- چکیده انگلیسی: Walnut (Juglans regia L.) is a well-known member of the Juglandaceae family and its kernel is widely consumed around the world for both unique nutritional characteristics and health-related benefits. Even though several studies investigated the composition and biological activities of different parts of the walnut tree, the internal septum of the walnut kernel is less evaluated. In the last two decades, some studies investigated phytochemical and pharmacological aspects of the walnut septum. Their results showed a wide range of biological properties along with safety of walnut septum constituents convincing us to shift our view to walnut septum as a useless by-product to a natural herbal material with valuable properties. The purpose of this review was to summarize the currently available investigations on chemical composition and biological activities of the walnut septum. Several phytochemical studies showed that the walnut septum is a rich source of secondary metabolites like polyphenols are which estimated to be responsible for its high antioxidant property. Further experimental studies confirmed many biological activities of this by-product such as radical scavenging, food preservative, antibacterial, antitumor, hypoglycemic, hypolipidemic, and hepatorenal protective properties.

- چکیده انگلیسی: the purpose of this study was to evaluate the satisfaction of sport tourists with the quality of
tourism facilities (sports, accommodation and recreation) in Tehran Azadi Sport Complex. The
statistical population of the study was all the spectators who participated in the football match
between the two teams Esteghlal and Persepolis in 1397 in Tehran Azadi Sport Complex. The
statistical sample of the study consisted of 250 individuals who were selected in a sports
complex and responded to a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity and reliability were
confirmed by simple random sampling. Pearson was used for data analysis. The results showed
that there is a positive and significant relationship between the research variables with the level
of sport tourists' satisfaction. Health and sport facilities had the highest score and public
facilities had the lowest level of Ragh. It is recommended to increase the quality of public and

- چکیده انگلیسی: This study is aimed to investigate the relationship between organizational silence and occupational burnout with job performance among teachers of Yasouj Organization of Education in 2015. Survey–Descriptive research is as correlation. So among 2100 teachers, 325 teachers were randomly selected as sample size due to Morgan Table. Some questionnaires were distributed and include the Burdas’s Organizational Silence , Maslach’s Occupational Burnout and Paterson’s Job Performance with stability of 0.90, 0.86 and 0.94 respectively on testing idea. Results showed that there is inversely significant relationship between organizational silence and occupational burnout. A direct relationship was observed between occupational burnout and job performance. Totally, the more the organizational silence among teachers, the more the occupational burnout and the less job performance and vice versa.

