- چکیده انگلیسی: Tripropylammonium fluorochromate(VI) (TPAFC), is an efficient and new reagent, which is
prepared easily and oxidizes thiols to the corresponding disulfides, quickly. The reactions are
performed cleanly and are controlled to stop at the disulfide stage, without over-oxidation and
side products. Coupling of thiols to their corresponding disulfides, are studied in solution at
room temperature and in solution under microwave radiation. The easy procedure, simple workup,

- چکیده انگلیسی: Phenanthro[9, 10-d]imidazole derivatives were synthesized with the combinations of phenanthroquinone and benzealdehyde derivatives in the presence of ammonium acetate. The microwave-assisted protocol was investigated under solvent-free condition for 2 min (400 w). The structure of all products was studied by IR and 1HNMR Spectroscopy. Excellent yields, short reaction times, simplicity of operation and easy separation are the advantages of this technique.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Pharmaceutical pollutants are one of the most important pollutants for water resources, and their health and environmental effects have been well estimated.Absorption is one of the best methods of the removal of antibiotics using nanocomposite. Methods: This experimental study was performed on Nano composites. The PAC/Fe/Si/Zn Nano composite was successfully synthesized using a co-precipitation method in which iron (Fe), silicon (Si) and zinc (Zn) were loaded on the activated carbon powder (PAC). The structural features of the as-synthesized Nano composite were determined using X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). The as-synthesized Nano composite was utilized to remove azithromycin and cefixime from aqueous solution with the assistance of UV light. The effect of operational parameters such as pH, irradiation time, initial azithromycin/cefixime concentration and Nano composite dose on UV-assisted removal performance was evaluated using an optimization process. Results: The UV-assisted removal activities indicated more removal percentage (99.7%) for azithromycin compared to cefixime (95.6%). The kinetics of removal was tested using Langmuir-Hinshelwood model, indicating the first-order reaction kinetics as the best model for UV-assisted removal of both azithromycin and cefixime. Adsorption equilibrium data were modeled using Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms. Azithromycin equilibrium adsorption showed a good fit with both Langmuir and Freundlich models, while the most suitable model for cefixime adsorption was estimated to be Langmuir isotherm. Conclusion: The findings showed that PAC/Fe/Si/Zn Nano composite were well able to degrade non-biodegradable antibiotics in aqueous solutions, which is very valuable from environmental aspects.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Administration of albumin for burn patients and its effects on mortality and morbidity has been debated for along time. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of albumin administration on wound healing, length of hospital stay, weight change, and mortality of burn patients. Methods: Two matched groups of patients from Shiraz Burn Care Center were randomly selected. The patients in one group received parenteral albumin in addition to high protein diet and the other group received only high protein diet. The length of hospital stay, healing time, mortality, serum albumin, transferrin levels, and weight loss were compared. Results: A total of 141 patients were selected; 71 patients in control group and 70 patients in albumin group. There were no significant differences in mortality (P=0.97), length of hospital stay (P=0.45), and healing time (P=0.25) in two groups. The patients who survived had significantly higher serum transferrin level (128 mg/dL versus 102 mg/dL). Conclusion: Parenteral albumin administration did not have a significant effect on mortality, length of hospital stay, and healing time in burn patients.Trial Registration Number: IRCT138802141605N3

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Burns are among the most common traumas in developing countries, which consume large amounts of medical resources. It is important to find an appropriate material for dressing of burn wounds that improves healing and is readily available, easily applicable, and economical. Methods: In a single-blind randomized controlled clinical trial from March to October 2006, 211 patients with less than 20% burn were enrolled into two groups. The first group contained 104 patients with average burn of 11.90± 3.80% of total body surface area (TBSA) for whom amnion dressing was used. The second group composed of 107 patients with average burn of 12.30± 4.14% of TBSA treated with routine silver sulfadiazine dressing. Results: Amniotic membrane usage was accompanied by acceleration in wound healing, less need for skin graft, and less pain. The mean healing time in superficial parts of burn wounds in the amnion group was significantly shorter than the control group (9.50±2.13 v 14.30±2.60 days; P value < 0.01). The extent of the wound with granulation tissue which needed skin graft was less in the amnion group (2.10 ± 2.21% v 4.2 0±1.44%; P value < 0.01). Conclusion: Widespread use of amniotic membrane dressing is recommended for limited burn wound management.

- چکیده انگلیسی: In This applicable research, investigating absorption of process of
Erythrosine dye on Copper oxide Nano particles Adsorbent was studied. First, prepared dye
concentrations of 6, 8 and 12 mg L-1 and then effects of parameters such as concentrations of
initial dye, time and pH on dye absorption efficiency were investigated.The dye
concentrations in different samples were measured via spectrophotometer (505.6 nm for dye
Erythrosine wavelength).
The results of absorption studies showed that Erythrosine absorption or removal rates
would increase with decreasing the primary dye concentration, increasing reaction time , and
decreasing pH on the basis of the results, copper oxide Nano particles can the absorb
Erythrosine dye appropriately and efficiency of the process is higher in acidic pH for dye
Erythrosine. The maximum dye removal of 93.68 % could be achieved at initial pH 2 using
adsorbent dosage of 0.233gr in 50 ml (12 mg L-1 dye concentration) and agitation rate of 180
rpm. Effect of different parameters as kinetic parameters, were calculated pseudo-First and
second-order kinetic, the Langmuir and Freundlich models Isotherm for absorb of this dye on
adsorbent. this results showed that second-order kinetic adherence possessing regression
coefficient of R2 ≥ 0.999, absorption or removal of Erythrosine on Copper oxide nano
particles and different parameters for investigating of process rate of absorption in to be this

- چکیده انگلیسی: New pyrimido [4, 5-e] [1, 3, 4]thia- diazin-7-yl] hydrazines were synthesized via the cyclocondensation of alkyl-2-phenylhydrazinecarbodithioates as a binucleophile with 5-bromo-2,4-dichloro-6-methylpyrimidine as a bielectrophile , and replacement of C-7 chloro atom by hydrazine in ethanol as the solvent . This method has advantages over methods currently described in the literature for the construction of such heterocyclic ring systems.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Imidazole is a planar, five membered heteroaromatic molecule with pyrrole type and pyridine type annular nitrogens. Several approaches are available of imidazoles from alpha halo ketones, aminonitrile, aldehyde ect. Reactivity of imidazole and benzimidazole is referred from sets of resonance structure in which the dipolar contributors have finite importance.
Imidazoles among the principal groups of heterocyclic compounds that have biological properties. Due to the presence of imidazole rings in natural products and active pharmaceutical ingredients, different ways for the synthesis of heterocyclic compounds of this type investigated. The aim of this project is substituted derivatives 2,4,5-Imidazoles.
In this study, three-substituted imidazole compounds synthesized using ammonium chloride as a catalyst cost in terms of reflux were studied. Reaction with aldehydes and ammonium acetate Acenaphthene quinone in crowding conditions in the presence of ammonium chloride was performed successfully and imidazole derivatives were prepared with good yields. The key advantages of this process are high yields,cost effectiveness of catalyst,easy work-up and purification of products by non-chromatographic method.- انتشار مقاله: 02-12-1395
