- چکیده انگلیسی: This study was conducted to determine the combined effects of salicylic acid (SA) and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) (Glomus mosseae) symbiosis on the growth of pistachio seedlings (Pistacia vera ‘Abareqi’) grown in the greenhouse under different drought stress (DS) levels. The arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) colonization or exogenous SA treatment could increase ‘Abareqi’ pistachio seedlings tolerance to DS. Application of SA on AMF-inoculated seedlings further promoted drought tolerance, as indicated by an alleviated plant biomass and water relations compared to the respective treatments. The analysis of proline and soluble carbohydrates showed that the increased drought tolerance in the treated plants may be associated, at least in part, with increasing of proline accumulation in the leaves of stressed plants.

Microalgae biomass production and optimization is necessary to overcome food security problems and address environmental topic as well as high-value compounds production. In this investigation the influence of three culture media (BBM, BG-11 and Guillard f/2) on the growth and biomass production of the Picochlorum sp. RCC486 microalgae was evaluated.
One- way ANOVA with Tukey’s HSD and Fisher’s LSD tests were used to test the effect of different culture media on optical density. Then the maximum optical density and biomass production by Picochlorum sp. RCC486 was evaluated using response surface methodology. A historical data of response surface methodology was used to find the optimum response, which yields the highest biomass production.
Microalgal growth in Guillard f/2 medium reached highest cell count in the considered time period and the microalgae presented highest biomass production in comparison with other two culture media (BBM and BG-11). Additionally, biomass productivity(58 mg L-1d-1 ), specific growth rate (0.681d-1), dry weight (1.516 g L-1) and cell density(52.9 ×106 cells mL-1) were highest in comparison with other two culture media. The predicted optical density and biomass production using historical data design were close to their experimental values corresponding to 1.50313 and 1.976gL-1 respectively. while the concentrations of nitrogen source and phosphorus source were achieved in concentrations of 1345.55 mg L−1, 6.983 mg L−1 respectively. Under the optimum condition, the biomass yield was1.961 gL-1 which is 0.76% less than the predicted value. Also the study reported that the biomass production of Picochlorum sp. RCC486 improved from 1.516 g L-1 in defined Guillard f/2 medium to 1.961 g L-1 in modified Guillard f/2 medium resulting 22.69% increase. Thus, Picochlorum sp. RCC486 biomass content could be enhanced by optimizing nitrogen and phosphorus concentrations.- انتشار مقاله: 10-05-1397

- چکیده انگلیسی: Stock price crash risk has a significant impact on investors, creditors, managers, and shareholders, so the prediction of this phenomenon is a very important issue in investment and risk management decisions. This research investigates the
effect of business strategy and stock price synchronicity on stock price crash risk. Following Bentley et al.[2], composite strategy score has been used to proxy for an organization’s business strategy, expanded market model regression
following Chen et al. [3] to measure the firm-specific crash risk, and R2 method of Johnstone [14] to calculate the stock price synchronicity. In order to achieve this point, financial information of 171 companies that are listed on
Tehran stock exchange have been selected during the time period of 2013 to 2018, and data was analysed using regression model. According to the results,
companies with defender (analyser and prospector) business strategy are less (more) prone to future crash risk. Moreover, results show that stock price syn-chronicity has positive effect on stock price crash risk, while in companies with analyser business strategy it can reduce the stock price crash risk. The interactive effect of business strategy and stock price synchronicity on stock price crash risk in companies with prospector and defender business strategy is not significant. Other findings suggest that Institutional ownership has positive, and company’s age has negative effect on stock price crash risk.- انتشار مقاله: 01-12-1397

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Drug abuse is one of the main problems of human's life; thus communities have been thinking
about the solution of this problem. The present study aimed to compare the general features of drug abuse
treatment policies, war on drugs (WOD), and harm reduction (HR), in the selected countries.
Methods: The present study was a comparative and desk research that sought to compare context,
stewardship, financing, type of substance abuse treatment services, reasons of paradigm shift, and executive
challenges of treatment policies in the selected countries (China, Malaysia, Germany, Netherland, and Iran).
The necessary data for comparison of the countries were collected through valid databases, review of
documents, and reports of international organizations.
Findings: Context conditions were better in the HR countries. In most countries, the central government
played a key role in the stewardship, financing, and service providing. In WOD countries, the presence of
judicial structure was higher in the treatment of drug abuse. The policy-making approach was ideological in
WOD countries, but evidence-based in HR countries.
Conclusion: It seems that performance of HR countries is better than WOD countries.
