- چکیده انگلیسی: The NMR spectra of azo dyes, 5-arylazobarbituric (5a-g), 5-arylazo-1,3-dimethylbarbituric
(6a-g) and 5-arylazothiobarbituric acids (7a-g) were studied in DMSO-d6 in different
concentrations. An intramolecular hydrogen bond was observed and indicating that the
hydrazone forms is mostly predominant. The peak of the hydrazone proton was severely
broadened and its chemical shift appeared at down field due to intramolecular hydrogen bond.
Existence of nitro group at ortho-position on phenyl ring caused the chemical shift value of the
proton of hydrazone form in 5a-7a to be more deshielded than other hydrazone protons in 5bg−
7b-g due to bifurcated intramolecular hydrogen bond and anisotropic ring-current effect. Dyes

- چکیده انگلیسی: Water is the main pillar of human life, which experiencing widespread pollutions that turn clean waters to a non consumption form gradually. Contaminating resources of the clean waters are the human and industries have been made by the human. Because the available water resources for humans and organisms are limited, we must seek recovery of contaminated waters. Some novel oxime and azo dye-based compounds from spiro dihydrofurans were synthesized. All structures were characterized by IR, 1H, and 13C NMR spectroscopy techniques. Some pollutant metal cations of Ni2+, Cu2+, Co2+, Mn2+, and Zn2+ in water and industrial wastewater were examined in the presence of novel ligands. The UV-visible spectral data indicated that 4a selectively absorbed Ni2+ at room temperature and natural pH conditions. Instead, 4b absorbed all cations with exception of Ni2+ under the same condition.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Biodiesel produced by the transesterification of vegetable oils is a promising alternative fuel to diesel because of limited fossil fuel resources and environmental concerns. The use of heterogeneous catalysts greatly simplifies the technological process by facilitating the separation of the post-reaction mixture. The purpose of the present work was to examine a heterogeneous catalyst, in particular, to produce methyl esters of jatropha curcas oil (JCO). In this study, the trans esterification of JCO with methanol was studied in a heterogeneous system, using Mg-Al hydrotalcites as solid base catalysts. The dependence of the conversion of JCO on the reactions variables such as the molar ratio of methanol/ oil, the amount of catalysts used, reaction temperatures and reaction times were performed. The conversion of 99% was achieved under the optimum reaction conditions.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Esterification and transesterification reactions usually carry out in hydrocarbon solvents, such as toluene. Homogeneous acid catalysts such as, sulfuric acid, methane sulfonic acid, and p-toluene sulfonic acid are the most conventional catalysts for this purpose. Application of these catalysts causes some difficulties such as corrosion, and environment probleA most effective and less energy demanding method of producing fatty esters, polyol esters , by esterifying fatty acids, with a pentaerythritol and trimethylolpropan alcohols in the presence of an acid Catalyst at elevated temperature wherein an azeotroping agent , particularly toluene, is used to facilitate continuous removal of water by distillation, formed as a by-product during the esterification reaction.The esterification reaction is completed within 5 hours, pentaerythritol and trimethylolpropan esters was produced .ms
