- چکیده انگلیسی: Background and Objective: Health literacy in pregnant mothers is a cognitive and social skill that shows the motivation and ability of women to properly access, understand, and use the information to maintain the health of themselves and their children. The aim of this study was to investigate health literacy during pregnancy and its relationship with prenatal care.
Materials and Methods: This is a cross-sectional and descriptive-analytical study on 121 pregnant women who referred to the health service centers in Fariman, Iran. Cluster-multistage random sampling method was used to select participantes in 2020. The maternal health literacy and Pregnancy (MHLAPQ) questionnaire was used to collect data. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20 software based on t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA).
Result: The mean score of maternal health literacy was 58.7 ±37.16. There was also a significant relationship (p <0.05) between health literacy score and mother's education, household income, number of children, place of residence, pregnancy weight gain, supplementation and, dairy products. According to the Pearson correlation coefficient, health literacy significantly correlated with pregnancy outcome (p = 0.000) and birth height (p = 0.005).
Conclusion: level of health literacy in new mothers was adquated in this study. Health policy-makers should simplify the health literacy training program for pregnant and lactating women to reduce the various factors that affect their health literacy.

- چکیده: Water and other fluid pipes that are placed on the seabed and rivers bed change the flow pattern around them. These changes increase the shear stress of the bed and the severity of turbulence around the pipe and create a scouring hole under the pipe. The scouring under the pipe may lead to instability, bending, and even breakage of the pipeline. In this study, local scouring around pipelines across the river in unsteady flow conditions was investigated. In the experiments, three pipe diameters (20, 40, and 60 mm) and three installation depths (on the bed, a quarter of the pipe diameter above the bed, and half of the pipe diameter above the bed) were used. It can be understood from the results of this laboratory study that the amount of final scour depth due to the passage of flood hydrograph is always less than the scour depth due to the steady flow corresponding to the peak flow of the hydrograph. For different pipe installation depths, the amount of scouring for the installation depth of one-quarter of the pipe diameter above the bed in both steady and unsteady flow conditions is higher than other installation depths.

- چکیده انگلیسی: The new heterogeneous catalyst based on MoO2(acac)2 immobilized on superparamagnetic nanoparticle functionalized with dendrimer was synthesized. The dendrimer with amine and sulfur functional groups offer proper positions for a strong connection between MoO2(acac)2 and support. The synthesized catalyst was characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, ICP, TGA, SEM, TEM, and XRD. This catalyst showed high activity in the epoxidation of alkene with tert-BuOOH. These reactions displayed the best performance in the present of 1,2-dichloroethan as a solvent and 0.0108 mmol of the catalyst. The use of magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) as support facilitates the separation of the catalyst from the reaction media by simple magnetic decantation. Eventually, the catalyst can be recovered and reused without a decrease in its catalytic activity and significant Mo leaching for five times.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Hospitalization of elementary students with chronic illnesses could limit their engagement in school activities and result in academic failure. The purpose of the present study was to determine the effectiveness of e-learning on these students’ academic performance in mathematics. Methods: This was a pretest-posttest semi-experimental study with control group. The population included all the fifth or sixth-grade elementary school students hospitalized at least once in the school year 2019-2020 in Imam Hussain Pediatric Hospital of Isfahan, Iran. The sample size consisted of 60 students (26 in 5th grade and 34 in 6th grade) who were selected by convenience sampling and divided equally into experimental and control groups. Data gathering tools included two researcher-made mathematical quizzes designed to assess the students’ academic achievement in mathematics. Each quiz was about Decimal Numbers as covered in the corresponding grade level. Data were analyzed through an analysis of covariance using SPSS 21 software. Results: In terms of academic achievement, the mean and standard deviation of post-test scores in the experimental groups (8.26±1.22) were higher than in the control group (6.60±1.47). In addition, ANCOVA test results revealed that after the elimination of the pretest effect, the F of the independent variable (59.461) was significant at the confidence level of 99% (p <0.001). Thus, posttest scores of experimental and control groups were significantly different. Conclusion: Given the significant impact of e-learning on the mathematical performance of hospitalized elementary school students, it is recommended to use this approach for hospitalized learners.