- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: The effect of race and ethnicity on some kind of malignant bone tumors including Ewing sarcoma
has been proven in different studies. In order to evaluate the latter, national cancer registries may help to increase
understanding about potential cancer causes, prevention and control strategies, and apply these findings to control
health problems among populations with similar characteristics.
Methods: A national population-based cancer registry study based on all patients affected by Ewing Sarcoma was
registered in the Iran National Cancer Registry (INCR) between 2008 and 2015 was designed. Demographic data of
microscopically confirmed cases of bone Ewing sarcoma were registered. Patients with Ewing sarcoma were divided
in groups to describe the primary site of the tumor (including axial or appendicular bones) and analyzed. In order to
analyze the survival rate, randomized selection of the patient through the INCR data-base was performed.
Results: A total of 678 cases of malignant Ewing sarcoma of the bone were identified through the INCR. The mean
age of Ewing sarcoma in Iran was 21.53 years. Nearly half of patients were observed at the age group of 15-24. The
total crude incidence rate of Ewing sarcoma was 1.29 in 1 million. The mean 5 year survival rate was 47%. The Mean
survival rate for study population was 5.53.
Conclusion: The crude incidence rate of Ewing sarcoma in Iran is relatively lower with respect to other registries. The
majority of patients are in 15-25 years group and shows affection by Ewing sarcoma in an older age. Socioeconomic
factors had direct influence on survival rate.

Background: Breast cancer is the most common cause of cancer death among women in the world and in Iran,which is increasing in Iranian women. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between pregnancyratesand involved andremovedlymph nodes after mastectomy surgery in women with breast cancer.
Methods: In this descriptive-analytical study,111 women with breast cancer, who had undergone mastectomy surgery, were participated. Demographicand clinical characteristics of patients were extracted from their medical records, and recorded in the questionnaire. Datawere analyzed using descriptive statistics, ratios differences, mean differences, and linear regression by SPSS 22.
Results: The mean age of the patients was 49.8± 10.9 yearsand their BMI was 27.4 ± 5.4 Kg/m2. An average number of 7.8 ± 5.2 lymph nodes were removed thatin 50% of the patients, the average number of 4.24.2 ± 3.5 lymph nodeswere re-involved. The disease was significantly more prevalent among those who were occupied, married, had academic education, and aged over 45 years.Linear regression model showed that significantly by increasing every 1.06 years of aging,one more lymph node was removed, and every pregnancy leaded to one less lymph nodes removal, while nearly two more lymph nodes involved after the surgery.
Conclusion:The results showed that age and parity were the most effective factors in thedevelopment of lymphadenopathy, especially in increasing the involved lymph nodes after the surgery. Therefore, enhancing the awareness of women about appropriate screening methods for early detection of breast cancer and regular check-ups after surgery is essential to reducethe damage.- انتشار مقاله: 21-01-1396

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship of gravidity with removed lymph nodes and involved lymph nodes after mastectomy surgery in women with breast cancer.
Methods: In this descriptive-analytical study, 111 women with breast cancer, who had undergone mastectomy surgery, were studied. Demographic and clinical characteristics of patients were extracted from their medical files and recorded in a questionnaire. Data were analyzed through SPSS 22 and by using descriptive statistics, ratios differences, mean differences and linear regression.
Results: Mean age of patients was 49.8± 10.9 years and mean BMI was 27.4 ± 5.4 Kg/m2. Mean number of removed lymph nodes was 7.8 ± 5.2 and in 50% of the patients, mean number of involved lymph nodes after the surgery was 4.2 ± 3.5. The disease was significantly more prevalent among those who were employed, married, had academic education, and aged over 45 years. According to Linear regression model, each 1.06 year age increase was significantly associated with one more removed lymph node and each gravidity increase was associated with one less removed lymph node and approximately two more involved lymph nodes after the surgery.
Conclusion: The results showed that age and gravidity are the most effective factors in the development of lymphadenopathy, especially in increasing the involved lymph nodes after the surgery. Therefore, enhancing the awareness of women about appropriate screening methods for early detection of breast cancer and regular check-ups after surgery is essential to reduce the probable problems.

- چکیده انگلیسی: One of the many types of wind turbines that are widely used in the world, Wind turbines are powered by induction generators. Due to the increasing use of this generator in wind farms and power grids as well as the increasing use of PACIS devices and compensators in the transmission lines, a careful study of behavior and their dynamic modeling is felt more and more. To this end, a small wind turbine signal model with a dual-induced induction generator is first introduced it is introduced at different wind speeds. Then using the series compensator capacitor, dynamic behavior of double induction generator in the presence of this compensator at various wind speeds, the analysis and power stability of the transmission line are investigated.

