proved. So, some numerical radius inequalities are proved. On the other hand, based on
a non-commutative Binomial formula, a non-commutative upper bound for the numerical

- چکیده انگلیسی: In this study, porous zinc oxide nano-flakes were successfully synthesized by anodization method on zinc substrate in a 0.025 M NaOH and 0.05 M NH4Cl solution with the voltage of 10 V at room temperature. The field emission scanning electron microscopy’s (FESEM) images show the structural evolution during 90 min of the anodization process. They also demonstrate the dependency of growth of ZnO flakes on the grains of the zinc substrate. Regarding FESEM images and possible chemical reactions taking place during the anodization process, a growth mechanism and sequences for the formation of ZnO have proposed. The Pourbaix diagram also confirmed this possible mechanism. The elemental and phase analysis conducted on films proved the formation of the ZnO after the anodization process. The cyclic voltammetry showed the oxidation of zinc into zinc oxide is related to the -1.28 V peak and the peak of zinc oxide reduction is situated at -1.48 V. The band gap of anodized zinc foil was calculated to be 3.24 eV. The photocatalytic activity of synthesized thin films also was studied and the ImageJ software analysis showed a strong correlation between the photocatalytic activity and the portion of porosity in the synthesized films.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Supply chains are constantly exposed to various risks. An incident or uncertain event, which has positive or negative effect on the objectives of a project, is called a risk. According to this identification, analysis and prioritization of risks may have a significant role in the success of the project. The purpose of risk management is to reduce the risks of non-achievement of these objectives and to identify and benefit from opportunities. Accordingly, the objective of this study is to prioritize the performance of supply chain risks. For this purpose we have analyzed the supply chain of a large automotive parts' supplier based on the method of fuzzy analytic network process and taking into account the opinion of specialists and experts. Fields of study for the prioritization of the supply chain risks, consist of five main components: supplier risk, manufacturer risk, distributor risk, external risk and final customer risks. In order to prioritize these fields, questionnaires were prepared and codified based on experts' opinions. Afterwards, the compiled data were analyzed and investigated in Super Decision Software. The research results indicate that among the main components, external risks have the first priority and final customer risks have the second priority. Among the sub-components, the inappropriate price sub-component has the highest rank while the supplier bankruptcy sub-component has the last priority.

- چکیده انگلیسی: A micromechanical model is applied to examine the tensile properties of composite materials filled with multi-wall CNT oriented in in-plane and out-of-plane direction and a quantitative micromechanical model for the mechanical behavior of CNT-composites has been developed. Digimat-MF is used to generate a realistic three-dimensional microstructure for the current carbon nanotube/ epoxy composite. The Digimat model simulates a system of aligned carbon nanotubes arranged in-plane and another one having out of plane arrangement of reinforcements. A second model shows a representative volume element for the current nano-composite, in which the carbon nanotubes were simulated as a randomly (fully) dispersed, where all particles have been separated from each other. The predicted mechanical properties are compared with experimental tensile properties of composite materials reinforced with multi-wall CNTs arranged in in-plane and out-of-plane direction. A good agreement between the micromechanical modeling and the experimental part is observed. Results show that the elastic energy stored in -the-through thickness direction reinforced composites is about two times higher than that in the pure polymer.

Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment is required in esophageal cancer due to its invasive nature. The aim of this study was to evaluate early post-esophagectomy complications in patients with esophageal cancer who received neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy (NACR).
Materials and Methods:
This randomized clinical trial was carried out between 2009 and 2011. Patients with lower-third esophageal cancer were randomly assigned to one of two groups. The first group consisted of 50 patients receiving standard chemoradiotherapy (Group A) and then undergoing surgery, and the second group consisted of 50 patients undergoing surgery only (Group B). Patients were evaluated with respect to age, gender, clinical symptoms, type of pathology, time of surgery, perioperative blood loss, and number of lymph nodes resected as well as early post-operative complicate including leakage at the anastomosis site, chylothorax and pulmonary complications, hospitalization period, and mortality rate within the first 30 days after surgery.
Results:
The mean age of patients was 55 years. Seventy-two patients had squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and 28 patients had adenocarcinoma (ACC). There was no significant difference between the two groups with respect to age, gender, time of surgery, complications including anastomotic leakage, chylothorax, pulmonary complications, cardiac complications, deep venous thrombosis (DVT), or mortality. However, there was a significant difference between the two groups regarding hospital stay, time of surgery, perioperative blood loss, and number of lymph nodes resected.
Conclusion:

Background: Breast cancer is one of the most frequent types of malignancy worldwide, Breast Self Exam (BSE) is considered as a simple method to screen and detect breast cancer, then early beginning of treatment and enhancing survival rates. Aim: To Identify the health beliefs about breast Self-Examination and its relationships with the frequency of BSE among the women in the University of Tabuk at Saudi Arabia. Methods: Descriptive, cross-sectional correlational design was used; Champion Health Beliefs Model (CHBM) was utilized to assess health beliefs among 400 women who answered a self-administered questionnaire. Results: Among the 400 respondents, almost all the sample (382,95.5%) heard about BSE. However, only (7.8%) practiced BSE regularly each month in the past year, and (9%) is intended to perform BSE monthly in future. There was a positive relationship between performing BSE last year and the beliefs of susceptibility and confidence. While, intention to perform BSE in the future was significantly correlated to seriousness and confidence. Perceived barriers were negatively related to BSE performance in last 12 months and in future. Conclusion: Health beliefs affect the behavior of women in practicing BSE.