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Game-based instruction is one of the methods that encourage exploration among learners. Identifying and incorporating exploratory components should be considered as a principal goal in designing a game that provides exploratory instruction. The present study aims to investigate the exploratory components of an educational game. Methods: A systematic review of the literature was performed in accordance with PRISMA guidelines. Based on the inclusion criteria, a comprehensive search was conducted in Google Scholar, ProQuest, ScienceDirect and Scopus for articles published between 1995-2019. A combination of keywords were used in the search, including ("educational game" OR "serious game" OR "adaptive game") AND ("player type" OR "player style" OR "player modeling" OR "Bartle player style" OR "explorer player"). A manual search was also conducted in Google to identify more literature. Furthermore, out of 1034 articles, 39 were studied in depth. Results: The obtained components were categorized in six sections, including: educational elements (research, serious game, projectbased activities, test hypotheses, question and answer, role play, simulation), exploratory dynamics (exploration, solving, collecting, and build), mechanics (chance, conflict or challenge, collaboration [negative relationship], prizes upon completion, non-linear space, existence of creative tools, existence of ancillary equipment, guidance, open content, customizability, access to all facilities, different ways to study elements and environment, and puzzle), aesthetics, branch stories and proportionality, exploration-based games (emphasis on the pivotal challenge to success, emphasis on meaningful choices, emphasis on thinking versus physical work, emphasis on longer game sessions, no punishment, emphasis on freedom versus control, emphasis on details versus imagination). Conclusion: Designers can draw on these components when developing a game that suits the learners’ styles. Analysis of the studies showed that the obtained components could be used in educational game design, and the obtained framework is a useful guide for game designers.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Personality traits and the perception of chief background factors, are largely influenced by educational systems. Therefore, the present study believes that a collective understanding of a particular context leads to the creation of a culture that forms the basis of entrepreneurial activities. Objectives: Examining the mediating role of blended learning infrastructures in the relationships between social capital, good governance and the general perception of business environment among the owners of small and medium sized enterprises in Fars province, Iran. Methods: This is an applied research, and in terms of data collection it is a descriptive-correlation analysis of variance based on path analysis. For data gathering, stratified sampling was applied to select 366 samples among 3887 active small and medium-sized enterprises in Fars province. Results: Good governance has a direct effect (P=0.736, sig.<0.001) as well as an indirect effect (P=0.059, sig.<0.001) on the perceived business environment through the blended learning infrastructures. Also, the direct effect of social capital on the perceived business environment (P=0.041, sig.=0.315) was not confirmed, but its indirect effect through blended learning infrastructures was confirmed (P=0.305, sig.=0.03). Conclusions: Before reinforcing the blended learning infrastructures, one needs to initially strengthen the macro political and economic factors, followed by social, cultural and educational factors, in order to improve the perceived business environment and create a positive attitude towards this atmosphere. This is due to the fact that governmental infrastructures are not yet as developed as much as the educational infrastructures for developing entrepreneurship.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Studies have shown that there is a gap between theory and practice in the use of learning analytics in educational settings. Some researchers attribute this gap to not taking learning theories into consideration in the use of learning analytics in educational contexts. This study was conducted to address the role of learning theory in applying learning analytics in educational contexts. Methods: This is a qualitative study and the study design is content analysis. Thematic analysis was used as the research method. Data for this study was collected through an interview with 14 experts in the fields of learning analytics and learning theory who were selected purposefully. Theoretical saturation method was used to determine the sample size. Content analysis techniques were used to analyze data and content validity index (CVI) and Cohen’s kappa coefficient were performed to measure the validity and reliability of the findings. Results: Data analysis was performed to identify three main roles for learning theory in learning analytics including underpinning role, guiding role, and sense-making role. Conclusion: The results suggest that first, learning theory should underlie learning analytics (where to begin). Second, application of learning analytics in educational settings should be guided by learning theory (what and how to do), and third, learning analytics’ reports should be interpreted based on the learning theory implications for education (answer to question why).

