- چکیده انگلیسی: Artificial insemination is a well-established and widely used method for genetic improvement in cattle breeding industry. Recently, researchers have shown an increased interest in the cryoprotective effects of minerals and antioxidants on semen. Previous studies on calcium (Ca) and magnesium (Mg), two main macro-minerals, have mainly investigated their roles in mammalian spermatogenesis and fertility. In addition, the experimental data examining the semen content regarding these minerals and antioxidants from different animal species are rather controversial and there is no general agreement about their associations with semen quality. Therefore, this study was conducted to assess the seminal plasma concentrations of Ca, Mg and total antioxidant capacity (TAC) in first and second ejaculations of dual-purpose Fleckvieh bulls and to link them to the sperm characteristics of fresh and frozen-thawed semen. Sperm progressive motility after thawing was used to classify the data into three groups: < 40.00%, 40.00 to 50.00% and > 50.00%. The measurements of two minerals and TAC were carried out using spectrophotometry and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays, respectively. The results showed that there were significant differences in several parameters of semen quality between first and second ejaculations. No significant differences were also found on Ca and Mg concentrations and Ca/Mg ratio. The TAC level was significantly higher in the first ejaculation than the second one. The findings of this study suggest that TAC is a potential marker for bull semen quality assessment in the frozen semen production industry.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Among the various existing models for the warehousing management, the simultaneous use of private and public warehouses is as the most well-known one. The purpose of this article is to develop a queuing theory-based model for determining the optimal capacity of private warehouse in order to minimize the total corresponding costs. In the proposed model, the available space and budget to create a private warehouse are limited. Due to the ambiguity, some parameters are naturally simulated by expert-based triangular fuzzy numbers and two well-known methods are applied to solve the queuing-based fuzzy programming model and optimize the private warehouse capacity. The numerical results for three cases confirm that unlike the previous approaches, the proposed one may easily and efficiently be matched with various lines of manufacturing environments and conditions.

- چکیده انگلیسی: The solution of single-objective unit commitment problems for generation companies participating in deregulated markets may not directly be implementable mainly because of neglecting some conflicting secondary objectives arising from policy-making at internal/external environment. Benefiting an efficient multi-objective approach to improve the applicability of price-based unit commitment solutions, a novel mixed integer linear preemptive goal programming model is developed in which several complementary objectives with lower relative importances are also incorporated. Non-linear characteristic curves of generating units are approximated by piece-wise linear ones. The experimental results inspiring by a real case demonstrate the efficiency of our approach. An important capability of the model is that it can easily and efficiently be matched with a various line of unit commitment problems.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Aloe Vera is a medicinal plant as antioxidants reduce cell damage and used. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Aloe Vera on lactate de-hydrogenase after a period of aerobic exercise in male athletes. Methods This study applied the method according to the nature of the study, based on semi-empirical research and a review of the pre-test, post-test supplements and placebo groups, respectively. In this study,20 male students weight was 64.85 ± .51 and height was 172.05 ± 6.4 were randomly assigned to two groups of Imam Ali College of Physical Education Supplement (n = 10) and placebo (10 people). Then aerobic training was conducted for 4 weeks in the supplemented group were taking 3 capsules, each capsule contains 2 grams of dried Aloe Vera and placebo group were taking 3 capsules containing Dextrin daily after every meal. To determine the index of LDH were used and blood samples were collected 24 hours before and after each test Cooper with student in the lab. To describe data, analytical data, and for the mean and standard deviation of repeated measures ANOVA and independent T-test was used for comparison between groups Significance level was P ≤ 0.05. The use of Aloe Vera during aerobic exercise significantly, cautious reduced LDH (P=0.006) in the supplement group compared to placebo was 15% reduction. Conclusion: Overall the findings of this study showed that Aloe Vera reduces lactate de-hydrogenase. This result may reflect the role of Aloe Vera has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.
