- چکیده انگلیسی: Writing the grammar of a language is one of the most significant outputs of linguistic studies. In Iran, it is Avicenna (Ibn-e Sina) who is credited with the first such compilation of the Persian language. Understanding the weaknesses associated with the traditional trends of grammar writing in Iran, contemporary Iranian linguists adopted the modern Western approach following the Chomskyan Turn thus attempting to work out a grammar for Persian. Accordingly, this study investigated the scientific theory of grammar writing in Iran through a descriptive-analytic method, using the transformational-generative theory. In addition to reviewing the stances of Iranian grammarians, the paper specifies and describes grammars of different kinds through a typological approach so as to attain a new classification of grammar writing paradigms in Iran. The findings of this research show that grammar writing approaches in Iran are divided into three paradigms, namely, traditional, structural, and scientific.

- چکیده انگلیسی: In this study, the drying kinetics of saffron stigmas pretreated by atmospheric pressure cold plasma pretreatment (15, 30, 45 and 60 s) followed by hot air drying (60°C and 1.5 m/s) were modeled using 10 conventional mathematical thin layer models. The use of cold plasma pretreatment reduced drying time and enhanced effective moisture diffusivity (Deff). The most accurate models describing behavior of drying process of stigmas were Two-term, Midilli and Kucuk and Wang–Singh models. These models were determined based on the higher value of coefficient of determination (R2) and the lower values of root mean square error (RMSE), chi-square (χ2) and sum of square errors (SSE). In addition, the Newton model did not in accordance with experimental data. The value of Deff of pre-treated saffron stigmas were in the range of 8.7013×10-9 and 9.1139 ×10-9 m2/s depending on the time of pretreatment. The use of cold plasma pretreatment reduced the surface resistance to moisture transfer, improved the diffusion coefficient, and subsequently, reduced the drying time.

- چکیده انگلیسی: The effect of simple and composite coatings of Sagez (4,8 and12%) and zein (4,8 and 12%) on shelf life, microbial spoilage and quality attributes of sweet lemon during storage (5±1°C and 70 % RH) for 90 days according to a full factorial design was evaluated. Changes in weight, pH, acidity, color (L* value and hue angle), firmness, sensory score and total fungal and yeast were evaluated during the storage time. The performance of the Sagez–zein composite coatings on the sample quality protection was compared with simple and uncoated sample. The results showed that the color, firmness, weight loss (WL), microbial spoilage and sensory attributes of sweet lemon were strongly affected by the Sagez coatings during storage. It was observed that the simple zein coatings and non-coated sample could not extend the shelf life of sweet lemon. Based on results Sagez can be used as an efficient edible coating to extend the shelf life and controlling spoilage of sweet lemon. The results indicated that an increase in the amount of zein in composite coatings significantly (p < 0.05) increased the total mold and yeast, weight loss and firmness and decreased the sensory scores compared to Sagez simple coatings.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Objective(s): This study aims to investigate joint association between cholesterol ester transfer protein (CETP) polymorphisms and body mass index (BMI) or birth weight with the risk of dyslipidemia in Iranian children and adolescents.
Materials and Methods:This study was conducted as a sub-study of the “school-based nationwide health survey” (CASPIAN-III). We randomly selected 750 samples from the whole blood samples. Real-time PCR and high resolution melt (HRM) analysis were performed to determine Taq1B (rs708272) and A373P (rs5880) polymorphisms.
Results:Taq1B polymorphism increased HDL-C, and total cholesterol (TC) as well as decreased triglyceride and LDL-C concentrations. LDL-C and triglyceride levels were significantly higher and HDL-C and TC levels were significantly lower among those with A373P polymorphism. CT/TT genotype in Taq1B polymorphism showed a protective effect on dyslipidemia (OR= 0.12, 95%CI: 0.07-0.20). G allele of A373P polymorphism increased the risk of dyslipidemia (OR=4.10, 95%CI: 2.14, 7.83) after adjusting the confounders. We observed interactive effects of CETP gene polymorphisms and BMI or birth weight on dyslipidemia.
Conclusion:Findings showed Taq1B polymorphism might have a protective effect and A373P polymorphism had deleterious effect on dyslipidemia in Iranian children and adolescents. These associations interacted with BMI and birth weight.- انتشار مقاله: 10-09-1394

- چکیده انگلیسی: In this paper, with help of the concept of hyper-rationality, we model the interaction between two investment companies by an important game as trickery game that has special equilibrium which called hyper-equilibrium. In trickery game, one company can choose cooperation with another company until the last moment and finally changes his action to non-cooperation which incur more loss to an opponent. Indeed, the hyper-equilibrium is the point in which only one player can displace equilibrium to another point by changing his action which causes profit or loss to other players so they cannot change their action. Our findings indicate that the kind of behaviour interactive, environmental conditions, and valuation system are based on hostility causes an equilibrium point to incur the maximum loss to an opponent.