- چکیده انگلیسی: Context Learning analytics is considered as the third wave in educational technology and it is a new and promising field of study. This study was conducted to clarify benefits and challenges of learning analytics in education. Methods Cooper’s systematic literature review was used as the research method. This method has five steps as follows: a) formulation of the problem, b) collection of data, c) evaluation of the appropriateness of the data, d) analysis and interpretation of relevant data, and e) organization and presentation of the results. Based on the study selection process, 36 articles were finally selected to be analyzed. Results The results showed that ethics and privacy were one of the most important challenges of learning analytics in education along with the lack of attention to theoretical foundations and scope and quality of data. The results also showed that learning analytics could bring remarkable benefits for education, such as increased engagement of students, improvement of learning outcomes, identification of students at risk, providing real - time feedback, and personalization of learning. Conclusions Based on the results, it can be concluded that learning analytics offer new insights in education, however, there are ethical, educational, and technical issues in the use of learning analytics in education.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: This systematic review aimed to investigate the effectiveness of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation
(PNF) training on back pain intensity and functional disability in people with low back pain (LBP).
Methods: Totally, five electronic databases, including PubMed/Medline (NLM), Scopus, Google Scholar, PEDro, and
Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Clinical Trials were searched up to October 31, 2018. Clinical trials with a
concurrent comparison group (s) that compared the effectiveness of PNF training with any other physical therapy
intervention were selected. Publication language was restricted to English language articles. Methodologic quality was
assessed using the PEDro scale. The measures of continuous variables were summarized as Hedges’s g.
Results: In total, 20 eligible trials were identified with 965 LBP patients. A large effect size (standardized mean difference
[SMD]=-2.14, 95% confidence interval [CI]=3.23 to -1.05) and significant effect were observed favoring the use of PNF
training to alleviate back pain intensity in patients with LBP. Moreover, large effect size and the significant result were
also determined for the effect of PNF training on functional disability improvement (SMD=-2.68, 95% CI=-3.36 to -2.00)
in population with LBP. A qualitative synthesis of results indicated that PNF training can significantly improve sagittal
spine ROM. Statistical heterogeneity analysis showed that there was considerable statistical heterogeneity among the
selected trials for the primary outcomes (I2 ≥ 86.6%).
Conclusion: There is a low quality of evidence and weak strength of recommendation that PNF training has positive
effects on back pain and disability in LBP people. Further high-quality randomized clinical trials regarding long-term
effects of PNF training versus validated control intervention in a clinical setting is recommendable.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Simplifications used in regional climate models decrease the accuracy of the regional climate models. To overcome this deficiency, usually a statistical technique of MOS is used to improve the skill of gridded outputs of the Numerical Weather Prediction (NWP) models. In this paper, an experimental synoptic-climatology based method has been used to calibrate, and decrease amount of errors in GFS numerical weather prediction model. Usually, physiographic characteristics, climatic behavior and synoptic climatology of the region are not included in MOS techniques. In this regard, an experimental model for Precipitation potential using Synoptic-climatology and Physiographic characteristics (PSP) of the region has been developed for statistical downscaling of the NWP outputs over the study region under study. A Climatic and Physiographic Index for surface weather stations is defined to represent their climatic and physiographic characteristics in MOS technique. CPI covers monthly mean precipitation, temperature, monthly number of wet and dry days, and latitude and height of station. CPI index which is defined in this paper can be used as climate classification index. In this study daily gridded outputs from Global Forecast System (GFS) has been used for calibration and running the PSP experimental model. Inputs of the model are gridded meteorological parameters in 500 hpa and surface layer from GFS model. Data from more than 85 daily weather systems have been used to find synoptic climatology characteristics, and coefficients needed as input for PSP equations in the period of 2002-2007. Coefficients are computed by using regression equation between observed and computed precipitation over each station with. 85.
