- چکیده انگلیسی: Introduction: Vitamin D deficiency is a major health problem, which is unexpectedly prevalent in Iran. The ultraviolet (UV) rays of the sun are considered to be the foremost source of vitamin D in humans. In contrast, several environmental factors could decrease UV transmission to the earth, thereby reducing vitamin D absorption. Considering that the key role of environmental factors in vitamin deficiency has been neglected, the present study aimed to investigate the associations between environmental factors (e.g., geographical and air pollution parameters) with the prevalence of vitamin D deficiency in Iran. Methods: The duration of the prevalence of vitamin D deficiency were extracted from the previous studies conducted in different cities in Iran, where vitamin D deficiency was reported. Afterwards, the environmental factors that were reported to affect sunlight transmission through the atmosphere were collected based on the place and time of vitamin D deficiency as mentioned in the reviewed studies via different geographic databases. The associations between the environmental factors and prevalence of vitamin D deficiency were determined. In total, 35 studies were reviewed completely. Results: The results indicated significant correlations between the prevalence of vitamin D deficiency and some environmental factors (e.g., cloudy and clear days). However, no significant association was observed between vitamin D deficiency and other environmental factors, such as geographical parameters (e.g., sunshine, longitude, latitude, elevation, humidity, and temperature) and air pollution (e.g., number of days with dust and visibility of ≤2 km). Conclusion: According to the results, there were significant associations between the prevalence of vitamin D deficiency andenvironmental factors, such as cloudy and clear days. Therefore, adequate exposure to sunlight for the absorption of vitamin D is strongly recommended.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Environmental pollution and rapid depletion are among the chief concerns about fossil fuels such as oil, gas, and coal. Renewable energy sources do not suffer from such limitations and are considered the best choice to replace fossil fuels. The present study develops a mathematical model for optimal allocation of regional renewable energy to meet a country-wide demand and its other essential aspects. The ultimate purpose is to minimize the total cost by planning, including power plant construction and maintenance costs and transmission costs. Minimum-cost flow equations are embedded in the model to determine how regions can supply energy to other regions or rely on them to fulfill annual demand. In order to verify the applicability of the model, it is applied to a real-world case study of Iran to determine the optimal renewable energy generation-transmission decisions for the next decade. Results indicate that the hydroelectric and solar power plants should generate the majority of the generated renewable electricity within the country, according to the optimal solution. Moreover, regarding the significant population growth and waste generation in the country’s large cities, biomass power plants can have the opportunity to satisfy a remarkable portion of electricity demand.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Given the complexities of supply chain networks, the firms consider modern technologies as a potential factor to improve their supply chain performances. One of these technologies is the Internet of Things (IoT). Hence, the main purpose of this study has been to achieve the conceptual model of the IoT implementation in hospital supply chains. Considering the qualitative nature of the study, relevant articles were specified through library research and collecting the related literature. The outputs obtained were analyzed using the meta-synthesis method and the grounded theory. Then the selected articles were extracted and the grounded theory was used to obtain the conceptual model of the IoT implementation in hospital supply chains. The research results indicated that the model featured 7 main categories, 19 subcategories and 86 codes. The results present a conceptual model for the implementation of the IoT in hospital supply chains including an explanation of the main research category, drivers, prerequisites and enablers, environmental and contextual conditions, challenges, technology implementation strategies, and results and outcomes.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background and Objective: Neonatal sepsis (NS) is a major cause of mortality and morbidity in neonates. Correct and early diagnosis of NS can prevent its complications. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the levels of thyroid hormones and procalcitonin (PCT) with NS.
Materials and Methods: In this case-control study, 40 term neonates with proven NS diagnosis and 40 term neonates whose NS were rejected due to negative paraclinical findings were compared in terms of thyroid hormone levels, PCT and C reactive protein (CRP). Data were analyzed using SPSS v.17.
Results: The most common clinical finding was fever in both groups, while there was no significant difference between the two groups (P = 0.1). The results of laboratory tests showed that the CRP levels in the NS group were significantly higher than the control group (P = 0.03). In terms of thyroid hormones, although TSH and T4 were higher in the NS group, this difference was not statistically significant (P = 0.94 and P = 0.22, respectively). In addition, PCT measurements and comparisons showed that this parameter was significantly higher in the NS group (P = 0.01).
Conclusion:The results of this study demonstrated that CRP and PCT levels in NS neonates were significantly higher than non-NS neonates, while there was no significant difference in the level of thyroid hormones in the two groups. Further studies are recommended in this area.

- چکیده انگلیسی: The stock market plays an important role in the economic development of countries. Network analysis is one of the latest methods in analyzing the stock market. It is a new concept for a macro view of the whole market in quantitative science literature. Therefore, this research analyzes the available Shareholder network in the Tehran Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2017. This research is based on a type of data collected and analyzed is quantitative research. And, its’ type is network analysis. The research results indicate that many of shareholders are connected to each other, although a class structure governs their relations. Some of the shareholders, in comparison with others, have a better position. Having a better position caused them to encounter fewer mediators in gaining access to other shareholders, and also easier access to available resources. The shareholders’ ability in gaining access to information through the cluster of network members enhances too. Therefore, it is claimed that these shareholders can play the role of key actors in the governing structure. Also, the results of the Pareto distribution indicate that the distribution of power among the Shareholders is approximately 25/75, that is, 75 per cent of the strength in the hands of 25 per cent of the Shareholders.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Municipal solid waste management is a major challenge, especially in metropolises. This research focuses on a non-technical issue in municipal solid waste management named municipal solid waste separation at the source and seeks to find the best policy in terms of model results. Source separation for recycling has been recognized as a way to achieve sustainable municipal solid waste (MSW) management. The research questions are what factors affect municipal solid waste separation at the source, what are the relationships between them, and which is the best policy to increase municipal solid waste separation at the source. In this research delphi analysis and fuzzy cognitive mapping are used. After identifying 29 factors affecting the waste separation at the source and adjusting them to 9 factors according to the experts' opinions, due to direct causal relationships between the factors and their analysis with the fuzzy cognitive mapping, the factors network affecting the generation of waste were designed. By delphi analysis and expert gathering, three policies were applied to increase waste separation at the source. After analyzing each of the policies, the percentage of change in waste separation was calculated using fuzzy cognitive mapping and the most favorable policy, respectively, was the second policy (Emphasis on culturing), the first policy (Emphasis on encouragement and fines) and, ultimately, The third policy (Emphasis on physical infrastructure) was identified.

- چکیده انگلیسی: The stock market has an important role in growth and development of countries. Network analysis is one of the latest method in analyzing the stock market. In quantitative science literature, It is a new concept for a macro view to whole market. Therefore, this research analyzes the interpersonal relationships’ network in the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE). From the type of data collected and analyzed point of view, this study is a quantitative research in network analysis domain. The research period is from 2013 to 2017. Softwares such as PreMap and UCINET used for analyzing data. The research results indicated that some individuals, in comparison with others, have a better position in communicative networks. Having better position has caused these individuals to encounter fewer mediators in gaining access to others, and in turn easier access to available resources. In addition, their ability in gaining access to information enhanced via the cluster of network members. Therefore, it might be concluded that these individuals are key actors in governing structure of the TSE. Furthermore, this network follows a kind of bus morphology i.e. individuals act as a bridge for other units and connect them to the core of the communication network.
