- چکیده انگلیسی: Our main aim was to identify and prioritize the obstacles to the implementation of decent work in the industry. The current research was applied in terms of purpose. It was also descriptive survey in terms of collecting data. Due to the large extent of industry sector actors, only one side of the main actors' triangle in the industrial sector in Yazd province was selected as the statistical sample.This side of triangle included the heads of unions and workers’ representatives in the industry sector. Thus the data was collected purposefully from this sample. To collect data, in the first step, obstacles to the decent work and its components were identified based on library studies and in-depth initial interviews. In the second step, though, using the Delphi-Fuzzy method and the opinion of some of the experts in the industry sector, the identified obstacles in the first step were analyzed and summarized. In the third step, a questionnaire was designed for ranking the identified obstacles based on the Fuzzy Best-Worst Method. The questionnaire was distributed among a sample of 130 members, of which 80 questionnaires were returned. The final findings of the current study indicated that from the workers’ point of view, the shortcoming in upstream laws, lack of a trust in dialogues, allocating welfare budget to unrelated areas, government-owned industries and lack of trust in other members (workers, employers, and government), were the most difficult obstacles in the implementation of decent work.

- چکیده انگلیسی: DNA methylation as epigenetic mark plays a key role in normal differential and developmental processes as well as in dynamic gene regulation at the genomic level. To assess DNA methylation pattern in different developmental stages of Aeluropus littoralis, methylation sensitive amplified polymorphism (MSAP) was used. Methylation and demethylation status at the CCGG recognition site were tracked by two sets of cytosine methylation-sensitive enzymes (MspI and HpaII), which were classified into three types. The percentage of total bands per type I (non methylation), type II (CpG methylation) and type III (CpCpG methylation) fragments were 75.7, 19.4 and 4.9, respectively. The most frequent methylation events (19.4%) were observed in type II fragment in which full methylation pattern occurred. Out of 480 bands, 33 bands showed methylation alterations between differential developmental stages in all three types of detectable methylation levels. In this study, polymorphic bands had two main directions associated with methylation or demethylation patterns in which methylation level increased during plant development. The methylation and demethylation events at CG sites could be related to developmental stage-specific gene regulation.

- چکیده انگلیسی: In view of native/nonnative language teacher dichotomy, different characteristics have been assigned to these 2 groups. The dichotomy has been the source of different actions and measures to clarify the positive and negative points of being (non)native teachers. In recent years, many researchers have revisited this dichotomy. The challenge to the dichotomy can be a source of motivation to explore if (non)native language teachers’ cognitions or belief systems are different. To this end, this study compared the (non)native language teachers’ perceptions of their cognition in view of their gender and teaching experience. A cognition questionnaire was administered to 66 nonnative and 46 native language teachers, and then an interview was conducted electronically. A total of 12 nonnative and 8 native teachers responded to the interview questions. Results showed a significant convergence between the (non)native language teachers’ cognitions. Findings also revealed that the (non)native teachers held different beliefs about the nature of language learning and the role of materials in language learning/teaching. As to the teachers’ gender and teaching experience, it was found that the male (non)native teachers and the low-experienced (non)native teachers showed no significant differences, whereas the female (non)native teachers and the high-experienced (non)native participants differed regarding their perceptions of their cognition. Accordingly, (non)native language teachers’ dichotomy might need to be revisited in many respects.

- چکیده انگلیسی: The idea is growing among educators that thinking skill needs to be given a direct attention. On one hand, critical thinking is supposed to broaden students’ thinking in all regards (Schafersman, 1991); and on the other hand learners’ attitudes towards the second language can affect both their performance in the class and their final accomplishment. To this end, the present study started with the question of whether the application of critical thinking ability to English classes could affect learners’ second language attitudes. The study was designed and conducted at an English language Institute. 4 classes were selected randomly (2 female and 2 male classes). They were divided into two experimental and control groups. In experimental classes learners practiced critical thinking skills, which was absent in the control group. Critical thinking principles were applied through 21 strategies developed by Ennis (2011). FLAGS (Foreign Language Attitudes and Goals Survey) questionnaire (Eva Cid, Gisela Gran˜ena, Elsa Tragant, 2009) was given to students, both at the beginning and at the end of the semester, which were considered as the pre and post-tests for statistical computations. The results revealed a significantly higher second language attitude in participants who went through critical thinking instruction. In addition, applying critical thinking skills in the class affected students’ level of goal orientation in terms of learning a second language. The research encourages English language teachers to incorporate critical thinking skills into their instructions.

