- چکیده انگلیسی: Lemon essential oils (LEOs) as a bioactive compound with antioxidative potential are used as safe additives in foods. However, this compound is sensitive to light, oxidation, and processing in order to solve this problem encapsulation could be a suitable technique to protect them from degradation. The aim of this study was to produce nano-encapsulated LEOs in Chitosan: Modified Starch (Hicap) to investigate the antioxidant effect of the addition of 0.5 and 1% (w/w) free and nano-encapsulated LEOs on the quality of fish burgers during storage and compare it to the control. Changes in chemical properties in treated samples at 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18 days of storage were investigated. Our results showed a nanocapsules particle size of about 339.2 nm with high encapsulation efficiency. The addition of nanocapsules prepared by a mixture of CS: Hicap (1.5: 8.5% w/v) in LEOs significantly (P< 0.05) improved the quality characteristics due to the reduction of PV, TBA and TVB-N values for all LEOs nanocapsules treated burgers in comparison to others during storage. Based on the sensory evaluation, the shelf life of burgers increased by incorporation with nano-encapsulated LEOs. According to the results, the application of encapsulated LEOs may be a successful technology for the protection of undesirable chemical, and sensory changes in seafood.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni, is an ancient perennial shrub of South America, with great potential as a crop for the production of high-power natural sweetener. Due to its chemical composition and content of the phytochemical compounds, it is suitable as a raw material for the extraction and production of functional foods. Diterpene glycosides component of low-calorie sweetener is approximately 300 times sweeter than sucrose. In this study, the antimicrobial properties of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni extract on pathogenic and food spoiling bacteria were tested by the disk diffusion method. The effect of Stevia rebaudiana extract on gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria were examined and on Bacillus cereus, Lactobacillus Plantarum, Leuconostoc mesenteroides, Salmonella typhimurium and Salmonella enterica exhibited inhibitory and germicidal effect, but the effects on Listeria monocytogenes was lower than the rest of organisms. The Minimum Inhibitory Concentrations (MIC) and Minimum Bacterial Concentrations (MBC) of Stevia extract was 1250 and 100001250 mg /ml respectively. The results showed that Stevia extract can prevent the growth of food pathogens and spoilage bacteria. Therefor we can use it as a natural sweetener and preservative in food products.

Shinsaku Fujita for the first time introduced the term “markaracter” to discuss marks for permutation representations and characters for linear representations in a common basis. In this paper, we compute these tables for some classes of finite groups.

چکیده- افزایش روزافزون جمعیت و عدم توانایی مراتع دربرآورد نیاز غذایی دامها موجب شده است که به کشت گیاهان علوفهای بیش از پیش توجه گردد. به منظور بررسی تأثیر میکروارگانیسمهای محرک رشد (PGPR) و عصاره یونجه بر رشد و مقادیر عناصر پر و کممصرف در سورگوم علوفهای، آزمایشی گلخانهای به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی و شش تکرار در دانشگاه زابل انجام شد. نخستین فاکتور شامل 2 سطح بستر خاک عدم تلقیح با PGPR و تلقیح شده با PGPR و دومین فاکتور شامل سه سطح صفر، 2 و 4 در هزار عصاره یونجه بودند. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش غلظت عصاره یونجه، وزن خشک کل گیاه و به علاوه مقادیر عناصر کم و پرمصرف در سورگوم افزایش یافت. بیشترین و کمترین غلظت منگنز به ترتیب در سطح 004/0 و شاهد عصاره یونجه بدست آمد. غلظت مس در سطح 002/0 عصاره یونجه 15 درصد افزایش نسبت به سطح شاهد نشان داد ولی نسبت به سطح 004/0 عصاره یونجه تفاوت معناداری نداشت. همچنین، اضافه کردن PGPR به بستر رشد منجر به افزایش قابل توجهی در وزن خشک گیاه و به علاوه غلظت آهن، منگنز، مس و پتاسیم شد. در نهایت، تفاوت معنی داری در مقادیر آهن در سطح 4 در هزار عصاره یونجه در بستر تلقیح شده با PGPR در مقایسه با بستر عدم تلقیح وجود نداشت. سرانجام توصیه میگردد تأثیر عصاره یونجه بر عملکرد و غلظت عناصر غذایی در دیگر گیاهان نیز بررسی شود.- چکیده انگلیسی: ABSTRACT- The increasing population and the pastures inability to meet food needs in livestock have led to the increase of cultivates forage plants. In order to evaluate the effect of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) and alfalfa (Medicago sativa) extract on the growth and concentration of macronutrient and micronutrient contents of forage sorghum (Sorghum vulgare), an experiment was conducted as factorial aaraned in a completely randomized design with six replications at Research Greenhouse University of Zabol. The first factor was PGPR (included soil inoculated and non-inoculated (control) medium, and the second factor was alfalfa extract in three concentrations (0, 2 and 4 ppm). The results showed that increasing alfalfa extract concentration significantly increased total plant dry weight as well as the macro and micronutrient contents. The highest and lowest manganese contents were achieved in the 0.004 levels and control of alfalfa extracts, respectively. Copper content in 0.002 level of alfalfa extract showed a 15% increase compared to the control, with no significant difference with 0.004 of alfalfa extracts. PGPR application as growing substrate also significantly increased dry weight as well as manganese, copper and potassium contents of the plant. Also, there was no significant difference in iron content at level 4 per thousand of alfalfa extract in a substrate inoculated with PGPR compared to the non-inoculated substrate. Finally, it is recommended that the effect of alfalfa extract on yield and nutrient concentrations of other plants be examined in the future.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Polypyrrole-chitosan nanocomposite (PPy-CTN) was synthesized by dispersion polymerization of PPy in presence of CTN. Preparation of spherical PPy nanoparticles that were successfully covered with a thin layer of chitosan was confirm by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) technique. Characterization techniques also revealed the presence of CNT in the polymer matrix and its presence was confirmed by the shift of absorption band in fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The prepared polymer was then tested for the antibacterial properties against Gram-negative bacteria; Escherichia coli (E. coli) bacteria. The antibacterial property was assessed by disk diffusion method. The results showed clearly that, PPy-CTN nanocomposite strongly inhibit the growth of wild-type E. coli (20 ± 0.5 mm) followed by PPy (11 ± 0.5 mm) and CTN (2 ± 0.5 mm). The PPy-CTN nanocomposite exhibits a significant enhancement in antibacterial activity better than that of pristine PPy and CTN. In particular mechanisms of antibacterial action in PPy-CTN nanocomposite were discussed.

- چکیده انگلیسی: This paper presents a mathematical model for a facility location-allocation problem in order to design an integrated supply chain. We consider a supply chain including multiple suppliers, multiple products, multiple plants, multiple transportation alternatives and multiple customer zones. The problem is to determine a number and capacity level of plants, allocation of customers demand, and selection and order allocation of suppliers. A multi-objective mixed-integer linear programming (MOMILP) is presented with two conflicting objectives simultaneously. The first objective is to minimize the total costs of a supply chain including raw material costs, transportation costs and establishment costs of plants. The second objective function aims to minimize the total deterioration rate occurred by transportation alternatives. Finally, by applying the fuzzy goal programming, the model is solved as a single objective mixed-integer programming model. An experiment study shows that the proposed procedure can provide a promising result to design an efficient supply chain.
