- چکیده: با توجه به اینکه شدت و حدت بیماریزایی باکتری آئروموناس در ماهی قزلآلای رنگین کمان و سایر گونههای پرورشی در مناطق مختلف متفاوت میباشد لذا جهت مبارزه و یا پیشگیری از شیوع بیماری ناشی از این باکتری شناخت سویه بیماریزای این باکتری ضروری به نظر میرسد. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی اثرات باکتری آئروموناس بر بافتهای بدن علاوه بر فاکتورهای خونی میباشد. بررسی میزان تغییرات آسیبشناسی بافتهای کبد، کلیه، طحال و آبشش قزلآلای رنگین کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss) با باکتری آئروموناس هیدروفیلای بیماریزا، عامل بیماری سپتیسمی هموراژیک در ماهیها، ماهیها به روش تزریق درون صفاقی، تماس مستقیم مورد با 107 باکتری انجام گردید. در طی دورهی آزمایش، علائم بالینی و میزان مرگ و میر ثبت گردید. پس از گذشت 14 روز، ماهیهای بازمانده صید و پس از خونگیری، کالبد شکافی شدند. کاهش معنیدار تعداد گلبولهای قرمز و درصد هماتوکریت، لنفوسیتها و مونوسیتها (05/0 < p)، افزایش معنیدار تعداد گلبول سفید و نوتروفیل مهمترین تغییراتی است که در مطالعات خونشناسی ماهیهای مبتلا به عفونت باکتریایی دیده شد.تایید حضور باکتری در بافتها توسط تستهای بیوشیمیایی صورت گرفت. بهم ریختگی ظاهری سلولهای کبدی، از هم گسیختگی سینوسهای خونی و در نتیجه بهم ریختگی آرایش سلولی و شکل گیری واکوئلهای سلولی در کبد، افزایش تعداد مراکز ملانوماکروفاژ و تجمع رنگدانههای هموسیدرینی، تغییرات ریختی در سلولهای الیپسوئیدی در طحال، از بین رفتن مجاری کلیوی، دژنره شدن اپیتلیوم مجاری کلیوی، افزایش فضای ادراری، دژنره شدن و تحلیل گلومرولها و افزایش فضای کپسول بومن در کلیه، هیپرپلازی اپیتلیوم لاملاهای ثانویه و چسبندگی آنها، از مهمترین تغییرات آسیبشناسی بافتی، مشاهده شده در مقایسه با گروه شاهد است.
- چکیده انگلیسی: To investigate the hispathological characteristics in liver, kidney, spleen and gills of rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss following experimental infection with Aeromonas hydrophila, septicemia agents in fishwere infected through injected intraperitoneally and direct contact with 107 bacteria per liter solution. Mortality and clinical diagnostic were recorded in experimental periods. After 14 days, blood and tissues were sampled of survival fish. A significant decreased in RBC, Hb, lymphocytes and monocyte (p <0.05) and significant increase in WBC and neutrophile (p <0.05) is the most important changes in hematological index of infected fish by A.hydrophila. Presence of bacteria in the tissues were confirmed the by biochemical tests. Tissues were normal in the control group. The apparent disorganization of live cells, cytoplasmic and nuclear material deposition, the rupture of blood sinuses, hypertrophy of hepatocytes, degeneration, hemorrhage, vacuolization of cell cytoplasm in liver tissue; a significant deposition of hemosiderin granules in a melano-macrophage center and morphological alterations in ellipsoid cells in spleen tissue; degeneration and necrosis of renal tubules, glomerular lesions, shrinking of the glomerulus and enlargement of space inside Bowman’s capsule, dwindling of the tubular lumen in kidney tissue; hyperplasia, necrosis of epithelial filament, shortening of secondary lamellae and lamellar fusion in gills are important histopathological damage observed in tissues of infected fish with A.hydrophila

