- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Technical and Vocational University, as the principal advocate of higher technical and vocational education, lists one of its missions as training high-skilled and entrepreneurial manpower. In addition, it has made a major effort by including an entrepreneurship course in its curriculum. Objectives: Therefore, the main concern in this research is to know how much the entrepreneurial intention development is emphasized in the curriculums of higher-education Technical and Vocational University. Methods: This research was a qualitative study and conducted by the descriptive-analytical method. The research data were collected and analyzed in two parts (documentary and interview with experts). The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview whose validity was confirmed by content validity method, and the reliability was confirmed by data triangulation method. Research data were analyzed by interview content analysis method, and the documentary part by the documentary method. Results: The results showed that the objectives of the university’s curriculum were to incorporate the entrepreneurial intention indexes such as entrepreneurial attitude promotion, pragmatism, and spiritual intelligence. However, the contents of the courses were formulated based on job specialties, and the intention indexes were not observed through them. In terms of teaching methodology, teacher-based methods such as speech and explanation were mostly used in practical courses and did not align with intention indexes such as theoretical courses and workshop. The applied methods of evaluation were mainly written, explanatory and in the form of practical exams (workshop courses) which did not match the entrepreneurial intention development approach. Conclusions: The elements in the curriculums of Technical and Vocational University do not bear any adequate proportion to its stated objectives in terms of entrepreneurial intention development.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Introduction : Considering the transformations and developments of the contemporary societies, e-learning education plays a significant role in gaining access to education everywhere, at all time and for everyone. The aim of this study is to investigate the challenges of effective implementation of e-learning courses at Payame Noor University of Dehloran. Methods : The method used in this research is a descriptive study which employed the survey method. The statistical population comprises 1823 students at PNU of Dehloran in 2014 and 318 (109 males and 209 females) of them were selected as sample by using Morgan and Krejcie table. The tool for collecting data was a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was verified by experts and the reliability was found as 0.86 by using Cronbach’s Alpha. The data were analyzed via Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, sample T and Binomial proportions using the SPSS software, version 20. Results : The results illustrated that the behavioral, educational, technical challenges and challenges of human are necessary for effective implementation of e-learning courses in student’s view. Conclusions : In terms of infrastructure, promotion, facilitating and achieving the goals of Payame Noor University, it is necessary that policymakers and planners of Payame Noor University study the current situation, challenges and limitations of e-learning education before implementing e-learning courses. This can make them move toward the vision of PMU.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Introduction: This study examines the evaluation of e-learning courses in Hadith Science virtual faculty according to the criteria of quality in e-learning from the views of students and instructors in 2009-2010. Materials & Methods: This study is a practical descriptive methodology, using a survey as its instrument. The statistical population consisted of 1739 students and 15 instructors all instructors were studied owing to their small population and a sample of 202 students was selected based on the stratified ratio sampling method. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. For the data analysis, statistical procedures including the Mann-Whitney U test were used. Results : The results indicated that courses quality of Hadith Science virtual faculty according to criteria (instructional design, measurement and evaluation system, technology and support) has relatively desirable level. Conclusion: Although the results of this study showed that courses quality of Hadith Science virtual faculty from the views of students and instructors has relatively desirable level. But to achieve maximum utility in the quality of the courses, is necessary the custodians of e-learning attention to recommendations include fitness the volume and content of courses offered with semester, used the electronic evaluation system and portfolio in assessment process, create shortcuts for quick access to needed links on web pages, increase discussion boards and Wiki, amplification of audio conferencing and video conferencing systems.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Introduction: The present study aimed to investigate the psychometricproperties of Grasha-Riechmann Student Learning Styles Scale.Method: The participants included 1039 students (421 students in human and 618 students in technical sciences), selected through the stratified sampling method from Tehran University. They answered the Grasha-Riechmann student learning style scale and the data was analyzed with exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses.Results: The findings acquired from exploratory factor analysis (n=561), using principal components analysis with varimax rotation showed that Grasha- Riechmann Student Learning Styles Scale includes six factors: Avoidant, Collaborative, Participative, Dependent, Competitive, and Independent. The factors acquired from confirmatory factor analysis (n=478), as model fit indices indicated, was confirmed by indices in exploratory factor analysis. The internal consistency of each subscale, ranging from 0.58 to 0.80, was at an acceptable level.Conclusion: According to the findings, it seems that Participative Styles Scale to be an instrument qualifying validity and reliability for measuring learning interactive styles.Keywords: Validity, Reliability, Grasha-Richmann scale, Learning styles

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Psychological factors are among the most influential parameters in education. Among these effective traits, personal features centering around the self, have been of utmost importance specially in one’s future of education and psychological well-being. Due to their critical period of life in terms of cognitive development, teenagers are subject to considerable academic and mental transformation at school. Objectives: The aim of the present study was to predict life satisfaction and academic performance based on locus of control and self-esteem among school students. Patients and Methods: Overall, 315 high school first-grade students (143 girls and 172 boys) were chosen from an Iranian city using random cluster sampling and responded to three scales of self-esteem (RSES; Rosenberg, 1965), locus of control (SCS; Ingels et al. 1992) and brief multi-dimensional students Life satisfaction scale (BMSLSS; Seligson, Huebner et al. 2003). Moreover, academic performance was measured via the students’ total score average in the second semester of 2014 - 2015 academic year. Results: Using Pearson’s correlation coefficients and multi-variate analysis (stepwise regression method), the data analysis indicated that locus of control and self-esteem have a positive relationship with life satisfaction and predict twenty-five percent of variance changes of the variable. In addition, the results showed that the variables of locus of control and self-esteem have a positive and significant relationship with academic achievement and these two variables characterize eleven percent of the academic achievement variance changes. Conclusions: In conclusion, the findings of this study revealed that locus of control and self-esteem play crucial roles in developing students’ life satisfaction and academic performance.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Entrepreneurship education seeks to provide students with knowledge, skills, attitudes, and motivation to encourage entrepreneurial success in a variety of settings. The purpose of the present study was to perform content analysis of curriculum syllabus for the educational technology discipline based on entrepreneurial competencies. Methods: The research population consisted of all 763 academic curriculums of the educational technology discipline at the University of Tehran during years 2016 to 2017, where the census sampling method was used for their selection. To select them, the purposive sampling method in the entrepreneurs section and census sampling method in the educational technology course syllabus section were used. The research tool in this study was a semi-structured interview and a content analysis checklist was used. This study used a summative qualitative content analysis approach. Initially, interviews were carried out with 12 entrepreneurs to extract entrepreneurial competencies. Then, based on their competencies, a content analysis checklist, including 46 entrepreneurial competencies, was designed in a subset of 6 categories, so that the presence of entrepreneurial competencies in the syllabus of the undergraduate educational technology curriculum was analyzed. To determine the validity of the tool, content validity was used and a check list was provided to three educational specialists and was approved and used after correction. The content analysis construct validity was verified by supervisors, consultants, and entrepreneurs and its reliability was calculated as 94% using William Scott’s method. Results: The results showed that the presence of entrepreneurship competency structure among the curriculum syllabus of educational technology at Tehran University did not have a desirable condition. Conclusions: Therefore, it is imperative that higher education professionals and curriculum developers should take the necessary steps to push students towards entrepreneurship in terms of reviewing the curriculum in educational technology at Tehran University.
