- چکیده انگلیسی: One of the governmental research organizations is Research and Technology Organization (RTO), whose primary is to harness science and technology in the service of innovation or public bodies and industry, to improve the quality of life and build economic competitiveness. Despite the importance and role of research and technology organizations in the innovation system, previous studies have not addressed the concept of technology development projects' effectiveness implemented in RTOs.
This study attempts to investigate this concept from two aspects: "the concept of effectiveness in research projects" and "the concept of effectiveness in RTOs" to define this concept in a research and technology organization (RIPI). To evaluate and implement the proposed framework, eight technology development projects are studied at the Research Institute of Petroleum Industry. Based on the developed indicators and their weights, the effectiveness of eight technology development projects has been evaluated using ARAS, COPRAS, MOORA, and TOPSIS multi-criteria decision-making methods.- انتشار مقاله: 28-08-1399

- چکیده انگلیسی: The present research aims to inquire into fundamental development plan with respect to prerequisites of natural sciences in primary schools and it has been carried out in two phases. Qualitative- inductive analysis was used in the first phase and quantitative content analysis was employed in the second phase of this study. Given the importance of the subject and limitation of research population, sampling was not done for statistical population in fundamental development plan in the first phase and total statistical population was studied. The textbook of natural sciences and validity of this technique was confirmed by means of judgment of experts. The resultant data were analyzed using descriptive statistical indices and by means of Shannon’s entropy method. Among the studied dimensions in the second grade class, the highest rates of information weight and importance coefficient belong to item of placement of learner along with axis of learning activities i.e. 0.911 and 0.032. In third grade of primary school, variables of placement of learner on the axis of learning activities and familiarity and training thinking process skills, the importance coefficient rate and their information weight were ranked with 0.885, 0.829 and 0.029 and 0.029 respectively. The lowest information weight and importance coefficient belongs to paying attention to independent study, potential for working and use of digitalized sources and training CDs i.e. 0 (zero). Overall, paying attention to fundamental development plan in education is essentially important in production of content.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background- Recent studies on business strategy show that the competitive advantage for enterprises can be achieved through a focus on human resources as the most important strategic resource to the organization. In this regard, many of the modern organizations spend much capital on their employees in the form of recruitment, training, development and maintenance. Therefore, it is important to retain the staff and reduce turnover rates. Due to the serious need to modify and reduce the rate of turnover in different businesses, many researchers tend to examine why and how to reduce the turnover.
Objectives- The aim of this study was to investigate the role of employee perceptions of job characteristics and work environment and person-organizations fit elements in creating tendency toward turnover among the staff in Shiraz University of Medical Sciences.
Methods- This is a cross-sectional quantitative study. To test some proposed hypotheses, a random sample of the personnel working at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences (n=105) completed a standard survey questionnaire consisting of questions about their turnover intentions, job characteristics, job environmental characteristics, person-organization fit. For testing the hypotheses of the study, the data were analyzed through Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), using AMOS software.
Results- The data revealed high reliability and validity (based on Cronbach’s alpha, composite reliability, convergent and discriminant validities), so they were suitable for further analyses. SEM revealed that all job characteristic variables, except for the importance of job variable, significantly affected the turnover intention.
Conclusions- This article contributes to the literature since to the best of our knowledge it is the first to investigate the role of employee perceptions of job characteristics, work environment, person fit elements and organizations in creating tendency toward turnover.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background- Regarding the importance of health care providers such as nurses who have always been in stressful environment, it is clearly important for the hospital administration to employ supportive behaviors and create much more supportive atmosphere for the nurses who are reportedly sensitive and responsive to the situation in which they work. So the conclusions are particularly useful for Hospitals.
Objectives- The aim of this study is to test an exploratory model by investigating the mediating effect of organization engagement in relationship between perceived supervisor support and intention to leave.
Methods- This is a cross sectional quantitative study. To test some proposed hypotheses, a random sample of nurses working at Faghihi Hospital (n=179) completed a standard survey questionnaire consisting of questions about their perceived supervisor support, intention to leave as well as organization engagement. For testing the hypotheses of the study, results were analyzed through Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling using LISREL 8.8 based on t-value significant levels of higher or lower than respectively +1.96 and -1.96.
Results- The data revealed high reliability and validity thus suitable for further analyses. SEM revealed that supervisor support is indirectly and negatively related to intention to leave through organization engagement. The proposed direct link between supervisor support and intention to leave was not proven significant (-1.96≤t-value≤+1.96).
Conclusions- This article contributes to the literature by being the first to study the mediating effect of organization engagement on perceived supervisor support and intention to leave in the context of a Hospital in Shiraz.- انتشار مقاله: 26-11-1398

