- چکیده انگلیسی: In this study, nanoporous hydroxyapatite was synthesized and functionalized via tetraethylenepentamine in order to obtain a novel adsorbent for efficient removal of Acid Blue 25 dye from aqueous solution. Functionalized hydroxyapatite was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS), and N2 adsorption-desorption. Batch adsorption studies were performed to investigate the effect of various parameters such as pH, initial dye concentration, adsorbent dosage, contact time and temperature. The results illustrated that dye removal percentage was reduced with incrementing pH of the solution and dye concentration. Maximum removal of Acid Blue 25 in the solution having an initial dye concentration of 40 mg/L using 10 mg of adsorbent at 25 °C was 88%. Experimental kinetic data obeyed the pseudo second order model was appointed in 180 min. The Freundlich isotherm model also represented a suitable fit with adsorption data. The thermodynamic study was indicated that the adsorption process was spontaneous and exothermic. Results confirmed that FHAp adsorbent possesses the potential to be used as a suitable candidate for Acid Blue 25 Dye removal from aqueous solutions.

- چکیده انگلیسی: This study investigates the potential of an intelligence model namely, Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) in prediction of the Zn metal ions adsorption in comparision with two well known empirical models included Thomas and Yoon methods. For this purpose, an organic-inorganic core/shell structure, γ-Fe2O3/polyrhodanine nanocomposite with γ-Fe2O3 nanoparticle as core with average diameter of 15 nm and polyrhodanine as shell with thickness of 3 nm, was synthesized via chemical oxidation polymerization. The properties of adsorbent were characterized with transmission electron microscope (TEM) and Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy. Sixty seven experimental data sets including the treatment time (t), the initial concentration of Zn (Co), column height (h) and flow rate (Q) were used as input data to predict the ratios of effluent-to-influent concentrations of Zn (Ct/C0). The results showed that ANFIS model with the R coefficient of 0.99 can predict Ct/C0 more accurately than empirical models. Also it was found that the result of the Thomas and Yoon methods with R coefficient of 0.828 and 0.829, respectively were so close to each other. Finally, performance of our ANFIS model was compare to Thomas and Yoon methods in two different conditions, i.e. variable initial influent concentration and variable column height. High performance of ANFIS model was proved by the comparitive results.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Researchers studying on adaptation and resilience of systems mainly seek to reduce the vulnerability of extremely complex social-ecological systems against potential changes. Since major portion of natural resources of Iran is interrelated with various users and social groups. Present study focused upon the necessity of studying structural characteristics of social capital of rangeland users in Kalateh Rudbar region of Damghan county. In this way, we used the network analysis method for improving the resilience of social-ecological systems. Accordingly, applying survey method and through interview with target groups and filling in network analysis questionnaire, interpersonal trust and collaboration ties of local beneficiaries were investigated. Applying whole network method for pin pointing local beneficiaries, all rangeland users of three traditional boundaries i.e. Espiro, Goormomenin, and Changi in Kalateh Rudbar region of Damghan county in Semnan province were interrogated. It was found out that the level of social capital among rangeland users of Espiro traditional boundary was high which implies that the resilience of social system against natural system changes is higher. In Changi and Goormomenin traditional boundaries, social capital and cohesion were estimated weak. Therefore, the policy of encouraging people to join to collective activities in order to cope with natural hazards including draught and inappropriate utilization must be put into practice. It can be inferred that the resilience of rangeland users against natural hazards in Espiro traditional boundary was higher than that of the two other boundaries; therefore, implementation of collaborative management in this traditional boundary was facilitated.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Arid and desert lands in terms of specific environmental characteristics such as low annual precipitation,
sequential droughts, huge drop in ground water levels or the like, have always faced strict limitations in water
resources. In the shadow of these characteristics and many other factors, Water Price Index (WPI) is significantly
affected. This study set out with the aim of identifying and determining the priority of factors influencing
Agricultural Water Price Index (AWPI) in arid and desert lands from farmers' point of view. The Charkhab village in
Yazd province was selected for this study. Detailed field surveys using structured questionnaires were considered
with the statistical society comprising the whole of the farmers of the village. The identification of the influential
factors is done by means of reviewing the literatures and eliciting experts' opinions. We implicated the factor
reduction and analyzing frequency distribution and CV correlation methods. Data interpretation was carried out by
using SPSS software. The results of the factor analysis method have revealed 9 important factors being accounted for
92.06% of the variance. From 26 detected variables, “constructing and expanding greenhouses” are the most
influential factors according to the farmers’ responses. Moreover, from other cases investigated lower ranks are

- چکیده انگلیسی: Reproductive characteristics of Mossul bleak, Alburnus mossulensis, a native species of Cyprinidae family in Bibi-Sayyedan River of Semirom, Isfahan, were investigated by monthly sampling during December 2010 to December 2011. Five hundred and fourty three specimens (256 females, 159 males and 31 immature) were caught by a sein net (5 mm mesh size). The collected sampeles were anesthesized in 1% clove oil solution and transported to the laboratory on ice and subjected to dissection and biometric measurments. Age of males and females ranged from 0+ to 5+ years. The sex ratio was 1M: 2.2F (p < 0.05). The females outnumbered the males in all age classes. The largest female was 16.8cm in total length and 49.12g in weight and the largest male was 14.1cm in total length and 28.19g in weight. The age and total length at first maturity of females and males were estimated as 1 year and 5.3cm total length, and 2 years and 4.4cm, respectively. The minimum, maximum, and avarge absolute fecundity were 2064, 10316, and 5505 ± 2686SD, respectively and also, the relative fecundity was 203 ± 58 egg/g body weight. Macroscopic analysis of gonads and gonadostomatic index (GSI) values suggested that spawning ofA. mossulensis occurs from March to June with a peak in April. Thus, A. mosullensis is considered a group-synchronous type species with a capacity for multiple ovulations within a reproductive season (multiple spawner).
