synthesis of heat integrated multi-component distillation systems is complex
due to its huge search space for structural combination and optimization
computation. To provide a systematic approach and tools for the synthesis
design of distillation systems, a new method for modeling heat integrated columns
is presented, and the operating cost objective function is minimized by
improved harmony search algorithm (IHS). This paper studies a quick method for
the synthesis of heat integrated distillation column sequences and IHS -based
optimization strategy for the optimization of separation sequences with their

- چکیده انگلیسی: Introduction: Diabetes mellitus is one of the most common non-communicable and chronic diseases. The present study aimed to review the lipid lowering effects of aqueous saffron extract in diabetic rats. Methods: Sixty diabetic rats with fasting blood glucose of over 300 mg/dl were selected as sample and divided in two groups of saffron extract and control. Group of saffron extract received 25 mg/kg daily aqueous saffron extract peritoneally for 4 weeks. Lipid profile was measured by enzymatic method with zist shimi commercial kits provided by yasa teb Company. For statistical analysis of data, Kalmogorov- Smirnov test and paired sample and independent sample t- tests (p≤0.05) were used. Results: Findings showed that 4 weeks saffron extract induces significant reduction in LDL, VLDL, TG and Cho of diabetic rats (p=0.001); nevertheless, it has no significant effect on HDL (p=0.07). Conclusion: It is concluded that 4 weeks aqueous saffron extract has lipid lowering effect in diabetic rats.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Introduction: Diabetes is a metabolic disease which induces increase in lipid profile. The present research aimed to review the lipid lowering effects of coriandrum sativum extract and endurance training in diabetic rats.
Methods: Thirty two diabetic rats were selected and divided into four groups of eight rats (1) coriandrum sativum extract, (2) endurance training, (3) endurance training with coriandrum sativum extract and (4) control. Rats of groups 2 and 3 ran on treadmill four weeks, five sessions per week and 60 minutes per session; also, rats of groups 1 and 3 received four weeks 100 mg/kg coriandrum sativum extract daily. For statistical analysis of data were used K- S and two way ANOVA tests (p≤0.05). Results: Endurance training has significant effect on reduction of LDL, VLDL, TG and Cho of diabetic rats (p≤0.05); Coriandrum sativum has significant effect on reduction of LDL, VLDL, TG and Cho of diabetic rats (p≤0.05); also endurance training with coriandrum sativum has interactional effect on the reduction of LDL, VLDL, TG and Cho and increase of HDL of diabetic rats (p≤0.05). - چکیده انگلیسی: Introduction: Today, drug use is increasing in the world. Physiological changes in the body are one of the most important consequences of drug use; one of the most important of these changes is the hormonal changes in the body. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of swimming training in addiction treatment on thyroid hormones in methadone addicted rats. Methods: Rats were randomly divided into seven groups, including: (1) eight weeks of swimming training, (2) eight weeks of methadone consumption, (3) eight weeks of swimming training with methadone, (4) four weeks of methadone and four weeks of non-methadone consumption, (5) four weeks of methadone and four weeks of swimming training, (6) four weeks of swimming training with methadone and four weeks of swimming without methadone, and (7) control. The swimming training consisted of three sessions per week and each session was 30 minutes. Also, methadone was injected daily at 2 mg / kg body weight of methadone peritoneally. Blood samples were collected 24 hours after the last training session. For analysis of data, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and one way analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used (p≤0.05). Results: Eeight weeks of swimming training, eight weeks of methadone consumption, eight weeks of swimming training with methadone and also four weeks of swimming training during methadone withdrawal period had no significant effect on thyroxine (p = 0.29), triiodothyronine p= 0.06) and thyroid stimulating hormone (p = 0.24) in rats. Conclusion: Eight weeks of swimming training, methadone consumption, swimming practice along with methadone and also four weeks of swimming training during methadone withdrawal period have no significant effect on thyroid hormones in rats.