- چکیده انگلیسی: A simple and sensitive extraction-fluorimetric method for the determination of copper is reported. The 1,7-diaza-15-crown-5-copper-rose Bengal (DA15C5-Cu-RB) ternary complex is quantitatively extracted into chloroform, diluted with ammoniacal acetone and its fluorescence intensity is measured at 570 nm with excitation at 540 nm. A linear calibration graph was obtained over the copper concentration range of 0.05-0.50 mg/mL. The relative standard deviation for 0.35 mg/mL copper is 3.9%. The interfering effect of a large number of diverse ions on the determination of copper was studied. The method was applied to the determination of copper in tap water.

- چکیده انگلیسی: The purpose of the present study is to identify and prioritize spiritual-based tourism strategies in Qom province. The present study is interpretive from the philosophical foundations point of view and is applied from the point of view of orientation. It is also a survey in terms of data collection and from a methodological point of view, it is qualitative. The statistical population of the study is the experts and managers in the field of tourism and the sampling method is judgmental. 10 experts were selected from among the samples. In order to carry out the research, internal and external factors affecting the spiritual-based tourism in Qom province were identified through reviewing the literature and interviewing experts. After the internal and external factors were screened, 15 internal and 14 external factors remained. In addition, the nature of internal and external factors was identified in terms of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and the most effective factors were determined by using the DEMATEL technique for preparing the SWOT table. With identifying the final list of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, strategies were prioritized from the perspective of research experts by ARAS method. Three strategies to support provincial headquarters, banks and entrepreneurship funds from web-based tourism businesses and social networks, defining research priorities of tourism-related organizations based on civil society support, and strengthening training programs to justify diversity in the community and its benefits had the highest priority.

- چکیده انگلیسی: The main purpose of this study is identifying influential factors on the future of spiritual tourism and formulation of plausible scenario for it. From philosophical point of view, this paper is pragmatic, exploratory from target’s point of view and it’s practical. It’s a survey research in collecting data and its methodology is mixed. In this study, by studying the literature and interviewing with experts, the factors influencing the future of spiritual tourism were identified and then, using the Cross Impact analysis approach, the data was entered into the MIC MAC software and two key factors affecting the future of spiritual tourism in Qom province. It was found out that Facilitate versus Rigor and Culture policy which were selected among the eleven final effective factors. In the next step, four scenarios are presented in this study. These scenarios include Limited liberalism scenario, Liberal world Scenario, Negligence scenario and Authoritarian Spirituality scenario.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Managers engage in income smoothing either to communicate private information about future earnings to investors (informativeness hypothesis) or to distort financial performance for opportunistic purposes (opportunism hypothesis). Business cycles and the monitoring role of institutional ownership may affect the earnings informativeness of income smoothing. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of business cycles and institutional ownership on the earnings informativeness of income smoothing. 140 firms listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange are selected as the sample over the period 2010-2016. The results showed that, during recession, income smoothing does not effectively communicate information about future earnings and thus earnings are less informative. Moreover, higher levels of institutional ownership are associated with a decrease in their monitoring role and decrease in the earnings informativeness of income smoothing. Finally, the results suggested that the relationship between institutional ownership and the earnings informativeness of income smoothing is not significantly affected by business cycles.
