- چکیده انگلیسی: The hydrothermal synthesis of two new inorganic-organic hybrid materials in which PDA (PDA = 1,10-phenanthroline-2,9-dicarboxylate) is connected to a well-defined Keggin-type polyoxometalate anion (POM) and a Ln(III) cation (POM = [SiW12O40]4−; Ln = Eu3+ (1), Er3+ (2)), are reported. These hybrids are characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Single-crystal X-ray analysis reveals that both compounds have been assembled by hydrogen bonding and anion-π interactions among POM, PDA and lattice water units into a three-dimensional (3D) supramolecular structure. Compound 1 is composed of two different cationic layers of Eu(III) clusters with the POMs located in cavities that are created by the Eu-PDA groups. Compound 2 consists of [SiW12O40]4– Keggin-type POMs, where a single {W3O13} triad is decorated by a trinuclear Er(III)-complex.

- چکیده انگلیسی: A new structure related to previously reported structure of 12-tungstoborate Keggin-type polyoxometalate, K5[BW12O40], was synthesized and its characterization by single crystal X-ray diffraction shows the polymorph structure. Further attempts have been performed to provide three component compounds based on L-proline, lanthanoid cation and K5[BW12O40] (BW12 (II)) under hydrothermal conditions which is rarely reported in hybrid materials rather than other Keggin types. The proposed general structures contain lanthanoid dimers with amino acid bridges and BW12 (II), which characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR spectroscopy and ICP (Inductively coupled plasma) method. Various types of interactions are established, depending on the POM shape and charge, the amino acid side chain, peptide sequence or protein structure. Experimental conditions such as temperature, acidity, solvent, etc. are also important factors that influence the binding/reactivity of POM with biomolecules, as described recently [13]. This understanding allows the adequate design of the POM-biomolecule couple for tailoring and controlling mechanisms of action such as catalysis, inhibition, and aggregation, or the crystallizing agent.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Health, inflammatory, and stress indices as well as feeding behavior around weaning were measured for Holstein female calves fed intensified milk or conventionally during the pre-weaning period. Calves (n ꞊ 48) were randomly assigned to one of two experimental treatments including a conventional (CF) or an intensified feeding (IF) groups. In CF group, calves (n ꞊ 24) received 0.52 kg of dry matter (DM) per day from pasteurized whole milk (23.00% crude protein (CP) and 27.00% fat) until day 50 of age. In IF group, calves (n= 24) fed 0.97 kg of DM per day on average for the first three weeks, and then, milk allowance decreased gradually to reach 0.52 kg DM per day and continued until day 50. All calves were gradually weaned from day 51 to 56. Blood samples were taken on days 14, 28, and 57 at 06:30 AM for serum amyloid A (SAA), cortisol, alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and iron analyses. Conventionally fed calves had more days with fever during the pre-weaning period. Blood SAA and cortisol levels were higher in CF calves on day 14. However, SAA levels were higher for IF calves on day 57. Intensified milk-fed calves spent more time for standing than CF calves. A trend to be significant was observed for non-nutritive oral behavior in IF calves. In summary, dairy calf health can be improved by intensified milk feeding during the pre-weaning period; however, this method has the potential to reduce calves welfare around weaning transition.

- چکیده انگلیسی: The aim of this study was to evaluate the feeding of Qizil fattening lambs with different levels of broiler litter (BL) on their weight gain, dry matter intake (DMI), nutrient digestibility, selected blood metabolites and husbandry economics. During an eight-weeks experimental period, 28 male lambs (an average of 42.21 ± 5.63 kg and ages of 7-8 months) were allocated randomly to one of four dietary treatments, including; control diet with no litter (NL, n = 7), diet containing 5% BL (LL, n = 7), diet with 10% BL (ML, n = 7) and diet containing 15.00% BL (HL, n = 7) as dry matter (DM) basis. The lambs were kept in individual pens and had free access to feed and water (ad libitum) throughout the study. In this research, DMI and feed conversion ratio were not influenced significantly by the dietary treatments, while average daily gain (ADG) was found to be significant. The lambs which consumed LL diet (5.00% BL) had the greatest ADG. The DM digestibility significantly influenced by dietary treatments, as the HL diet (15.00% BL) had the least DM digestibility. There were also significant differences in the crude protein and acid detergent fiber digestibility among the treatments. Blood urea nitrogen and glucose levels were significantly affected by the treatments. Low litter treatment had the least FCR and the highest economical advantage. In conclusion, feeding male Qizil lambs with BL can reduce production cost without any negative effects on performance.

