- چکیده انگلیسی: Regarding the green chemistry's goals, dicationic magnetic room temperature ionic liquid open up new avenue to introduce an amazing and efficient system for facilitating catalyst recovery in different organic reactions. Ability of this dicationic magnetic room temperature ionic liquid catalyst in the one-pot three-components condensation reaction of benzil, aromatic aldehyde, and ammonium acetatate are also described. Utilization of easy reaction conditions, catalyst with high catalytic activity and good reusability, and simple magnetically work-up, makes this methodology as an interesting option for the synthesis of 2,4,5-trisubstituted imidazoles.

- چکیده انگلیسی: We report here an efficient and green method for fused Biginelli condensation reaction of aldehydes, cyclopentanone, and urea catalyzed by nano ZrO2-SO3H under solvent-free conditions. The prospect of the reusability of this catalyst has also been demonstrated without compromising on the yield of the product. On the whole, the protocol presented here is an excellent alternative to many of the previously reported procedures. So, Optimized molecular structures have been investigated by DFT/B3LYP method with 6-31G (d,p) basis set. Stability of some 4-aryl-7-benzylidene-1,3,4,5,6,7-hexahydro-4-phenyl-2H-cyclopenta[d]pyrimidin-2-one (2 a-j) derivatives and intramolecular interactions bond has been analyzed by using natural bond orbital (NBO) analysis.

- چکیده انگلیسی: By the immobilization of bipyridinium chloride onto mesoporous MCM-41encapsulated Fe3O4 nanoparticles via a simple post-synthesis method, a totally new organic-inorganic hybrid nanocomposite was formulated. The heterogeneous hybrid nanomagnetic composite was characterized by Fourier Transform InfraRed (FT-IR), X-Ray powder Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM) and Thermal Gravimetric Analytical (TGA). The potential applications of this novel nanomagnetic and recyclable basic nanocomposite, Fe3O4@MCM-Bp , were also investigated for solvent-free synthesis of 1,4-dihydropyridine, polyhydroquinoline, and polyhydroacridine derivatives via Hantzsch multicomponent condensation reaction. High isolated yields, operational simplicity, clean reaction conditions and minimum pollution of the environment, makes the procedure a useful and appealing process in organic transformation.

- چکیده انگلیسی: In this study, β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) supported, hydroxyapatite encapsulated γ-Fe2O3 (γ-Fe2O3@HAp@β-CD) was successfully prepared and evaluated as a solid-liquid phase transfer catalyst and also a molecular host system and nanoreactor for the nucleophilic ring-opening of epoxides in water for the preparation of β-azido alcohols, β-nitro alcohols, and β-cyanohydrins. The catalyst was characterized by FT-IR, XRD, TGA, and SEM. This procedure offers several advantages including excellent regioselectivity, high yields, short reaction times, recyclable catalyst, easy separation of the catalyst through external magnet, and easy work-up.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Polyethylene glycol was easily grafted to silica gel and used as a solid–liquid phase transfer catalyst in the reduction of aromatic nitro compounds. This silica-grafted polyethylene glycol is proved to be an efficient heterogeneous catalyst in the reduction of nitroarenes to the corresponding aromatic amines with zinc powder in water. The reduction reactions proceeded efficiently with excellent chemoselectivity without affecting other sensitive functional groups.

- چکیده انگلیسی: In this paper, Taguchi method was applied to determine the optimum conditions for Zn (II) removal from aqueous solution by halloysite nanotubes (HNTs). An orthogonal array experimental design (L16 (45) which is of five control factors including pH, t (contact time), m (adsorbent mass), T (temperature) and C0 (initial concentration of Zn (II)) having four levels was employed. Adsorption capacity (mg/g) and removal percent (%) were investigated as the quality characteristics to be optimized. In order to determine the optimum levels of the control factors precisely, range analysis and analysis of variance were performed. For removal percent, the optimum condition was found to be pH=6, T=35°C, w=0.4 g, and C0=50 mg/L. Under these optimum conditions, adsorption capacity and removal percent can reach to 132.16 mg/g and 99.76%, respectively.

