- چکیده انگلیسی: Nowadays, the tourism industry accounts for approximately 10% of the global GDP, while it only contributes 3% of the economy in Iran. Since the pressure of US sanctions increases day after day on the Iranian economy, the necessity of paying attention to this industry as a source of foreign currency is felt more than ever. The purpose of this research is to analyze the reviews of users of social commerce websites by using a combination of text mining and data mining techniques. For this purpose, the database of TripAdvisor website (TripAdvisor.com) was evaluated, and all profile information of users who commented on hotels in Iran was collected. These comments on all the content of the website, such as hotels, restaurants, and attractions, were then extracted and analyzed. The optimal number of clusters was considered four clusters by calculating the Davies-Bouldin index, namingly water therapy tourists, boutique hotels style and Iran urban tourists, travelholics and food tourists, business and health tourists. Every single cluster possesses unique attributes and features. Afterward, the association rules were further identified for each cluster according to the characteristics of each cluster and the information in the users' profiles. Finally, a solution is proposed to increase the participation of the users on the website, and targeted promotional plans are expressed in accordance with the well-known features of each cluster.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Brand community interactions and online customer support have become major platforms of brand sentiment strengthening and loyalty creation. Rapid brand responses to each customer request though inbound tweets in twitter and taking proper actions to cover the needs of customers are the key elements of positive brand sentiment creation and product or service initiative management in the realm of intense competition. In this research, there has been an attempt to collect near three million tweets of inbound customer requests and outbound brand responses of international enterprises for the purpose of brand sentiment analysis. The steps of CRISP-DM have been chosen as the reference guide for business and data understanding, data preparation, text mining, validation of results as well as the final discussion and contribution. A rich phase of text pre-processing has been conducted and various algorithms of sentiment analysis were applied for the purpose of achieving the most significant analytical conclusions over the sentiment trends. The findings have shown that the sentiment of customers toward a brand is significantly correlated with the proper response of brands to the brand community over social media as well as providing the customers with a deep feeling of reciprocal understanding of their needs in a mid-to-long range planning.

- چکیده انگلیسی: This study aimed at designing information technology business value model in order to explain the value of information technology in business and evaluate information technology contribution in organization function. For the purpose of a comprehensive analysis of the subject using qualitative data, the research method was set to be mixed method focusing on qualitative sequential design. The first stage of the research strategy was an exploratory single case study and for the second phase, the researchers used focus groups design. Saipa Corporation, one of the most famous firms in Iranian automotive industry, was selected as the case. The varied qualitative date were gathered through interview, document review and observation methods and were analyzed afterwards. Ultimately, the findings of the study highlighted the items and dimensions of information technology business value. This model is composed of the relationship between different dimensions of the theoretical models regarding and the share of information technology in building a business. In order to ensure research generalizability, the results of the research were compared with those in the literature review and the theoretic adequacy of the proposed framework was confirmed.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Special, privileged or VIP customers are of great significance to the banks since they continuously and broadly invest in deposits and remain loyal to the banks. This loyalty is dependent on the broad and specific services they receive, deposit interests, and the tuned regulatory actions that banks take for according to the grade of special customers and their propensity to risk. In the current research, a dataset of two thousand ordinary and special privileged customers were collected according to their demographics, accounts information, and level of investment in the bank. The grade of special customer and their propensity to taking risks are also determined by the experts of the bank. Afterwards, a range of learning algorithms are applied for designing and validating classification and prediction methods on special customers’ grades and their propensity to risk. Final results are then analyzed and prepared as a set of intelligent and improvable rules that assist the bank managers in formulating interactive and predictive decision making policies from the initiation of the customer relationship with the bank.