drilling flowers, and then we study the pollution of the types of drilling flowers that are said to
be any material (solid, liquid or gas) that has a decisive influence on the physical and chemical
properties of the fluid. . The components that cause the pollution of a flower type are not
necessarily contaminated in other types of flowers and then provide solutions for the treatment of

- چکیده انگلیسی: Myelomeningocele is a condition caused by the disjunction of neuroectoderm and ectoderm during embryogenesis. It can lead to neuronal structure disorders such as kyphosis and scoliosis, with scoliosis being more common. Kyphosis is found in 10-15% of these patients and can cause poor clinical consequences. The annual progression of Kyphosis is approximately 8 to 12 degrees. Kyphosis is a limiting factor in rehabilitation due to the inability of the patients to sit in wheelchairs and in the apex of the kyphotic region. This study aims to report a similar condition in a 14-year-old Iranian boy who underwent surgery for posterior kyphectomy. In the majority of cases with kyphosis, anterior wedging occurs in the vertebral body where the apex of the deformity is located. In the studied patient, the deformity had a round curve with no definite apex to mark out. These deformities need special surgical approaches and postoperative care.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Vesicoureteral reflux (VUR) is a common condition among children. Although, subureteral injection is a minimally invasive new method for VUR treatment, ideal bulking agent in endoscopic treatment still remains controversial. We aimed to evaluate VANTRIS subureteral injection efficacy in VUR treatment in pediatric patients.
Materials and Methods: All patients who referred to Imam Khomeini hospital in Urmia-Iran, Urology ward with VUR diagnosis that had indications for open surgery, enrolled study (during Mar 2013 to Mar 2015). Prior to intervention, VUR severity, urinary tract infection (UTI) and subsequent complications determined using urine analysis and imaging. Subsequently, single injection of the VANTRIS performed for all patients and patients underwent six-month follow up including several clinical and paraclinical evaluations.
Results: 31 patients with VUR diagnosis participated; of 31 patients, 18 (58.06%) children with primary UTI who had surgery indication enrolled study; of 18 patients, seven patients (38.88%) were boy and eleven patients (61.12%) were girl with mean age of 6.88 ± 2.61 years, and out of 29 refluxing rental units (RRU), 13 (44.8%) were right and 16 (55.2%) were left kidney. In current study, patients divided to two subgroups regarding their age older than five or younger than five years old and there was no significant difference between the resolution rates following VANTRIS injection in two groups (P>0.05). Eleven (38.88%) RRU detected in boy patients, nonetheless VUR resolved in all of them, postoperatively. On the other hand, of 18 RRU in female patients, complete VUR resolution observed in 16 kidneys (88.8 %), but only 2 (11.11%) kidneys had incomplete, but significant VUR resolution, where no significant difference observed. The prevalence of reflux in patients with UTI was 30% and in patients without UTI was 17%.
Conclusion: The current study indicated that in all age groups of patients, the subureteral injection of the VANTRIS was an accurate and effective treatment modality for VUR- انتشار مقاله: 22-06-1395

Born of a child with hearing loss is a stressful and unexpected experience for the parents. Understanding the experience of the mothers of children with hearing loss is a crucial to provide an appropriate care for this group of mothers.This study aimed to understand the concerns of the mothers who have a child with congenitally hearing loss.
Materials and Methods
In this qualitative content analysis, 35 mothers with child hearing loss participated in the semi-structural and deep interviews through a purposeful sampling method. Data were analyzed by using qualitative content analysis provided by Graneheim et al.
Results
Concerns of mothers of children with hearing loss were categorized in three main themes: ‘the concerns of nature of hearing loss’, ‘the social concerns’ and ‘concerns about future’. Remarkably, the participants live with fear of the possibility of another deaf child birth in the next pregnancy or next generations were the most important concern of mothers.
Conclusion
Mothers of deaf children are experiencing the varieties of concerns. To cope with these concerns, they need a special consideration by society and health professionals. Modification of the concerns can decrease the child-related stress and consequently encourage them to involve in child care.- انتشار مقاله: 15-01-1396

