- چکیده انگلیسی: Dimethylplatinum(II) complex [PtMe2(pbt)], 1, with pbt = 2(2pyridyl)benzothiazole ligand, can react with dichloromethane solvent to give the corresponding organoplatinum(IV) complex [Pt(Cl)(CH2Cl)Me2(pbt)]. The reaction gives exclusively trans addition product in which Cl and CH2Cl are located trans to each other. The suggested mechanism for this oxidative addition reaction was computationally investigated and related species during this process are proposed. DFT calculations show that the reaction proceeds through a transition state with the energy barrier of 97.5 kJ/mol. Attempts to grow crystals of the Pt(II) complex 1 in CH2Cl2/nhexane mixture of solvents forms the dichloro Pt(IV) complex [PtCl2Me2(bpt)], which its structure is determined by X-ray crystallography.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: An important application in health care system is computerized physicianorder entry system (CPOE) which improves the quality of patient’s care. Given that the users’ satisfaction is necessary in predicting the success of a system, this study aimed to evaluate the satisfaction of CPOE users in Namazi Hospital.Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted as a descriptive-analytical research threemonths after CPOE implementation in Namazi Hospital. The study population consisted ofall physicians and nurses in General Intensive care Unit (ICU), which included 14 physiciansand 26 nurses who had been working with CPOE system. A standard questionnaire wasapplied for data gathering; its validity and reliability was confirmed in the study (α=0.84).The data were processed by SPSS 21 software and appropriate statistical tests including T test, One-way Anova and Chi-square tests were used.Results: Overall, the satisfaction of physicians and nurses about the CPOE systems wasmoderate (4.83±1.99). Although the physician’s satisfaction score was 5.30±1.54, which was greater than that of nurses (4.56±2.19), this differences was not significant (P>0.05). Results also showed a significant relationship between the user satisfaction score and age and gender of the participants (P=0.001, P=0.006) respectively.A significant relationship was found between the CPOE user friendliness and age (P=0.05).Conclusion: Overall, there is a relative satisfaction among the physicians and nurses aboutCPOE in Namazi hospital. Hospital managers could accelerate the use of CPOE in hospitals.It is suggested that the challenges of the system should be examined in future studies.Keywords: Evaluation, CPOE, Satisfaction, Hospital

- چکیده انگلیسی: Introduction: In the recent years, evaluation of websites has become one of the main organizational instruments for the relationship between provision of services for customers and beneficiaries. Despite the high costs for design and implementation of websites, less attention has been paid to evaluation of these websites’ function. This might be due to the lack of appropriate instruments and frameworks for evaluation of websites. In order to assess hospitals’ information, their websites have to be evaluated regarding webometric criteria so as to identify their strength and weaknesses. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the websites of educational hospitals of Fars province in 2016.Method: In this descriptive study, the subjects included all the 43 active websites of educational hospitals of Fars province; they were evaluated by three experts in health information technology. The study data were collected using a checklist whose validity had been confirmed in the previous studies. After all, the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, SPSS 21 and Excel 2013 software, and the results were presented through tables.Results:The mean scores obtained from three evaluators showed that out of the 43 hospitals under investigation, 35 and 8 hospitals were ranked as good and moderate hospitals, respectively. In addition, the lowest score was related to interactive exchange of views (30.25%), while the highest scores were related to information objectivity (100%), information accuracy (100%), and non-textual views (100%).Conclusion: The overall quality level of most of the hospital was relatively acceptable. But it is necessary that the hospitals improve their websites based on information updatedness, coverage of special addressees, navigation, efficiency and interactive exchange of views. The improvement in the latter criterion will help in reducing the number of daily referrals to the hospitals.Keywords: Evaluation, website, Internet