- چکیده انگلیسی: This paper is a density functional theory (DFT) calculation of intramolecular proton transfer (IPT) in 6-hydroxypicolinic acid (6HPA, 6-hydroxypyridine-2-carboxylic acid) tautomeric forms. The transition state for the enol-to-keto transition is reported in the gas phase and in four different solvents. The planar and non-planar dimer forms of 6HPA keto and enol, respectively, were also studied in the gas phase The IPT reactions and dimerization processes were studied at the B3LYP/6-31++G(d) level of the theory. The influence of the solvent on the tautomerization reaction of 6HPA was examined using the conductor-polarizable continuum model (CPCM). The IPT reaction in the gas phase is almost the same as in solution. The calculated dimerization energies show that the stability of 6HPA tautomer dimer structures is directly affected by the distance of intermolecular hydrogen bonding and electrostatic potential (ESP) value in the tautomer dimer.

- چکیده انگلیسی: In the crystal structure of the title polymeric compound, [C42H38N6O33Sr5.2(H2O)]n, five independent metal atoms (Sr1-Sr5) have different coordination environments. The Sr1 and Sr5 atoms are nine coordinated and feature distorted tricapped trigonal-prismatic and capped square-antiprismatic geometries, respectively. The rest SrII atoms have eight coordination numbers. These units are connected via the carboxylate O atoms of mono- and di anionic forms of pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid, (pydcH2), and bridging water molecules that resulted in the formation of polymeric layers in 3-D. In the crystal structure, non-covalent interactions consisting of hydrogen bonds (O—H···O and C—H···O), π–π [interplanar distances of 3.413(2); 3.601(2) Å] and C═O···π [O···π distances of 3.249(3); 3.275(3) Å] stacking interactions play an important roles in stabilizing the structure. The protonation constants of propane-1, 2-diamine (1, 2-pn) and pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate ion (pydc)2–, the equilibrium constants for the pydc-1,2-pn proton transfer system and the stoichiometry and stability of this system with Sr2+ ion in aqueous solution were investigated by potentiometric pH titrations. The stoichiometry of one of the most abundant complexed species in solution was found to be the same as that of the crystalline SrII complex.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Currently with the emergence of the Internet, patients have an opportunity to exchange social support online. However, little attention has been devoted to different dimensions of online social support exchanged in virtual support communities for patients with multiple sclerosis (MS). Methods: To provide a rich insight, the aim of this qualitative study was to explore and categorize different dimensions of online social support in messages exchanged in a virtual support community for patients with MS. A total of 548 posted messages created during one year period were selected using purposive sampling to consider the maximum variation sampling. Prior-research-driven thematic analysis was then conducted. In this regard, we used the Cutruna and Suhr’s coding system. The messages that could not be categorized with the used coding system were thematically analyzed to explore new additional social support themes. Results: The results showed that various forms of social support including informational, emotional, network, esteem and tangible support were exchanged. Moreover, new additional social support themes including sharing personal experiences, sharing coping strategies and spiritual support emerged in this virtual support community. Conclusion: The wide range of online social support exchanged in the virtual support community can be regarded as a supplementary source of social support for patients with MS. Future researches can examine online social support more comprehensively considering additional social support themes emerging in the present study.
