- چکیده انگلیسی: Customer service is increasingly being recognized as a source of competitive advantage. Determining customer needs accurately, meeting and exceeding them in a consistent manner is the key to the effective customer service. Companies should adapt a strategic, proactive focus on customer service based on understanding logistics process and designing logistics system to meet their needs. This paper provides an approach based on quality function deployment (QFD) to rank strategic actions to improve logistics service and addresses issue of how to deploy house of quality (HOQ) to effectively and efficiently improve logistics process and customer satisfaction. In data collecting, fuzzy logic is used to deal with ill-defined nature of qualitative linguistic judgments required in proposed HOQ. Finally, we found that JIT implementation has highest priority in strategy actions with inventory management and demand-forecasting method coming next.

- چکیده انگلیسی: This paper investigates the integration of strategic and tactical decisions in the supply chain network design (SCND) considering assembly line balancing (ALB) under demand uncertainty. Due to the decentralized decisions, a novel bi-level stochastic programming (BLSP) model has been developed in which SCND problem has been considered in the upper-level model, while the lower-level model contains ALB problem as a tactical decision in the assemblers of supply chain network. To deal with demand uncertainty, a scenario generation algorithm has been proposed within the stochastic optimization model that combines time series model, Latin hypercube sampling method and backward scenario reduction technique. In addition based on the special structure of the model, a heuristic-based solution method is proposed to solve the developed BLSP model. Finally, computational experiments on several problem instances are presented to show the performance of the model and its solution method. The comparison between the stochastic and equivalent deterministic model demonstrated that the developed stochastic model mainly performs better than the deterministic model especially in making strategic decisions while the deterministic model works better in making tactical decisions.

- چکیده انگلیسی: This paper introduces a new method for incorporating the performance of alternatives into their ultimate ranking in a linear assignment method. This method is one of multi-criteria decision-making methods, in which the weight of criteria is incorporated in ranking the alternatives, and the distance between the performances of alternatives do not affect in ranking the alternatives. In order to modify the linear assignment method with the aim of incorporating the distance between the performances of the alternatives, some intervals are defined first, and each alternative is primarily ranked based on the interval that belongs to. In the ultimate ranking of the alternatives, the interval to which each alternative belongs to will be considered as the ranking criterion. Hence, not only the weight of the criteria, but also the distances between the performances of the alternatives has affected the ranking. The results of the modified method are compared to the TOPSIS method, as one of the most popular multi-criteria decision-making methods, and the outcome shows a better consistency between the modified model and TOPSIS.
