- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: The Modern Electronic Technologies have had a deep impact on traditional methods of education and brought forth new methods for effective education. Electronic portfolio is one of the newest methods of teaching. Therefore, the purpose of the present research was to study the impact of using e-portfolio on Nursing Students' Learning in Physiology Course.
Methods: The design of the study was a pre-test/post-test one with an experimental group and a control group. The population of the study included all Nursing students of Nursing Faculty of Malayer city in the academic year 2014-15. The sample of the study was selected using available sampling and included 30 students who were placed in an experimental group (n = 15) and a control group (n = 15). The instrument used in this study was a learning test of basic Physiology Course developed by the researcher himself; the face validity of the test was judged by experts of subject and the pre-test and post-test method showed that the reliability of the test is, respectively 0.78 & 0.81. In order to collect data, at first, Pre-test learning were taken from experimental and control groups. Then, the control group, educational content related to physiology course was instructed through traditional methods and experimental group, the same content were instructed through e-portfolio method (with Use google chrome) during one academic semester. Finally, Learning post-test were taken from both groups. The obtained data were analyzed through the SPSS software and an independent t-test used to analyze the data.
Results: The results of the study demonstrated that Using E-Portfolio method on increase in the amount of learning in nursing students of experimental group (t:10.38, P:.001).
Conclusions: According to the results and effectiveness in the use of electronic portfolio in the teaching-learning process in the physiology course, recommended the use of this electronic technology in nursing education and consequently medical education.- انتشار مقاله: 27-04-1394

Pneumocephalus is the presence of air or gas within the cranial cavity. It can occur following otorhinolaryngological procedures. A small pneumocephalus spontaneously heals without any treatment. In severe cases, conservative therapy includes a 30-degree head elevation, avoidance of the Valsalva maneuver, analgesics, osmotic diuretics, and oxygen therapy.
Case Report:
A 56-year-old woman was referred to the emergency department due to a severe headache in the frontal area for 2 days before admission. The patient experienced nausea and vomiting in the morning and had no history of seizures or decreased consciousness. Examination of neurological symptoms was completely normal and showed no symptoms of meningeal irritation. In terms of past history, the patient had undergone tympanomastoidectomy surgery and resection of the cholesteatoma 1 week previously. The Mount Fuji sign was found on the brain computed tomography (CT) scan of the patient. Treatments such as CBR (complete bed rest), 30-degree head elevation, anti-fever, analgesics and oxygen therapy, along with anti-compulsive drug (phenytoin), were prescribed. At the end of 5 days, the patient's pneumocephalus was resolved completely.
Conclusion:
Pneumocephalus should be considered a post-operative complication of tympanomastoidectomy. In most cases, pneumocephalus responds to conservative therapy. Supplemental oxygen increases the rate of absorption of pneumocephalus. Serial imaging is needed to ensure gradual reduction of the pneumocephalus.- انتشار مقاله: 12-09-1396

- چکیده انگلیسی: Developing countries that have almost oil reserves have no enough mega projects' management ability, technology and finance resources to manage and finish a mega project. Host countries for achievement these technologies and resources have to cooperate with foreign and international companies. Different contractual frameworks are used in conjunction with obtaining these technologies and covering these shortages. Buy-back service contract is one of these contractual frameworks that are relatively in Iran oil industry. The article is to analyze and examine deferent scenarios according to this framework to maximizing the benefits for both parties through maximizing the produced oil. Deferent scenarios in rate of return as a very important factor in buy-back contracts is to maximize and the new solutions will be introduced.
