- چکیده انگلیسی: Background and objective: The overall objective of this study is "to determine Maturity level of health literacy on Care skin and hair in girls 16-14 years old, first high school Eghlid city. Health literacy can be defined as the ability to read, understand and act upon the recommendations of health.
Methods: This study is quantitative - descriptive that occurs on 186 girls and Stratified random sampling was performed. In order to access information from a two-part questionnaire (A - health literacy, reading comprehension, b – performance and computing) related to health of skin and hair, the validity, and reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach alpha and ending coefficient (r=0.81) and analysis the data by SPSS software (V.18).
Results: Mean age, weight, height, body mass index standard deviation of students participating in the study, was respectively (15.31±0.63, 51.60± 9.15), (162.21± 7.48), (19.59± 3.11). Also the age of onset of sexual hair growth 12.09 years indicated. Level of health literacy and reading understanding of dermatological was adequate and health literacy in the calculation of the skin and the hair was border line. Between reading comprehension and performance measures correlated significantly with skin and hair (P=0.05).
Conclusion: The research, health literacy level maturation, hair and skin health in adolescent girls Eghlid city have been evaluated borders. So by increase students' reading comprehension and calculation of their performance in the field of dermatology also increased.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background and objective: Health literacy is a global issue, according world health organization’s statement health literacy is central role in determining the health inequality. The overall aim of this study was to" Maturity level of health literacy in 14-16 year girls in first grade of high school.
Methods: This descriptive is a quantitative study on 186 girls (14-16 years old) who attend high school in first grade. Sampling method based and designed on a stratified random sample of Morgan. In the course of the study, in order to achieve the desired data, was used from the 5 questionnaire that verification and face and content validity and for reliability of data analysis used from SPSS software (V.18).
Results: Overall, this study related to the general level of health literacy and reading understanding puberty (the borderline), skin and hair, genital health (adequate), health, menstruation (far enough) and functional health literacy calculation of the overview of puberty, the skin and hair, genital health (the borderline) healthy menstruation (far enough) and suggests that health literacy on health promotion programs. Calculation of the overall performance of the students in adulthood, independent of reading comprehension and reading comprehension performance and computation between menstrual health, skin and hair, genital health, a significant correlation (P=<0.05) was detected.
Conclusion: Adolescent girls' has health literacy level of the borderline city of Eghlid.
Teenage girls in puberty due to cross-border health literacy can have many physical and emotional problems that may affect their future health and social reproduction

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Nurses constitute the largest group of health care providers and play a fundamental role in continuing of care and health promotion and preservation at different levels of the health provider system. After new change in the health care system, society expects more from nurses. Researchers believe that in order to elevate the quality of nursing care, acting based on the evidence and research is necessary, therefore, nursing care will be more useful and efficient.
Aim: This study aimed at the determination of the implementation rate of evidence-based nursing cares by nurses in State Hospitals in Ahwaz.
Methods: In this descriptive-correlative study, 484 nurses working in the State hospitals in Ahwaz were included with the proper sampling method. A questionnaire was used to gather complete information. ~This study was supported and approved by related specialist. The first part included the demographic characteristics of the responders, and the second part was related to the implementation rate of evidence based nursing care. The information was analyzed by SPSS 17.
Results: The results show that majority of responders (53%) were at a poor level in implementation of evidence-based nursing car. There was not any significant relation between age, experience of work ,gender, type of employment, professional states ,shifts of the studied sections and implementation of evidence-based nursing care ( p> 0.05), however, there was a significant relation between the material status, educational rate of interest in the job and rate of the implementation of evidence-based nursing care ( p< 0.05).
Conclusion: Since the majority of studied sections do not have evidence-based nursing practice, there is an urgent need for the comprehensive effort of nurse’s community and organizational support to achieve nurses’ move towards providing evidence-based nursing care.- انتشار مقاله: 29-02-1392

