- چکیده انگلیسی: Statement of Problem: The most common impression techniques used in fixed prosthodontics are one and two step with spacer. Sometimes impression details are not registered and as a result, use of second wash would be necessary.Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of second wash of speedex impression material on dimensional accuracy of stone model in one and two stage impression techniques.Materials and Method: In this experimental study, two metallic dies (with and without undercut) were used. Impressions were made using four techniques (one step, one step with second wash, two steps, and two steps with second wash). For each technique the impression taking was repeated 15 times and totally 60 impressions were provided. Impressions were poured with Vel-mix stone. Height and diameter for each die as well as distances between the dies were measured by sterio microscope and data were analyzed using ANOVA and T-tests.Results: This study showed that in all four techniques height of dies with undercut was increased, but in the two step technique, the difference was not statistically significant (p= 0.282). In one step and two step with second wash technique, heights of dies without undercut were increased, while in the other two techniques they were decreased. In two step technique, diameters of the two dies were increased, while in other techniques they were decreased. In the two step technique, the distance between the dies was decreased, mean while other techniques did not show any increase and the differences were not statistically significant (p<0.05).Conclusion: The two step technique was more accurate than the other techniques. The one step with second wash technique was more accurate than one step technique. The use of two step with second wash technique is not recommended in fixed partial dentures, but in single crowns it can be used only with special considerations.Key words: Dimensional accuracy, Silicon impression material, Second wash, One step technique, two step technique

- چکیده: اثر تغذیه 120 روزه سیلاژ تفاله زیتون بر برخی ویژگیهای خونی قوچها بررسی شد. قوچها به یکی از دو جیره در بر دارنده 70% سیلاژ ذرت یا سیلاژ تفاله زیتون اختصاص داده شدند. تغذیه سیلاژ تفاله زیتون در مقایسه با سیلاژ ذرت، سبب کاهش غلظت پروتین کل، آلانین آمینو ترانسفراز، کلسیم و فسفر و افزایش غلظت گلوکز شد. دیگر فراسنجههای خونی و وزن بدن تاثیری نپذیرفتند. تغذیه جیره دارای 70% سیلاژ تفاله زیتون اثر زیانباری بر قوچهای بالغ نداشت.
- چکیده انگلیسی: The effect feeding olive-pulp silage (OPS) for 120 days on several blood attributes was studied using 16 rams allotted to two diets consisting of 70% corn silage or 70% OPS. Olive-pulp silage feeding resulted in lower serum total protein, alanine aminotransferase, calcium and phosphorus levels and higher glucose concentration compared to the corn silage diet. Body weight and other blood attributes were not affected by OPS feeding. Feeding a diet containing 70% OPS at the maintenance level had no apparent detrimental effect in mature rams.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Land use is being considered as an element in determining land change studies, environmental planning and natural resource applications. The Earth’s surface Study by remote sensing has many benefits such as, continuous acquisition of data, broad regional coverage, cost effective data, map accurate data, and large archives of historical data. To study land use / cover, remote sensing as an efficient technology, is always desired by experts. In this case, classification could be considered as one of the most important methods of extracting information from digital satellite images. Selecting the best classification method and applying the proper values for parameters extremely influence the trust level of extracted land use maps. This research is an applied study which attempts to introduce Support Vector Machines (SVM) classification method, a recent development from the machine learning community. Moreover, we prove its potential for structure–activity relationship analysis on Aster multispectral data of central county of Kabodar-Ahang region in Hamedan, Iran. Accuracy of SVMs method is varied by the type of kernel functions and its parameters. The purpose of this research is to find the accuracy of Land use extraction by SVM method by Polynomial and radial basis functions kernel with their estimated optimum parameters in addition to compare the results with Maximum Likelihood method. Most of the scientists imply that Maximum Likelihood method is suitable for classification. Therefore, we try to compare SVM with ML method and to deliberate the efficiency of this new method in classification progress on Aster multispectral data. The accuracy of SVM method by Polynomial and radial basis functions kernel with optimum parameters and ML classification methods achieved 93.18%, 91.77% and 88.35 % respectively as an overall accuracy. By comparing the accuracy of these methods, SVM method by Polynomial kernel was evaluated as suitable. Therefore, we can suggest using SVM method especially with the use of Polynomial kernel to determine land use. In general, the results of this research are very practical in natural resources conservation planning and studies. Also, this study verifies the effectiveness and robustness of SVMs in the classification of remotely sensed images.
