- چکیده انگلیسی: The survival guide to competitiveness for organizations is to become closer to the customers and deliver value-added products and services in the shortest time. This, in turn, requires integration of the business processes of the enterprise, which is the stronghold of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). On the other hand, most ERP projects are believed to be doomed to failures. In this research, the factors leading to failure of ERP projects implementation in Iranian enterprises were identified and surveyed. Subsequently, the factors have been classified and ranked consulting the experts and using fuzzy flowsort inference system. For this purpose, the failure factors were extracted reviewing the previous related researches. After that, the experts merged the synonymous and homogeneous factors. The remaining 58 factors were classified in seven categories including: organizational, project management, human resources, managerial, vendors and consultants, processes-related, and technical factors. The factors were prioritized using the experts’ opinions and were ranked utilizing fuzzy flowsort inference system. Finally, ten criteria were determined as the most critical failure factors of ERP projects implementation in Iranian enterprises.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Supply chains and economic systems have an important role in environmental issues and energy sustainability. Energy is a key factor of all economic systems and has a large environmental impact, therefore its affordable consumption is very important to have a sustainable supply chains and sustainable future. This paper provides a new formulation of supply chain network design by integration of thermodynamic rules about available or useful energy and econometric coefficients and also risk factor in supply chain. The purpose of this integration is to achieve a sustainable supply chain modeling in both fields of available energy and total costs that can guarantees both return of the investments and useful energy in the economic systems. In order to solve the proposed model, augmented ε-constraint method is used and numerical examples are discussed and the results illustrate that the proposed model admitted various progresses in minimizing consumed available energy along with the total costs and risk factor in the proposed model. Also results show that the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and two of the econometric coefficients generally pointed out as “alpha” and “beta” play a significant role in the amount of consumed available energy and energy sustainability in the supply chain.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Wind energy production is critical issue as renewable energy sources is continuously increasing over the last decade. The main focus of this study is wind power production which its share is already less than one percent but planned to supply over thirty percent of electricity consumption by 2025. In this study, scenario planning as an increasingly popular method for facilitating multi-criteria decision making and strategic management tool is used. The methodology has been designed in three stages of identifying the critical factors and driving forces affecting wind power industry in Iran, generating plausible scenarios by scenario wizard through cross impact balance analysis and proposing some guidelines for most optimistic, realistic and pessimistic scenarios to eliminate the barriers and promote installed wind power capacity. Considering the score of the scenarios as well as their Impact Score, the scenarios are sorted from most optimistic to most pessimistic. The main contribution of the paper is preparing a realistic view and considering internal and international situations of Iran, local barriers, necessity of attracting foreign investment, know how transfer and technology for manufacturing of turbine over 1MW, clearly define and analyze the critical factors and driving Forces influencing conceivable futures of wind energy in Iran and propose some guidelines enabling quick respond to forthcoming changes and precise planning to reach desired vision. The results of this research are supposed to developed scenarios provide a detailed review of Iran's long-term wind energy planning and minimize plausible wonders and shocks.

- چکیده انگلیسی: The aim of this Paper is to study a multi-product, multi-period production systems in a hybrid flow shop so that lot-sizing and scheduling will be detemined simultaneously. A new mixed-integer programming model is proposed to formulate the studied problem. The objective function in this investigation includes the total cost of production, inventory and external supply. In the case of not satisfying the demand of customers, this demand should be met by foreign suppliers with higher price. The simultaneous lot-sizing and scheduling problem are classified in strongly NP-hard class. Due to the high computational complexity of the studied problem, particle swarm optimization (PSO) and imperialist competitive algorithms (ICA) are implemented for solving the considered problem. The algorithms explore the solution space for both lot-sizing and scheduling and find a combination of production plan and sequence that is feasible and close to optimum. First, the implemented algorithms are used for solving randomly generated instances with different sizes. Then, these methods are used to solve the case of tile industry and the obtained results by two methods are compared with each other. Computational experiences show that the algorithms are able to achieve good-quality solutions for the problem in a reasonable time. Also, the results of ICA are better than PSO results for the mentioned case study.