- چکیده انگلیسی: The evolution of biota had been tightly linked with formation of atmospheric di-oxygen (O2).Since the shift from anaerobic to aerobic life results in reprogramming gene expression through the regulatory interactions between transcription factors and their target sequences, the anaerobic responsive elements (AREs). The purpose of this study is to consider AREs; the most frequent and divergent motif in comparison to eighty four plant cis-regulatory elements, in order to clarify their biological function in Arabidopsis thaliana. A genome wide survey revealed the frequency, occurrence number and positional state of each anaerobic element in Arabidopsis genome. The evidence was obtained that among all AREs, TTCCCTGTT, (A/C/G)AAAAACAAA and AGCAGC in silico discovered elements, are noteworthy responsive elements in Arabidopsis. In addition to, our data suggest that the evolutionary process of anaerobic responsive elements may have been directed toward gradual decrease in occurrence numbers of AREs and gradual increase of their ineffectiveness in Arabidopsis genome. We also classified Arabidopsis genes according to existence of ARE elements in promoter regions of them to seven main groups including expression, primary metabolism, secondary metabolism, signaling, growth and development, stress and misc.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Root to shoot connection and transfer of information seems to be taken place mostly via the transmissions of signal molecules, secondary metabolites, amino acids, hormones and proteins, through xylem sap. Examination of earlier reports is indicative of relatively high levels of conservation in xylem sap protein compositions. Apparently these protein molecules are being synthesized in roots in response to environmental changes and get transported to aerial plant parts after secretion into xylem sap.
Objectives: In order to comprehend this so-called passive signaling, some questions need to be answered: 1) Do these proteins have the capability to act as signals? 2) How much energy does root spend for the biosynthesis of the secreted proteins? How similar is the amount of energy that root cells spent for the biosynthesis of intra- and extra-cellular proteins?
Materials and Methods: Reported xylem sap proteins curated from Arabidopsis, maize and soybean. Their sequences were put under scrutiny in terms of considering their mobility, and physical and chemical properties. Metabolic energy required for their biosynthesis along with the energy hidden in their peptide bonds were calculated and compared with random non-xylem sap proteins as control.
Results: Xylem sap proteins were significantly smaller than the root proteins, while they were bigger in size when compared to the leaf group. Xylem protein pIs were significantly higher than the control proteins in different plants. Similarly, the protein stability was higher for xylem sap proteins in comparison with roots and leaves in all analyzed plants, except for soybean that the stability was indifferent between xylem and root. The data were suggestive a significantly lower energy consumption for the synthesis of xylem sap proteins.
Conclusions: Lower energy consumption may suggest an economical route of communication between roots and shoots in plants that mainly rely on symplastic signaling.- انتشار مقاله: 17-07-1395

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) is one of the important vegetable oil supplies in the world and in Iran, as well. It is classified as a drought semi-tolerant crop; however, its yield is adversely affected by drought stress. Understanding the initial events in sensing stress and the related physiologic and biochemical events thereafter, is crucial in designing drought stress breeding programs. Transcription factors are master molecules directly involved in the plant responses under drought stress, from signal perception and transduction to the regulation of physiologic processes.
Objective: The expression pattern of some bZip transcription factors in response to osmotic stress was investigated in sunflower.
Material and Methods: Employing real-time PCR to monitor, the response of 10 bZIP transcription factors was performed under different osmotic stress conditions including -0.3, 0.9, and 1.2 MPa. Whole seedling was sampled at 6, 12, and 24 h after the osmotic condition application.
Results: Exposure to osmotic potential of 0.9 MPa for 24 h caused a reduction in the fresh weight of the seedling. Among the evaluated genes, eight genes, bz-497, bz-502, bz-485, bz-499, bz-492, bz-504, bz-505, and bz-509 appeared as the osmotic stress responsive transcription factor. Changes in the expression of the genes under 0.3 MPa was observed for four genes. Most of the osmotic responsive genes appeared to be up-regulated. Most of responsiveness in the gene expression was happened under 0.9 MPa of the osmotic stress which is corresponding to fresh weight reduction in the seedlings. Among the investigated genes, two genes was identified to have possible roles in sensitive response of sunflower against drought stress.
Conclusions: It was a focus to have systemic view on the complex response of the plant to abiotic stress, and avoidance of the single gene analysis. Also, the importance of molecular data in molecular breeding procedures toward achievement of the stress tolerant lines was highlighted.- انتشار مقاله: 29-09-1394

- چکیده انگلیسی: Given the role that knowledge management can play consistently on the changes and the need to develop human resources in the implementation of knowledge management on the one hand and important position of cooperative sector In country economics, on the other hand, led to that the researchers study the relationship between knowledge management and human resource performance of the agricultural cooperatives of East Azarbaijan Province. the information were collected by a questionnaire that with on Cronbach alpha 92/7 percent. 207 questionnaires were distributed. The results of this study show that the relationship between knowledge management and human resource performance in the agricultural cooperatives of East Azarbaijan Province is significant and positive correlation. and increase or decrease components of the knowledge management process have significant and positive correlation impact on the performance of human resources. Knowledge held by coefficient 28 percent has highest regression impact on the human resource function variable

- چکیده انگلیسی: STATs are a family of latent transcription factors that reside in the cytoplasm of resting cells. The STAT1 transcription factor gene located on the chromosome 2 at interval 60 to 63 cM. This factor upon stimulation with INF gamma, dimerizes and translocate to the nucleus where mediates transcriptional regulation. In this study, we estimated the allele and genotype frequencies of STAT1/Pag1 gene polymorphism and examined the association whit milk yield (305-day milk yield) and milk component (fat and protein percentage) traits. DNA was isolated from 317 Holstein cows of five different herds. A 314 bp fragment in STAT1 gene was amplified and the animals were genotyped using RFLP-PCR technique. Seven genotypes including DD (89 animals), BB (25 animals), CC (11 animals), AC (15 animals), BC (9 animals), CD (164 animals) and BD (4 animals) were identified. Frequencies of A, B, C, and D alleles were estimated to be 0.021, 0.101, 0.332 and 0.546, respectively. Association of STAT1/Pag1 genotypes with percentage of fat in the milk was relatively high (P < 0.05); the DD genotype was superior to other groups. But corrected milk production for 305 days and protein percentage of the milk did not differ among all groups (P > 0.01). We concluded that this marker should be considered for milk component (fat percentage) selection in Holstein dairy cows

One of the most important policies is to promote economic cooperation in the share of micro enterprises on one hand, and with its productive capacity it could increase economic power which helps reduce unemployment by creating jobs in the state on the other hand. Therefore, in this study, with the focus on employment as important activities, the role of the cooperative sector in a changing economic situation has been studied. Also, in order to evaluate their relative performance in achieving this goal the data envelopment analysis (DEA) is used.
