- چکیده انگلیسی: This paper is a report on the synthesis of the Fe3O4@Ag core-shell with high saturation magnetization of magnetite nanoparticles as the core, by using polyol route and silver shell by chemical reduction. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analyses confirmed that the particles so produced were monophase. The magnetic properties of the product were investigated by using a vibrating sample magnetometer. Magnetic saturation of magnetite was 91 emu/g that around about bulk magnetization. This high saturation magnetization can be attributed to the thin dead layer. By using polyethylene glycol as a surfactant to separate and restrict the growth of the particles, magnetostatic interactions are in good agreement with the remanence ratio analysis. Morphology and the average size of the particles were determined with field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM). Spherical aggregates of Fe3O4 (size around 73 nm) are composed of a small primary particle size of about 16 nm. Silver deposition was done using butylamine as the reductant of AgNO3 in ethanol with different ratio. The silver layers were estimated using statistical histogram images of FESEM. Silver-coated iron oxide nanohybrids have been used in a broad range of applications, including chemical and biological sensing, due to the broad absorption in the optical region associated with localized surface plasmon resonance.

- چکیده انگلیسی: In current dynamic and often turbulent work environment, information technology becomes an effective competitive advantage that organizations largely rely on it. Due to this affiliation, the importance of integrity and accommodation between the information technology strategies and business strategies in organizations has been increased. This alliance is the initial aim of the governance of information technology. The purpose of this study is evaluating and comparing the maturity of information technology governance of organization that are active in financial services sector (state and private banks). In order to measure and compare the maturity of IT governance of Iranian banks in adaption of business strategies, IT governance and COBIT4.1 framework has been used. In this study, data have been collected from 17 large state and private banks. The results suggest that private banks, due to structure type and maturity of IT governance and organizational strategies, have higher degree of maturity (1.98) in applying the technology and compliance with IT compare to state banks (1.60)

- چکیده انگلیسی: Supply chain network design decisions are among the strategic decisions of supply chain management which play significant role on the efficient performance of the supply chain. However, there are two challenging factors which may have great impact on the supply chain performance. These factors are on the one hand disruptions and their attendant damages and on the other hand uncertain nature of business-as-usual parameters. Therefore, the supply chain being designed should be reliable against disruptions as well as should be robust under business-as-usual uncertainty. This paper proposes a new robust fuzzy-probabilistic programming model for designing a reliable multi-period supply chain network which can cope with the two challenging factors, simultaneously. At first, in order to design a reliable model, by taking into account two types of facilities, that are fail able and non-fail able against probabilistic disruptions, a hard worst case approach is employed. Then to deal with business-as-usual uncertainty a robust fuzzy programming is developed. Flexible constraints of customers and determining the optimum level of satisfying these constraints is also considered in the model. Furthermore, to incorporate the concept of reliability in the problem and to cover the important features of real life supply chains, uncertain partial disruption and constraints of expected delivery time of customers are taken into account in the model. Finally, an industrial case study related to a manufacturer engaged in the healthcare system of Iran is applied to demonstrate the effectiveness and the applicability of the developed model.