- چکیده انگلیسی: In the present study, hydroalcoholic extract of dried and powdered plants was prepared. After producing the treatments, moisture, pH, ash, protein, and fat content, DPPH radical scavenging activity, and color parameters, and sensory evaluation in sausage samples during 45 days of cold storage were studied. The lowest and highest of pH value was related to treatment with the mixture extracts (0.25%) and Z. multiflora extract (1.5%) respectively. The lowest and highest protein content was related to 1% S. leriifolia and 2% Z. multiflora extract, respectively. Over time, the fat content in the control sample and all treatments has declined, also, the protein and ash content in treatments has decreased and increased respectively. Over time and with increasing the extracts concentration, L*, a* and b* values in all treatments decreased, increased, and decreased respectively. S. leriifolia extract has a more significant effect on the DPPH test in comparison with Z. multiflora extract. Two herbal extracts had a significant effect on the sensorial characteristics of all treatments. It can be said that, in terms of color parameters and free radical scavenging activity, the treatments with S. leriifolia extracts were better than control and treatments containing Z. multiflora extracts, while, the physicochemical and sensorial properties of recent treatments were better than S. leriifolia extracts and control.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Application of deep eutectic solvents in industrial chemical processes are improved over time in last decades. In this work, vapor pressures of 13 classes of DESs (DES 1-13) based on 5 salts and 7 hydrogen bond donors with various combinations of molar ratio were used between 343-393 K. The vapor pressure of the pure and aqueous solutions of DESs was calculated by different equations of state, which are based on “φ-φ” and "γ-φ" approachs. Additionally, Voutsas and Wagner models as corresponding-state models were modified to predict the vapor pressure of the pure and aqueous solutions of DESs. The total average absolute relative deviations of the Modified-Voutsas and Modified-Wagner models for the vapor pressure calculation of the pure and aqueous solutions of DESs were 7.03, 9.08 % and 5.47, 7.15 %, respectively. Moreover, the validity of vapor pressure calculation using the two modified models was checked with the aid of a linear equation for the average specific heat capacity of different DESs (23 classes of DESs) between 278.15-353.15 K. Results showed that the total average absolute relative deviations of the specific heat capacity of DESs using the Modified-Voutsas and Modified-Wagner models from the experimental data were 4.128 and 4.056 %, respectively.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Self-assessment and task-based assessment have recently attracted attention in language learning and testing contexts worldwide; however, little research has been carried out to document the link between these notions. The present research was an attempt to investigate the connection between task-free/task-based self-assessment and learners’ self-perceived communicative competence in speaking. To examine the link, 48 upper-intermediate and advanced language learners participated in the study. Data were collected via a self-perceived communicative competence questionnaire, the learners’ self-assessment (task-based and task-free) scores, and the teachers’ assessment of learners speaking. The analysis of the obtained data revealed a difference between the learners’ task-based and task-free self-assessment, and a high relationship between their self-perceived communicative competence and their self-assessment of speaking. Results also revealed a positive correlation between the learners’ task-based and task-free self-assessment of speaking and that of their teachers. Findings highlight the importance of self-assessment and task-based assessment in language learning to foster learner involvement.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Domestic violence is a serious threat to the physical and mental health of women. The aim of the present study was to find and compare the frequency of domestic violence between methamphetamine users, patients with psychiatric disorders, and healthy people.Methods: In this analytical cross-sectional study, methamphetamine users (n=30) and patients with psychiatric disorders (n=30) were women whose husbands were hospitalized during 2014 in Shafa Psychiatric Hospital in Guilan. Diagnosis was done with DSMIV-TR. Healthy people (n=60) were women whose husbands had no primary or drug induced psychiatric disorder or addiction. CTS-2 test was used to evaluate violence. Results: The frequency of psychological, physical and sexual violence in the groups suffering from psychiatric disease and methamphetamine users was higher than the healthy group (P=0.001). We observed a direct correlation between the mean of psychological and physical violence in the three groups (r=0.9, P=0.001), (r=0.7, P=0.0001) and (r=0.53, P=0.005), respectively. Direct correlation between the psychological and physical violence was only observed in the healthy group (r=0.8, P=0.007).Conclusion: The results showed that methamphetamine users such as psychiatric patients are at increased risk of violence. Domestic violence screening of these patients is necessary. It seems that this substance is a new source of increasing domestic violence with more undesirable outcomes in Iran.

- چکیده انگلیسی: The physiologic function of the immune system is defense against infectious microbes and internal tumour cells, Therefore, need to have precise modulatory mechanisms to maintain the body homeostasis. The mammalian cellular CD200 (OX2)/CD200R interaction is one of such modulatory mechanisms in which myeloid and lymphoid cells are regulated. CD200 and CD200R molecules are membrane proteins that their immunomodulatory effects are able to suppress inflammatory responses, particularly in the privilege sites such as CNS and eyes. Kaposi’s sarcoma-associated herpesvirus (KSHV), encodes a wide variety of immunoregulatory proteins which play central roles in modulating inflammatory and anti-inflammatory responses in favour of virus dissemination. One such protein is a homologue of the, encoded by open reading frame (ORF) K14 and therefore called vOX2. Based on its gene expression profile during the KSHV life cycle, it is hypothesised that vOX2 modulates host inflammatory responses. Moreover, it seems that vOX2 involves in cell adhesion and modulates innate immunity and promotes Th2 immune responses. In this review the activities of mammalian CD200 and KSHV CD200 in cell adhesion and immune system modulation are reviewed in the context of potential therapeutic agents.

- چکیده: Given the remarkable expansion of celebrities' culture, celebrities and parasocial interaction with them are among the social factors that can influence the addiction susceptibility of their fans. The present study was conducted to determine the role of parasocial interaction with narcotic-addicted celebrities and worshiping them in the prediction of addiction potential. The research design was descriptive and correlational. The population of the study consisted of male students of Guilan University in 2018. Among them, 120 people (M = 24.16, SD = 7.58) interested in narcotic-addicted celebrities were selected by purposive sampling. The Iranian addiction potential scale (Zargar, 2006), celebrity parasocial interaction scale (Bocarnea and Brown, 2007), and celebrity attitude scale (McCutcheon, Lange, & Houran, 2002) constituted the data collection instruments. Finally, the data were analyzed by Pearson correlation and stepwise multiple regression. The results of this study showed a significant positive correlation between parasocial interaction with narcotic-addicted celebrities and worshiping them with addiction potential (p < /em> <0/01). Also, the results indicated the role of parasocial interaction, celebrity worship, and its subscales, including entertainment-social, intense-personal, and borderline-pathological, in the prediction of addiction potential (p < /em> <0/01). Considering the role and prominence of parasocial interaction with narcotic-addicted celebrities and worshiping them in addiction potential, it is likely to reduce the addiction potential by designing and providing interventions that reduce parasocial interactions with narcotic-addicted celebrities and fascination with them.