- چکیده انگلیسی: In this work, hierarchical WO3 core-shell microspheres were synthesized via a facile template-free precipitation method. Gas sensing properties of the synthesized powder to acetone and some other volatile organic compounds were comparatively investigated with commercial WO3 nanoparticles. The synthesized and commercial powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, particle size distribution analysis, Brunauer–Emmett–Teller and Barrette-Joyner-Halenda techniques. Gas sensors were fabricated by deposition of powders between/on interdigitated electrodes via sedimentation approach. The results show that both sensors are sufficiently sensitive to detect 1.8 ppm of acetone; diabetes diagnosis threshold in human exhaled breath. Indeed, the hierarchical based one is highly sensitive and more selective to acetone.

- چکیده انگلیسی: One of the most controversial usages of coiled tubing in stimulation operation is the calculation of the optimum pumping rate and coiled tubing depth. Considering the investigations conducted in one of the Iranian offshore oilfields, the simulation and optimization of coiled tubing operation can be accomplished by two phase flow simulator (OLGA) and MATLAB curve fitting Simmons model to obtain the optimum rate and the depth of operation with regard to the limitations imposed by the amount of nitrogen and the operation time. Simulation and field results are compared with good agreement. The simulation and optimization comprise of both theoretical and experimental aspects on the basis of multiphase considerations. The result of simulation and comparisons are done on the basis of the nitrogen amount limitation. In this paper, it is attempted to state the necessity of coiled tubing dominant variable optimization by representing an economic equation, based on simulation results of a real operation with perception of two-phase flow realities.

Background
Cow’s milk allergy is one of most prevalent food allergies worldwide. Due to elimination diet it can impair growth in infants. In this study we evaluate growth disorders in Non-immunoglobulin E mediated cow’s milk allergy named allergic proctocolitis.
Materials and Methods: Forty-nine patients were included in this longitudinal study. The study was launched from February 2018 to February 2019 in Akbar hospital, Mashhad-Iran. Cow’s milk allergy was diagnosed according to the clinical presentation and Challenge test. All participants were breastfed during the course of study. Mothers were received 1000 mg calcium and infants 400 IU Vitamin D daily, as routine. The cow’s milk was eliminated from the diet of both mother and infant. Infants were followed up for 9 months with 3 month intervals. Growth patterns were evaluated by measuring height, weight and head circumference z-scores every 3-months. Serum level of Calcium, Vitamin D, PTH and phosphorus were evaluated before and after the follow-up period.
Results: The mean age of the study participants was 4.57±2.41 month. There was a statistical significant difference between weight and height Z score (p=0.028) (p=0.001), respectively, at baseline and 9 months after treatment. However, no significant difference was found in head circumference Z-score at baseline and 9 months after treatment (p=0.564). The increase in Vitamin D and PTH along with the decrease in calcium, phosphorus was significant during the study period (p <0.01).
Conclusion
It seems that elimination diet in infants with cow’s milk allergy would not suppress growth parameters and might even improve it, especially weight gain.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Asthma is a growing problem worldwide and the limitations of the current therapy for allergic asthma highlight the need for novel therapeutics. We conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis to find out the role of probiotics in the treatment of Asthma.
Materials and Methods: In this systematic review, a comprehensive search of the major electronic databases was done till October 2017. Clinical trials comparing the effect of probiotics versus placebo on treating asthma were included. Trials focusing on prevention of asthma were not included. A predefined set of outcome measures was assessed. Continuous data were expressed as standardized mean difference with 95% confidence interval (CI). Dichotomous data were expressed as odds ratio with 95% CI. P-value < 0.05 was considered as significant.
Results: 11 studies with 2,027 participants were included. Probiotic intake was associated with a significant improvement in pulmonary function test and slight benefits in asthma control test. Probiotics did not reduce asthma exacerbation and wheezing episodes although there was a high degree of heterogeneity in studies. It also has no significant effect on viral respiratory infection in asthmatics and no improvement in quality of life. Probiotic intake improved the following parameters: longer time free from episodes of asthma. Adverse events were not significant.
Conclusion: Although trials showed promising effects of probiotics as an additive on therapy on some parameters of asthma, as this evidence was generated from only a few trials with high degree of heterogeneity, routine use of probiotics as an additive on therapy of asthmatic patients cannot be recommended at this time.- انتشار مقاله: 14-09-1397
