It also aims to investigate the role of peer feedback and formative feedback in the design and production of instructional projects. Methods: quantitative approach with quasi-experimental design is used in this research. Research population is all students of Farhangian University of Ardebil in the course of ICT for instruction and learning, who entered university in 2018. Sample of the study includes 40 students, selected by random cluster sampling method. First, pre-test is performed by an 8-item test. Then, the experiment group receives training via web-based learning with peer feedback and formative feedback and control group receives training by web-based learning without the peer feedback and formative feedback. Post-test is performed with the same questions. SPSS software, version 19, is used for ANCOVA analysis. Results: According to the results, the experimental group receives high scores in designing and producing of educational projects (mean=13.50 and 18.50. P=0.001). Findings of this research suggest that using peer feedback and formative feedback in web-based learning in designing and producing projects must be designed implemented by instructors. Also, taking into account their important features and functions is a necessity for attaining effectiveness in the instruction. Conclusion: This research has shown that peer feedback and formative feedback in web-based learning have positive effect on the learning. Thus, it is suggested that peer feedback and formative feedback must be applied in web-based learning environment.

- چکیده انگلیسی: BACKGROUND AND AIM: The aim of this study was to determine the incidence and relative frequency of oral and pharyngeal cancers in Kermanshah, Iran, from March 1993 until March 2006.METHODS: The data used in this epidemiologic study were extracted directly from pathology records registered in 12 (all) public and private pathology centers of Kermanshah province during the 13-year study period. The medical data of 13,323 cases of cancer were studied.RESULTS: During the 13-year period of this study, 350 new malignant cases occurred in the oral cavity and pharynx. 247 (70%) were men and 103 (30%) were women. The mean age for oral and pharyngeal cancers was 57 [standard deviation (SD) = 17.09] with male to female ratio 2.39:1. The most common oral and pharyngeal cancers were squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) with 283 patients. 211 (74.6%) of the patients were men and 72 (25.4%) of them were women; the mean age of SCC was 60 (SD = 16) with male to female ratio 2.93:1. The two most common sites of involvement were lips [166 (47.5%)] and tongue [25 (7.14%)]. The overall incidence rate of oral and pharyngeal cancers was 1.47 per 100000 populations.CONCLUSION: In summary, the incidence risk of oral and pharyngeal cancers in people living in Kermanshah province is similar to the most other provinces of Iran. However, this study showed that the rank of oral and pharyngeal cancers among males (9th most common cancer) is low when compared to other regions of Iran and other countries such as India, Australia, and France.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Tumor growth is characterized by uncontrolled cell division. For centuries, silver kushta powder, composed of nano and submicro silver particles, has been used in traditional Iranian and Pakistani medicine for the treatment of melanoma and breast cancer. We have found that these nanocomposite particles are similar to silver nanoparticles (AgNps) in size and shape and that there are so differences in their physicochemical properties such as silver content.In the present study, a comparison of cytotoxic effects of nanosilver(AgNps) and two silver kushtas [Iranian silver kushta (IKAg) and Pakistan silver kushta (PKAg)]have been conductedindifferent concentrations against tumor cell lines (MCF-7, HepG2, A549) and a normal cell line (MDBK) using MTT andTrypan blue exclusion tests.At first, Particle size was analyzed using the Malvern Zetasizer. The Z average diameters of samples (AgNps, PKAg, and IKAg) were64.08, 51.72 and 190.4 nm, respectively.The result of MTTtest showed no toxicity of both silver kushtas (IKAg&PKAg) toward the cancer cell lines and MDBK cells. The IC50 values of AgNpsdetermined for A549, HPG2, MCF-7, and MDBK were 5.94, 1.41, 3.68, and, 1.9 ppm, respectively. According to trypan blue (0.2% w/v) exclusion test, the cytotoxicity of the silver materials toward primary rat hepatocytes followed the order AgNps (100%) >AgNO3 (80.9%) >Pakistani silver kushta (48.35%)>Iranian silver kushta (45%).This result illustrated that the silver components [(IKAg) & (PKAg)] of the traditional kushtas do not penetrate the cancer cell membrane and do not show cytotoxicity. Therefore, kushtas are ineffective as anti-cancer agents. However, AgNps shows good anticancer properties.

- چکیده انگلیسی: The primary aim of this study was to investigate the status of RANKL6-7 gene polymorphism in patients with chronic (mild, moderate, severe) and aggressive periodontitis as well as healthy controls. We examined
80 patients for the RANKL6-7 polymorphisms (rs1054016 and rs9567000). Polymorphism was determined
by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) followed by direct sequencing. No statistically significant association
was found between the polymorphism in the RANKL 7 gene and periodontal disease (P<0.55).
There was also no polymorphic allele observed in RANKL 6 gene of the study population. We found no

- چکیده انگلیسی: Nano materials have been widely used in laboratory and industrial scales in order to improve various properties of concrete and concrete mixture. The mainstream practice of the researches in this field is to add metallic nano-particles into the concrete mixture. The present research focuses on adding Micro-Nano Air Bubbles (MNAB) into water before mixing it with aggregate and cement mixtures. It studies the compressive and tensile strength as well as other engineering properties of the concrete such as the initial and final setting time and the variation in temperature during the setting. The ratio of water/cement was 0.6 with three specimens, prepared for each mixed design to ensure the data quality. Results showed that MNAB-made concrete had 19% higher compression and 16% tensile strength, while the initial and final setting times were significantly shorter (approximately a half) and hydration temperature was notably lower than ordinary concrete.