- چکیده: شاهدانه (Cannabis sativa L.) یک گیاه مهم با کاربردهای مختلف در صنایع دارویی و تولید کاغذ است. با توجه به این که اغلب گیاهان ماده در صنایع دارویی و در گیاهان نر در تولید فیبر حایز اهمیت بیشتری هستند و گرده افشانی گیاه کیفیت فرآورده های تولیدی را کاهش می دهد، همیشه یکی از دغدغه های محققان و کشاورزان شناسایی زودهنگام جنسیت در شاهدانه بوده است. بذرها از 26 جمعیت از مناطق مختلف ایران به همراه یک جمعیت از افغانستان به صورت طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی در 10 تکرار کشت شدند. پنج گیاه نر و پنج گیاه ماده از هر جمعیت برای تجزیه های مورفولوژیکی و مولکولی نمونه برداری شدند. از 13 آغازگر ISSR و دو SCAR استفاده شد. تفاوت مورفولوژیکی مرتبط با جنسیت در جمعیت های شاهدانه مورد مطالعه مشاهده شد. نتایج نشان داد که در برخی از صفات بین جمعیت ها در درون هر دو جنس تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد. گیاهان نر عمدتا بلندتر و باریکتر از گیاهان ماده بودند و چرخه زندگی کوتاهتری نسبت به گیاهان ماده داشتند. بالاترین میانگین هتروزیگوسیتی در آغازگر ISSR3 و کمترین آن در آغازگرUBC825 مشاهده شد. به طور کلی 143 جایگاه پلی مورفیک و یک جایگاه پلیمورفیک به ترتیب در آغازگرهای ISSR و SCAR شناسایی شد. از بین 143 جایگاه پلی مورفیک در ISSR تنها 10 نشانگر رابطه معنی داری با جنسیت داشتند. آغازگر SCAR MADC6مونومورف بود. از طرف دیگر آغازگر SCAR MADC5 پلی مورفیسم نشان داد و رابطه معنی داری با نوع جنس داشت. بنابراین، به نظر می رسد که این نشانگرها، به ویژه MADC5، دارای ارزش بالقوه برای تعیین جنسیت در C. sativa هستند.
- چکیده انگلیسی: Cannabis sativa L. is an important plant with various uses in pharmaceutical and paper production industries. Due to the higher priority of female and male Cannabis plants for pharmaceutical uses and fibre industry, respectively, reduction of the quality of products after pollination, and also for detection of better genotypes before pollination for breeding purposes, early determination of sex in Cannabis is one of the major concerns of researchers and farmers. Seeds of 26 accessions from different regions of Iran along with one accession from Afghanistan were planted in the field based on randomized complete block design with 10 replications. Five female and five male plants were sampled from each accession for molecular and morphological analyses. Thirteen ISSR primers and two SCAR markers were used. Also, morphological differences, which possibly related to sex were measured in the Cannabis populations under study. The results showed significant differences among the accessions within female and male plants for plant height, number of days to flowering, days after full bloom and height of the first flowering node. Male plants were generally, but not always, taller than female plants and had a shorter life cycle. The highest expected heterozygosity was found in the ISSR3 primer and the lowest in the UBC825 primer. In total, 143 polymorphic bands and one polymorphic band were amplified using ISSR and SCAR primers, respectively. Out of 143 polymorphic ISSR bands, only 10 markers had significant relations with the gender of this plant. MADC6 SCAR marker was monomorph across the accessions. On the other hand, MADC5 was a polymorphic marker and showed a significant relation with gender. These markers, especially MADC5, have the potential to be used in sex determination of C. sativa.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Notochord is an axial structure derived of embryonic mesoderm and in addition to structural supporting role in inducing nearby germinal layers, it has a basic role in formation of organs such as vertebral column, axial vessels, neural tube and primitive gut. This organ undergoes essential changes during the development process. First, arises from the primitive node and terms notochordal process, while containing a central canal. Then, transforms to notochordal plate and thereafter, changes to a cord called definitive notochord. Finally, it degenerates in centra and remains in intervertebral discs and makes its nucleus pulposus.
Glycoconjugates are macromolecules containing carbohydrates that interfere in some biological phenomena such as cell proliferation, differentiation, migration and apoptosis during the development of numerous organs. The terminal sugars of carbohydrate chains are mainly responsible for these duties. These sugars are identifiable by using some polypeptides derived from plants and animals sources termed lectins. Lectins are linked exclusively to these sugars and the applied technique is called lectin histochemistry.
Investigation of the developmental changes of notochord using this technique has shown that different glycoconjugates with divers terminal sugars such as N-acetylgalactoseamine (GalNac), N-acetylclucoseamine (GlcNac), galactose (Gal), fucose (Fuc), mannose (Man) and neuraminic acid (NeuAc) and also Gal-GalNac and GalGlcNac disaccharides are expressed during morphogenesis period in this organ of different animal species.
Review of extensive studies carried out on development of notochord and its inductive role on nearby tissues has revealed that it is a highly glycosylated tissue and diverse glycoconjugates with different terminal sugars are expressed in it. Some of these molecules are probably involved in morphological changes of notochord while, the others are present in secreted substances from it and play key roles in its inductive effects on the nearby tissues.- انتشار مقاله: 04-06-1394

- چکیده انگلیسی: The moduli set 2 n−1 − 1, 2 n+1 − 1, 2 n , 2 n − 1 has been recently proposed inliterature for class of 4n-bit dynamic range in residue number system. Due toonly utilizing modulus in the form of 2 k − 1 besides modulo 2 n , this moduliset enjoys the efficient Arithmetic Unit (AU) in its architecture. Not only doesthe efficiency of a RNS system depend on the residue arithmetic unit but italso is limited to the residue to binary converter. In this paper, a new two levelresidue-to-binary converter architecture based on Mixed Radix Conversion(MRC) is presented for the aforementioned moduli set. The proposed converterincludes two levels of design based on MRC properties. Firstly, the 3-modulisubset 2 n−1 − 1, 2 n+1 − 1, 2 n − 1 is properly organized and as it does notcalculate several values, it results in some cost modifications. Eventually, atwo-moduli set 2 n−1 − 1 2 n+1 − 1 (2 n − 1) , 2 n is formed to compute thebinary of RNS counterpart. The proposed architecture is shown to be moreefficient both in terms of hardware cost and conversion delay in comparisonwith the related state-of-the-art works.

- چکیده انگلیسی: In this article, a laminar magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) developing flow of an incompressible electrically conducting fluid subjected to an external magnetic field is considered. The aim of the study is to propose a correlation for computing the development length of the laminar MHD developing flow in a pipe. A numerical approach is considered to solve the problem. In the first step, the numerical Finite Volume Method (FVM) is conducted to analyze the problem. Hereafter, the artificial neural network (ANN) is used to develop the datasets and in the last step, the curve fitting is applied to find a correlation for prediction of the development length as a function of the Reynolds and Hartmann numbers. In addition, the effect of the problem parameters on the development length are studied. It is found that the development length declines with the increase of the Hartmann number and grows with the rising of the Reynolds number.