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Human beings use different approaches to learning. Thus the aim of this study is to explore the mechanisms of learning through the hidden curriculum in the perspective of baccalaureate undergraduate nursing students.
Methods: This qualitative study, involving 24 baccalaureate undergraduate nursing students, was done by purposeful sampling strategies. The data were collected using semi-structured interviews and continued until data saturation and emerging categories. Content analysis approach was used for data analysis.
Results: As a result of data analysis, eight categories emerged including learning from observation, auditory learning, learning from feedback, experiential learning, inverse learning, learning through explaining one’s experiences, modeling, and passive learning.
Conclusions: Nursing students learnt the hidden curriculum through different mechanisms. It is recommended that other mechanisms of the running hidden curricula are identified.- انتشار مقاله: 20-12-1392

- چکیده انگلیسی: Introduction: Nursingcurriculum is not always overt; it can also exist covertlyin the form of a hidden curriculum. This study aims to explain the factorsinfluencing learning through the hidden curriculum in the perspective ofundergraduate baccalaureate nursing students.Method: This qualitative study was conducted through purposeful samplingstrategy on 24 undergraduate baccalaureate nursing students studying in the first to the fourth years of their education. The data were collected using semistructured interviews and this process continued until data saturation and categories’ emergence. Inductive content analysis was used for data analysis.Results: Professional promotion as a learning factor, impact of personalcharacteristics on learning, educator’s behavior as a learning stimulus, andfeedback as a learning stimulus are the main categories emerged in this study; some of them included sub-categories as well.Conclusion: Professional promotion, personal characteristics, educator’sbehavior and feedback were the main influencing factors on learning through the hidden curriculum in undergraduate baccalaureate nursing students. The findings of this study can be used for developing strategies to promote nursing education and as a result patient care. - چکیده انگلیسی: Abstract Backgrounds: To assess patients' satisfaction and to evaluate methadone therapy program, it is important to understand the experiences of opium dependents during the treatment period in methadone centers and determine the quality of this program and revise standards based on that. This study aimed to describe the nature and structure of patients' experiences during treatment in methadone centers. Methods: This was a qualitative method using phenomenology. Sampling was purposive and the participants were selected from opium dependents referred to Kerman methadone centers during 2007. Sampling continued until data saturation and the sample size was 32. Colaizzi's method was applied for data analysis. Findings: The findings of this study included 27 codes categorized in four main groups: experiences of structure, personnel, patients, and regulations. These four categories showed the main structure of experiences in methadone centers. Conclusion: Lack of treatment centers in near-by cities or the problems of those centers suggest that it is necessary to establish new centers or solve the problems of centers in near-by cities. The type of patients referring to the centers plays a role in treatment process. The regular presence of physicians and other personnel and their concerns and care for patients as well as longer working hours of the centers have roles in patients' satisfaction and increase of consistency with treatment. Discussing the rules and regulations of the center with patients including the obligatory of daily reference to the center to obtain medicine and injections sound necessary. Also, it is necessary to find ways for solving problems of urine tests. Keywords:Experiences, Methadone, Performance, Qualitative study.

Understanding opiate dependents’ experiences of patients' treatment is a key to continue the treatment and can provide help to revise the standards of methadone centers and improve the quality of treatment. This study aimed to describe the essence and structure of opiate dependents’ experiences with methadone maintenance therapy. Methods: It was a qualitative phenomenological study, in which participants were selected from opiate dependents referred to methadone centers in Kerman city in 2007. Sampling was purposive and continued until data saturation, which was achieved at 32 participants. Data were collected by in-depth interviews. Colaizzi's method was applied for data analysis. The rigor of the present study was assessed based on the criteria of confirmability and credibility. Findings: A total of 26 themes were extracted and categorized into three main themes including positive therapeutic alliance, negative therapeutic alliance and therapeutic alliance requests. Conclusion: Client–centered therapy in methadone clinics creates a positive therapeutic alliance, and persuades patients to continue their treatment. Establishing a good relationship with patients during their treatment procedure is an effective way to meet the goals. Individual and group counseling sessions and advices on family and career related issues during the treatment should be considered as well.
