposite films in function with CMC content. Films were prepared by combining these two biopolymers and adding glycerol as plasticizer. Film-forming solutions of different ratios of kefiran to CMC were cast at room temperature. Increasing CMC content from 0 to 50 % (v/v) increased the tensile strength and extensibility of the composite films; however, with further CMC addition these mechanical properties decreased. The water-vapor permeability (WVP) of the films first decreased and then increased with CMC addition. The microstructure of the films was observed by scanning electron microscopy and atomic-force microscopy. The morphology study of the films showed rougher surfaces with increasing CMC amounts. Dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA) curves showed a single Tg, and addition of CMC at all levels increased the glass-transition temperature of films. These results indicated that these two film-forming components were compatible, and that an interaction existed between them.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Wireless sensor network (WSN) comprises various distributed nodes that are physically separated. Nodes are constantly applying for sensing their environment. If the information sensitivity coefficient is very high, data should be conveyed continually and also with confidentially. WSNs have many vulnerability features because of data transferring on the open air, self-organization without reformed structure, bounded range of sources and memory, and limited computing capabilities. Therefore, the implementation of security protocols in WSN is inescapable. According to the resemblance between WSN and biotic reaction to the real menace in nature, bio-inspired approaches have variant rules in computer network investigations. In this paper, we exploited an ant colony optimization (ACO) algorithm based on Ad-hoc On-Demand Distance Vector (AODV) protocol for detection of black hole attacks. Finally, the Grover quantum metaheuristic algorithm is applied to optimize attack paths detection. The results gained from extensive simulations in WSN proved that the proposed approach is capable of improving some fundamental network parameters such as throughput, end-to-end delay, and packet delivery ratio in comparison with other approaches.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Familial Mediterranean Fever (FMF) is a hereditary autoinflammatory disease with autosomal recessive inheritance pattern often seen around the Mediterranean Sea. It is characterized by recurrent episodes of fever and polyserositis and rash. Recently, MEFV gene analysis determines the definitive diagnosis of FMF. In this study, we analyzed 12 MEFV gene mutations in more than 200 FMF patients, previously diagnosed by Tel-Hashomer clinical criteria, in northwest of Iran, located in the proximity of the Mediterranean Sea. In the northwest of Iran (Ardabil), 216 patients with FMF diagnosis, based on Tel-Hashomer criteria, referred to the genetic laboratory to be tested for the following mutations; P369S, F479L, M680I(G/C), M680I(G/A), I692del, M694V, M694I, K695R, V726A, A744S, R761H, E148Q. All patients were screened for MEFV gene mutations by a reverse hybridization assay (FMF Strip Assay, Vienna lab, Vienna, Austria) according to manufacturer’s instructions. Among these FMF patients, no mutation was detected in 51 (23/62%) patients, but 165 (76/38%) patients had one or two mutations, 33 patients (15/28%) homozygous, 86 patients (39/81%) compound heterozygous and 46 patients (21/29%) were heterozygous. The most common mutations were M694V (23/61%), V726A (11/11%) and E148Q (9/95%) respectively.MEFV gene mutations showed similarities and dissimilarities in different ethnic groups, while it is common among Arabs and Armenians genotype. Since common 12 MEFV gene analysis could not detect up to 50% of our patients, who had FMF on the basis of clinical Tel-Hashomer criteria, clinical criteria is still the best way in the diagnosis of FMF in this area.

- چکیده انگلیسی: There are evidence showing a relationship between host Src kinase activation and viral (CVB3) replication, which are based on the observation that inhibition in the enzyme activity could result in inhibition of viral
replication. The present study assessed the effect of Src kinase inactivation on viral replication at different
stages of infection. It was observed that the Src kinase activity is necessary for the initiation of viral replication. In this study HeLa cell lines were treated with 5 and 10 μM herbimycin A (Src kinase inhibitor) with a time schedule of -90´, -60´, -30´, 0´, +15´, +30´, +45´, ...+210 minutes. All cultures were infected with CVB3 at zero-minute (+ve sign indicates that herbimycin A was added after infection with CVB3). The reaction was terminated after 24 h, cells were then detached from petri plates with trypsin/EDTA. Viral replication was
monitored using a set of specific primers and the plaque formation unit (PFU) count. In cells pretreated

- چکیده انگلیسی: Protein separation and purification technologies play an essential role in various industries including but not limited to pharmaceuticals, dairy as well as the food sector. Accordingly, a wide variety of techniques such as chromatography and electrophoresis has been developed and utilized extensively over the years for this purpose. Despite their widespread acceptance, conventional techniques still suffer from major limitations and complexities such as short lifetime, low productivity, high-pressure drop and difficulty in scale-up among others. Membrane separation processes have received significant attention in recent years as a promising alternative that can potentially overcome the problems associated with conventional technologies due to their spectacular features. The prime advantages offered by the membrane-based processes for protein separation and purification include tunable properties, cost-effectiveness, superb productivity, as well as energy efficiency. The present manuscript aims to highlight the significant aspects of the established protein separation and purification technologies by addressing the principal concepts and highlighting their characteristics. Special attentions are paid to the membrane-based processes by providing detailed features and specifications involved in each individual process, especially from the industrial perspective. Furthermore, the recent and ongoing progress on strategies and practical techniques towards improvement in the performance of membranes for separation and purification of various proteins are introduced and discussed in details.