- چکیده انگلیسی: In this paper, the steady laminar boundary layer flow of non-Newtonian second grade conducting fluid past a permeable stretching sheet, under the influence of a uniform magnetic field is studied. Three different methods are applied for solving the problem; numerical Finite Element Method (FEM), analytical Collocation Method (CM) and 4th order Runge-Kutta numerical method. The FlexPDE software package is used for modeling and solving the problem by FEM. In most new analytical methods used for solving nonlinear equations, it is impossible to solve problems with infinity boundary conditions. In this article by using a special technique, the infinity boundary condition transformed to a finite one, then the governing equation solved analytically. In the physical aspect, the effects of the non-Newtonian, magnetic and permeability parameters on the velocity distribution have been investigated. As a result, the present suggested technique can be used for the analytical solution of many such problems with infinite boundary conditions. Moreover, the comparison between the results obtained from our modified analytical method and numerical solutions shows an excellent agreement.

- چکیده: زمینه مطالعه: رفتار تغذیهای از طریق مسیرهای پیچیدهای تنظیم میشود که بواسطه سیگنالهای سیستم عصبی مرکزی و محیطی انجام میشود.
هدف: هدف مطالعه حاضر، بررسی نقش سیستم کانابینویدرژیک مرکزی بر هیپوفاژی ناشی از گرلین در جوجههای نژاد تخمگذار 3 ساعت محروم از غذا بود.
روش کار: در آزمایش 1، جوجههای 5 روزه تزریق داخل بطنی مغزی محلول کنترل، گرلین (6/0 نانومول)، SR141716A (آنتاگونیست انتخابی گیرندههای CB1 کانابینوئیدی، 25/6 میکروگرم) و گرلین + SR141716A را دریافت کردند. در آزمایش دوم، جوجهها تزریق داخل بطنی مغزی محلول کنترل، گرلین (6/0 نانومول)، AM630 (آنتاگونیست انتخابی گیرندههای CB2 ، 25/1 میکروگرم) و گرلین + AM630را دریافت کردند. در آزمایش سوم، جوجهها تزریق داخل بطنی مغزی محلول کنترل،2-AG (آگونیست انتخابی گیرندههای CB1 ، 2 میکروگرم)، GSK1614343 (آنتاگونیست گیرندهای گرلین، 2 نانومول) و 2-AG + GSK1614343 را دریافت کردند. در آزمایش چهارم، جوجهها تزریق داخل بطنی مغزی محلول کنترل، CB65 (آگونیست انتخابی گیرندههای CB2، 25/6 میکروگرم)، GSK1614343 (آنتاگونیست گیرندهای گرلین، 2 نانومول) وCB65 + GSK1614343 را دریافت کردند. سپس مصرف تجمعی خوراک تا 120 دقیقه پس از تزریق اندازهگیری شد.
نتایج: باتوجه به نتایج بدست آمده، تزریق گرلین بطور معنیداری موجب کاهش مصرف تجمعی خوراک شد(0.05>P). تزریق توام گرلین + SR141716A بطور معنیداری موجب تقویت هیپوفاژی ناشی از گرلین در مقایسه با گروه کنترل شد(0.05>P). تزریق توام گرلین + AM630 بطور معنیداری موجب تقویت هیپوفاژی ناشی از گرلین در مقایسه با گروه کنترل شد(0.05>P). تزریق داخل بطنی مغزی 2-AG (2 میکروگرم)، موجب بروز هیپوفاژی شد (0.05>P). تزریق توام 2-AG + GSK1614343 و یا CB65 + GSK1614343 موجب افزایش مصرف غذا در مقایسه با گروه کنترل شد (0.05>P). همچنین، تزریق توام افزایش مصرف غذا در جوجههای محروم از غذا شد (0.05>P).
نتیجه گیری نهایی: نتایج نشان دهنده این بود که هیپوفاژی ناشی از گرلین از طریق گیرندههای CB1 و CB2 کانابینوئیدی در جوجههای نژاد تخمگذار وجود دارد.

