- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: E-learning is considered as one of the most important learning environments and the efforts and experiences of this type of learning have been studied and implemented in many countries. The purpose of this study is the application of path analysis model in explaining the factors affecting the quality and usefulness of e-learning through the student’s perspective. Methods: The research method is descriptive-correlation through using path analysis. The statistical population of the study consisted of 110 students of virtual courses of Payame Noor University (2018-2019); The questionnaire was provided to all of them through census and 70 students was answered and filled in the questionnaire. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data and the reliability coefficient of the questionnaire was obtained through Cronbach’s alpha of 0.94 and validity was verified by 10 experts. Also, the validity was assessed through the internal consistency method which showed 0.87. Results: The findings of the path analysis indicated that the quality factor of the type of technology with a coefficient of influence of 0.59 had the most effect on the quality and usefulness of the education from the students perspective (P=0.001) and Content agent with an impact coefficient of 0.26 indirectly affected on the quality and usefulness of e-learning (P=0.021). Also learning methods with coefficient (0.51) directly affected on the quality and usefulness of e-learning (0.51=β). The teacher agent with coefficient0.27 has indirectly influenced on the quality and usefulness of e-learning. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, virtual education planners need to pay attention to the factors affecting the quality of courses.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Introduction: The aim of this research was to determine the effects of cognitive and meta-cognitive strategies training on self-directed learning readiness and its subscales.Materials and Methods: This study used a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest and a control group. The sampling was based on the multistage cluster random method. The participants were 54 students from Kerman and Rafsanjan Payamnoor universities in the fields of basic and human sciences. They were randomly assigned into two groups. After taking the pre-test, the experimental group was trained on cognitive and meta-cognitive strategies for 8 sessions, while the control group did not receive any intervention. Then the participants were evaluated by the guglielminoself-directed learning questioner. The SPSS software was used for analyzing the data, using ANCOVA.Results: The results of this research showed that education on cognitive and meta-cognitive strategies improved self –directed learning. The most influence was on study skills, problem solving and independence learning.Conclusion: The findings indicated that learning strategies could affected self-directed learning readiness. Therefore, teachers should educate these strategies to their students to improve their skills.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Introduction: The aim of this research was to determine the effects of cognitive and metacognitive strategies training to strengthen their, self-directed learning readiness and self efficacy.Materials and Methods: In this quasi-experimental design with pretest - posttest control group was used. In this study, 50 midwifery students were selected, and randomly and equally divided into two groups The experimental group was attended in 8 sessions of cognitive and metacognitive strategies training and were evaluated by guglielmino self-directed learning questioner, schwarzer self efficacy questioner and Combined Inventory weienestein, palmer & pintrich. SPSS software was used for analyzing data's. The statistical analyses were ANCOVA.Results: Results of this research show that training of cognitive and metacognitive strategies Uses strategies strengthens, improved of self –directed learning and self efficacy.Conclusion: According to research findings indicate that learning strategies can be taught and learned and learning strategies can be effected on self-directed learning readiness and self efficacy therefore, teachers must trying for training these strategies to students and notice Students how to learn and improve skills.

- چکیده انگلیسی: There are some issues examined and discussed in the area of comparative education, most important of which include relevant matters to features of an educational system, economy of general education, education and society, the relationship between religion and education, and also questions concerning the government and policy in relation to education. Japan education system is a centralized one that encompasses preschool up to higher education. Therefore, regarding the above mentioned subjects, the present articlehas reviewed first the history of evolution in Japan education to provide an understanding of such system, then the administrative structure of Japan for realizing the position of higher education and ICT based learning, and next a short history of ICT based education in Japan and its types in this system. Finally, a current situation of correspondence education and E-learning are compared regarding statistics in 2006.

- چکیده: هدف: هدف این تحقیق تعیین توان پیش بینی کننده جهت گیری هدف و سلامت روان بر اساس نیازهای روانشناختی در دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور در سال تحصیلی 95-96 است.
روش : جامعه آماری 1471 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور مرکز رفسنجان بوده که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 295 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه، با شیوه نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده اند. ابزار اندازه گیری پرسشنامه جهت گیری هدف ، پرسشنامه نیازهای روانشناختی و پرسشنامه سلامت روان بوده اند.
یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد که مولفه های نیازهای روانشناختی(خودمختاری، شایستگی و تعاملات) توان پیش بینی جهت گیری هدف و سلامت روان را دارد
نتیجه گیری: لازم است به مولفه های نیازهای روانشناختی (خودمختاری و استقلال، شایستگی و تعاملات) در محیطهای آموزشی دانشجویان برای کاهش سطوح استرس، ایجاد آرامش و تقویت هدف گذاری توجه شود. اگرچه در شیوه های آموزشی نوین بر خودمختاری و استقلال دانشجویان تاکید می شود ، استفاده از شیوه های آموزش ترکیبی با توجه به مزایای برقراری ارتباط و همچنین توجه بر خود مختاری دانشجویان شیوه ای مناسب در برخورداری دانشجویان این دانشگاه از سلامت روان و هدف گذاری می تواند مورد توجه قرار گیرد.- چکیده انگلیسی: The purpose of this study was to determine the predictive power of goal orientation and mental health according to psychological needs of students in distance education System in the academic year of 2016-2017. The statistical population of the study was 1471 students in distance education system among which, by using Cochran formula, 295 individuals were selected as participants through simple random sampling method. The research instruments consisted of three questionnaires measuring goal orientation, psychological needs, and mental health variables. The results show that the components of psychological needs (autonomy, competence, and interactions) have predictive power of goal orientation and mental health. In conclusion, it is necessary to pay attention to the components of psychological needs (autonomy and independence, competency and interactions) in students' educational environments in order to reduce stress levels, to create relaxation and strengthen the targeting. Although, in modern teaching methods, the emphasis is placed on students 'autonomy and independence, the use of combined teaching methods with regard to the benefits of communicating as well as paying attention to students' autonomy is a good way of enabling university students to have mental health and transition goals.