- چکیده انگلیسی: The economics of two different power generation systems for an offshore complex installed in the Persian Gulf is considered. The base case defines the present condition in which the total power demand of the complex is supplied by burning the associated natural gas extracted from the platform on board in its thermal power plant. The purposed scenario considers a wind farm located near Bardekhun in Bushehr province to be connected to the complex power network and shares its power generated by renewable resources with the platform. The average wind speed and the wind turbine power generation are considered to have uncertainty. Thus, Monte Carlo simulation (MCS) is used to consider the uncertainties in the average wind speed and the wind turbine power generation. The purposed scenario is found obviously more beneficial with some conservative assumptions. The results show an about 30% reduction in pollution and a profit of $3 million in a year

- چکیده: تحقیق حاضر با هدف جداسازی و شناسایی گونههای قارچی موجود در ریزوسفر درختان بلوط در جنگلهای زاگرس استان ایلام انجام شد. برای این منظور، نمونهبرداری از خاک ریزوسفر درختان بلوط در مناطق مختلف جنگلهای زاگرس در استان ایلام طی سالهای 94-1393 صورت پذیرفت. رقتهای مختلفی از سوسپانسیون خاک تهیه و روی محیطکشتهای عصاره مالت-آگار (MEA)، سیبزمینی-دکستروز-آگار (PDA) و عصاره آب-آگار (WA 2%) پخش گردید. خالصسازی جدایهها با استفاده از روش نوک ریسه روی محیطکشت غذایی PDA انجام شد. ابتدا جدایهها با استفاده از ویژگیهای ریختشناختی شناسایی شدند. سپس، به منظور تایید شناسایی ریختشناختی و تعیین جایگاه تاکسونومیکی جدایهها، شناسایی مولکولی و آنالیزهای فیلوژنتیکی با استفاده از ترادفهای نوکلئوتیدی ناحیه ITS-rDNA صورت پذیرفت. در نهایت، براساس مطالعات ریختشناختی و مولکولی، سه گونه شامل Mortierella alpina،Penicillago nodositataو Trichocladium jilongensis شناسایی شدند که در تحقیق حاضر به عنوان آرایههای جدید برای فلور قارچی ایران توصیف میشوند.
- چکیده انگلیسی: The objective of the present study was to isolate and characterize of fungal species from Persian oak trees rhizosphere in Zagros forests, Ilam province (Iran). For this purpose, sampling was performed from different regions of the above-mentioned forests during 2014–15. The serial dilutions of soil suspensions were cultured on Water agar (WA 2%), Potato dextrose agar (PDA), and Malt extract agar (MEA) media. Fungi were purified by transferring single hyphal tips on PDA medium. At the first, the fungal isolates were identified using their morphological features. To confirm the morphological identification and taxonomic position of the isolates, molecular studied and phylogenetic analyses were then carried out using amplification and sequencing of ITS region of ribosomal DNA. Finally, the species Mortierella alpina, Penicillago nodositata,and Trichocladium jilongensis were identified based on morphological characters and molecular studies. These species were described and reported as new records for the mycobiota of Iran.

- چکیده انگلیسی: In this study, we present an evaluation of the (PM10) and carbon monoxide (CO) particulate matter exposure level originated from the four power plants in the area using Air Pollution Dispersion Model. Combined use of AREMOD (The American Meteorological Society/Environmental Protection Agency Regulatory Model), ArcGIS and health risk assessment were applied to estimate the level of pollution in thirteen municipal receptors in the city. The results indicated the long-range transport of the pollutants from the power plants expected to impose significant health impacts on residential receptors. Almost 80000 inhabitants of the city were exposed to PM10 concentration, ranging between 50-75 µg/m3 and 100000 were exposed to CO concentration, ranging between 40-45 µg/m3. Approximately, 1200 hectares of the city were exposed to PM10 concentration, ranging from 40 to 50 µg/m3 and 370 hectares of the city area were exposed to CO concentration between 50-75 µg/m3. Comparison between simulated and observed concentrations of pollutants shows a little overestimation by model.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Nowadays, functionally graded materials (FGM) are widely used in many industrial, aerospace and military fields. On the other hand, the interest in the use of shrink-fitted assemblies is increasing for designing composite tubes, high-pressure vessels, rectors and tanks. Although extensive researches exist on thick-walled cylindrical shells, not many researches have been done on shrink-fitted thick FGM cylinders. In this paper, an analytical formulation for shrink-fitted of axisymmetric thick-walled FGM cylinders based on the linear plane elasticity theory is presented. The stresses and displacement fields in thick cylindrical shells are calculated using the real, Repeated and complex roots of characteristic equation. The displacements and stresses resulted are depicted for a case study. The results show that the material composition variation had evident effects on shrink-fit pressure in the intersection area of two fitted tubes. The value of this pressure affects radial and hoop stress distribution in FG circular cylinders walls.