- چکیده انگلیسی: Among various practical measures used for restriction of the ground surface settlement in such tunnels driven in soft ground, selection of an appropriate excavation method plays a significant role. In this paper, employing suggested diagram by Yu & Chern, corresponding values of Niayesh tunnel has been inserted into the diagram. Later, two excavation methods namely: central diaphragm and side drift methods have been suggested and numerically modeled using Finite Difference Method. Side drift excavation pattern has finally been selected since it causes less settlement. To reach an optimized selection of excavation sequence through side drift method, seven excavation patterns have thus been recommended and numerically modeled. Results have revealed that the first pattern causes the least amount of settlement. Consequently, the aforementioned excavation pattern has finally been considered as an appropriate excavation pattern encompassing optimum excavation sequence for Niayesh tunnel.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background and aim: Maxillary first molars exhibit a variety of anatomies in the mesiobuccal root, with a concavity on the distal wall limiting the canal's preparation to prevent strip perforation. This study evaluated the dentin thickness around the second mesiobuccal canal (MB2) in the maxillary first molar using cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT).
Materials and methods: The present retrospective descriptive cross-sectional study conducted on 120 CBCT images of patients referred to Radiology Centers of Urmia (Iran) between 2017 and 2019. Samples were collected using a convenience sampling method. A professional radiologist prepared all the CBCT images that had the least exposure required with proper image resolution. The first and second mesiobuccal canals (MB1 and MB2) were both detected. Two endodontists evaluated the dentin thickness around the MB2 canal in the mesial, distal, and palatal walls and its distance to MB1 at coronal, middle and apical cross-sections. Statistical significance level set at 0.05 and all analyses performed using SPSS version 23 software.
Results: In all three sections, the lowest dentin thickness was in the distal wall. The highest was in the palatal wall; this difference was statistically significant in all sections (p<0.05). Minimum distances of MB2 from mesial, distal and furcation surfaces and from MB1 canal were significantly different in coronal (p = 0.008), middle (p = 0.004) and apical (p = 0.001) sections.
Conclusion: The low thickness of distal wall indicates more conservative considerations in endodontic and prosthodontic treatments. The CBCT seems to be an effective and non-invasive method in examining root and canal morphology. It may be used as preoperative radiography to assess the dentin thickness in danger zones to prevent iatrogenic errors.- انتشار مقاله: 12-11-1398

Implementation of electronic banking in any country requires different infrastructures including its material and human resources that the growth of technology and innovation in banks on the one hand, have increased the speed and quality of operations and services, and on the other hand, the development of social indicators of human resources have been in a modern setting. Thus, organizational accountability is one of the requirements of the modern age of human resource development indicators, which improves working life situation and the quality of business environment and improving the productivity level and organizational excellence. So the aim of this study was to investigate the affecting factors on the employee’s accountability of Electronic banking industry of Refah Bank. The research method is survey. Statistical population included all employees of Refah Bank in Tehran that the 400 number using Cochran formula and with systematic random sampling were questioned. Results of the analysis showed that between the variables of employee’s activity history, social cohesion, job satisfaction, sense of security of workspace, rule of law and a sense of equity in payments. There is a positive and significant relationship between employee’s accountability that as a result all of the hypotheses were confirmed.

- چکیده انگلیسی: In the present paper, a numerical study is performed to investigate the response of different plates aluminum alloys subjected to low velocity impact condition. In this regard, the square AA5083-H116 aluminum plates with dimensions 300×300 and 3 mm and 5 mm thick under low velocity impact are modelled, and a mesh convergence study is carried out to decide the appropriate number of elements. In this research, the influence of strain rate effects[ah1] in low velocity impact response is examined by doing a comparative study using the isotropic elasto-plasticity and the Johnson-cook material models. The response to impact events of models including deflection history and maximum and permanent deflection is extracted and validated by available numerical and experimental data in literature. The results indicate that the strain rate has a significant influence on time histories and increases the accuracy of the predicted data. Then, using the developed modeling procedure, the behavior of three aluminum alloys under low velocity impact is investigated based on Johnson-Cook model. The results show that 7075-T6 and 6061-T6 alloys have the highest and lowest stiffness, respectively. Also, the lowest rate of absorbed energy to mass is observed in the 7075-T6 alloy