- چکیده انگلیسی: This paper presents a novel teleoperation controller for a nonlinear master–slave robotic system with constant time delay in communication channel. The proposed controller enables the teleoperation system to compensate human and environmental disturbances, while achieving master and slave position coordination in both free motion and contact situation. The current work basically extends the passivity based architecture upon the earlier work of Lee and Spong (2006) [14] to improve position tracking and consequently transparency in the face of disturbances and environmental contacts. The proposed controller employs a PID controller in each side to overcome some limitations of a PD controller and guarantee an improved with genetic algorithm is investigated. We wanted to build on the controller can be designed as desired, and the optimal coefficients are obtained.

networks (ANN) is presented. A basic ANNs architectures used in LF reviewed. A wide range of ANN
oriented applications for forecasting are given in the literature. These are classified into five groups:
(1) ANNs in short-term LF, (2) ANNs in mid-term LF, (3) ANNs in long-term LF, (4) Hybrid ANNs in
LF, (5) ANNs in Special applications of LF. The major research articles for each category are briefly

- چکیده انگلیسی: In this paper an adaptive PID controller for Wind Energy Conversion Systems (WECS) has been developed. The
adaptation technique applied to this controller is based on Reinforcement Learning (RL) theory. Nonlinear
characteristics of wind variations as plant input, wind turbine structure and generator operational behavior
demand for high quality adaptive controller to ensure both robust stability and safe performance. Thus, a
reinforcement learning algorithm is used for online tuning of PID coefficients in order to enhance closed loop
system performance. In this study, at start the proposed controller is applied to two pure mathematical plants,
and then the closed loop WECS behavior is discussed in the presence of a major disturbance.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: One of the malignant tumors is Breast Cancer (BC) that starts in the cells of breast. There is many
models for survival analysis of patients such as Cox PH model, Parametric models etc. But some disease are that
all of patients will not experience main event then usual survival model is inappropriate. In addition, In the presence of
cured patients, if researcher can specify distribution of survival time, usually cure rate models are preferable to
parametric models. Distribution of Survival time can be Weibull, Log normal, Logistic, Gamma and so. Comparison of
Weibull, Log normal and Logistic distribution for finding the best distribution of survival time is purpose of this study.
Material and Methods: Among 787 patients with BC by Cancer Research Center recognized and followed from
1985 until 2013. Variables stage of cancer, age at diagnosis, tumor size and Number of Removed Positive Lymph
Nodes (NRPLN) for fitting Cure rate model were selected. The best model selected with DIC criteria. All analysis
were performed using SAS 9.2. Results: Mean (SD) of age was 48.47 (11.49) years and Mean of survival time and
Maximum follow up time was 326 and 55.12 months respectively. During following patients, 145 (18.4%) patients
died from BC and others survived (censored). Also, 1-year, 5-year and 10-year survival rate was 94, 77 and 56 percent
respectively. Log normal model with smaller DIC were selected and fitted. All of mentioned variables in the model
were significant on cure rate. Conclusion: This study indicated that survival time of BC followed from Log normal

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Axillary lymph node metastasis is the most important predictive factor for recurrence risk and
survival in patients with invasive breast carcinoma. The aim of this study was to determine factors associated with
metastatic involvement of axillary lymph nodes in Iranian women with early breast cancer. Methods: This article reports
a retrospective study of 774 patients with T1-T2 breast cancer who underwent resection of the primary tumor and axillary
staging by SLNB and/or ALND between 2005 and 2015 at our institution. Results: Of the 774 patients included in this
study, 35.5% (275 cases) had axillary lymph node involvement at the time of diagnosis. Factors associated with nodal
involvement in univariate analyses were tumor size, lymphovascular invasion (LVI), tumor grade, ER/PR status and
HER2 expression. All factors identified with univariate analyses were entered into a multivariate logistic regression
model and tumor size (OR= 3.01, CI 2.01–4.49, P <0.001), ER/PR positivity (OR = 1.74, CI 1.1.16–2.62, P = 0.007)
and presence of LVI (OR = 3.3.8, CI 2.31–4.95, P <0.001) remained as independent predictors of axillary lymph node
involvement .Conclusions: In conclusion, the results of this study suggests that positive hormonal receptor status, LVI