OBJECTIVES: The main purpose of the current study was to determine the role of central cannabinoidergic (CBergic) system on ghrelin-induced hypophagia in 3-h food deprived (FD3) neonatal chicken.
METHODS: In experiment 1, chicks were ICV injected with control solution, ghrelin (0.6 nmol), SR141716A (selective CB1 receptors antagonist, 6.25 µg) and ghrelin + SR141716A. In experiment 2, chickens received ICV injection of (A) control solution, ghrelin (0.6 nmol), AM630 (selective CB2 receptors antagonist, 1.25 µg) and ghrelin + AM630. In experiment 3, chickens were ICV injected with control solution, 2-AG (selective CB1 receptors agonist, 2µg), GSK1614343 (selective ghrelin receptors antagonist, 6 nmol) and 2-AG + GSK1614343. In experiment 4, the birds received control solution, CB65 (selective CB2 receptors agonist, 6.25 µg), CB65 + GSK1614343. Then the cumulative food intake was measured until 120 min post injection.
RESULTS: According to the results, ICV injection of the ghrelin, significantly decreased cumulative food intake (P<0.05). Co-injection of the ghrelin + SR141716A and/or ghrelin + AM630 significantly amplified ghrelin-induced hypophagia compared to control group (P<0.05). Hyperphagia observed by ICV injection of the 2-AG (2 µg) (P<0.05). Co-injection of the 2-AG + GSK1614343 increased food intake compared to control group (P<0.05). ICV injection of the CB65 (1.25 µg) significantly increased food intake (P<0.05). Also, co-injection of the CB65 + GSK1614343 significantly amplified cumulative food intake in FD3 neonatal layer-type chicken (P<0.05).
CONCLUSIONS: These results suggested ghrelin-induced hypophagia mediates via CB1 and CB2 receptors in neonatal layer-type chicken- انتشار مقاله: 24-09-1397

- چکیده: آزاتیوپرین یک داروی سرکوب ایمنی است که جهت سرکوب ایمنی در درمان طیف وسیعی از بیماریهای پوستی، گوارشی و هماتولوژیک، در انسان و دامهای کوچک مصرف می شود. هدف: هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثرات تجویز طولانی مدت آزاتیوپرین بر روی تغییرات شمارش سلولهای خونی (CBC)، درصد لمفوسیتهای T و غلظت پروتئینها و ایمونوگلوبولینهای سرم در سگهای سالم نژاد مخلوط است. روش کار: بدین منظور تعداد 24 قلاده سگ سالم نژاد مخلوط به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه شاهد و درمان (در هر گروه 12 قلاده، 6 قلاده نر و شش قلاده ماده) تقسیم شدند. سپس سگهای گروه درمان به مدت 4 ماه آزاتیوپرین دریافت کردند، در حالیکه در اعضاء گروه شاهد این دارو مصرف نگردید. قبل و بعد از مطالعه از تمامی سگ های گروه شاهد و درمان نمونه خون محیطی، جهت ارزیابی CBC، فلوسایتومتری لمفوسیتهای CD4+ و CD8+، غلظت پروتئین تام، آلبومین، IgG و IgM سرم آنها، اخذ گردید. نتایج: نتایج آماری نشان دهنده کاهش معنادار آماری در میزان WBC، RBC، هماتوکریت، هموگلوبین، درصد لمفوسیتهای CD4+ و double positive CD4/CD8 (P value<0.001) و غلظت پروتئین تام، آلبومین، IgG و IgM سرم (به ترتیب P value: 0.014، 0.001، 0.007 و 0.041) در سگهای گروه درمان، پس از مطالعه، است. نتیجه گیری نهایی: علل احتمالی این نتایج، سرکوب مغز استخوان، ایجاد آپوپتوز در لمفوسیتهای خون محیطی، کاهش پیش سازهای سلولهای double positive-CD4/CD8 و یا کاهش فعال شدن single positive-T cells و کاهش سنتز پروتئین ها و گاماگلوبولینهای سرم ناشی از ایجاد اختلال در فرایندهای تولید آنها (از ژن تا پروتئین)، می تواند باشد.
- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Azathioprine is an immunosuppressive agent that is used in a variety of dermatologic, digestive and hematologic disorders in both humans and small animals. Aims: The effects of long term Azathioprine administration on complete blood count, rate of CD4+ and CD8+ lymphocytes, serum immunoglobulins and protein concentrations of mixed-breed dogs were evaluated in this study. Methods: 24 healthy mixed-breed dogs were divided randomly into two equal control and treatment groups. Dogs in the treatment group received the therapeutic dose of Azathioprine for four months, while the dogs in the control group didn't receive this drug. Peripheral blood samples were taken from both two groups before and after the trial to check CBC, CD4+ and CD8+ lymphocytes and the concentrations of total protein, albumin, serum IgM and IgG. Results: There was significant decrease in the levels of WBC, RBC, hematocrit and CD4 lymphocyte and double positive CD4/CD8 rates (all p values< 0.001), concentrations of total protein, albumin, serum IgG and IgM (P values: 0.014, 0.001, 0.007 and 0.041 respectively) in treatment group after the trial. Conclusions: Myelotoxicity induced by Azathioprine could be the probable cause of decrements in the rate of WBC and RBC. Decrease in the rate of dpCD4/CD8 might be due to decrement in dpCD4/CD8 progenitor cells and/or decrease in the activation rate of single positive T cells as the result of pharmacological effect of Azathioprine. Disrupted synthesis processes, from genes to proteins through Azathioprine might be the cause of decreases in the level of serum gamma globulins and protein.