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning has had a chaotic history in which many projects ended successfully and many failed or ended without approaching the predetermined objectives. This research, in terms of purpose, is considered fundamental since it designs a new system for solving a fundamental problem and it is also an applied research because the research result is deployed in the organization for determining the implementation success ratio. The research utilizes the content analysis for identifying the factors and indicators and uses a survey research for gathering data from selected organizations. In this study, for overcoming the problems of implementation project, a fuzzy system has been designed, trained and validated using the Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System so as to predict the implementation success ratio before the initiation of the project. The research output is an intelligent fuzzy inference system.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Websites have been considered as one of the most important means of communication among different stakeholders. Regarding this fact, the news websites have been taken into account as one of the most important types of websites since they provide the users with significant information providing capabilities and they also play a major role in creating and disseminating knowledge in the society. The design and utilization of such websites have been considered a significant challenge in the modern business environment. Making use of various services in building the news websites has a great impact in improving the quality and value of such websites and consequently, it causes a meaningful increase in the rate of website visits and returns. The main goal of this paper is to provide an appropriate solution for designing and analyzing the news websites with the use of the best combination of the effective, qualitative, and value-generating services. For this purpose and for increasing the quality of news websites, the most important services have been extracted and categorized. This categorization is based on the broad and deep investigation of the most utilized services of the top 50 news websites in the world. Consequently, the services and their role in creating added value have been evaluated and validated by the experts in the field. The presented model can be used by the news websites managers and administrators for designing more effective and efficient websites in order to better satisfy the demands of customers.

- چکیده: محدودیت منابع دولتی، لزوم استفاده از ظرفیتهای بخش خصوصی را به یک ضرورت تبدیل نموده است. در این راستا استفاده از انواع روشهای تأمین منابع مالی ازجمله مدلهای مشارکتی، سالیانی است که در صنعت آب و فاضلاب در حال استفاده میباشد. هدف این پژوهش مرور ادبیات و اولویتبندی شاخصهای مشارکت عمومی- خصوصی در صنعت آب و فاضلاب با استفاده از تکنیکهای دادهکاوی میباشد. بهمنظور تحقق این امر، پس از جمعآوری، آمادهسازی و پیشپردازش داده، از تکنیکهای شاخص وزن دهی شامل شاخص سود اطلاعاتی و شاخص جینی جهت استخراج فاکتورهای مشارکت عمومی و خصوصی استفاده شده است. ارزیابی شاخصها، گزارش داد که ۹۸ درصد شاخصها در پیشبینی شکست و یا موفقیت پروژهها تأثیر دارند. برای مقایسه دو روش انتخاب ویژگی از دقت دستهبندهای جنگل تصادفی و بیز ساده استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش مشخص کرد که شکایات مربوط به خدمات، قالب قراردادی و تعرفههای متفاوت تأثیر بسیار زیادی در موفقیت و یا شکست پروژههای مشارکتی دارند. در بین 15 شاخص کلیدی موفقیت پروژه های مشارکتی این صنعت، 8 شاخص آن به طور مستقیم با مسائل مربوط به تامین مالی طرح ها در ارتباط میباشند و این امر بیانگر این است که همچنان دغدغه اصلی در این صنعت، تامین مالی طرح ها میباشد.
- چکیده انگلیسی: The restrictions of government resources and the recent alterations in the economy have prompted government agencies to employ the capacities of private sector in all infrastructures. In this regard, a variety of financing methods, including the participatory models, have been applied for many years in the water and wastewater industry of Iran. The aim of this study is to identify and prioritize the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) indicators in the water and wastewater industry of Iran via machine learning techniques. To this end, after collecting, preparing and preprocessing the data, weighted indexing techniques including information gain and Gini index were utilized to prioritize the PPP factors. The results indicated that 93% of the indicators were effective in predicting the success of the projects. To compare the two methods, the precision of Naïve Bayes and Random Forest classifiers were taken into account and the information gain method yielded more reasonable findings with one percent difference. The evaluation of indicators elucidated that "complaints about service quality," "contract type," and "Conventional tariffs" revealed a huge impact on the success of collaborative projects. Among the 15 indicators, eight were directly pertinent to the project financing which is the main concern in this industry.
