- چکیده انگلیسی: Emphasize on cost-cutting, increasing customers' satisfaction, and trying to manage and reduce the risks are among the key strategies of decision-makers in the design of supply chain networks. This study provides a stochastic bi-objective multi-product optimization model for designing a resilient supply chain network under disruption risks. The objectives of the proposed model are minimizing the total cost of the supply chain, as well as, minimizing the non-resiliency of the network. In addition, a ε-constraint method is used to convert the bi-objective model into a single-objective formulation. The model decisions include locating manufacturers, warehouses, and distribution centers and determining the amount of production of different products in each manufacturer, the amount of product transport between the different nodes of the network, and the amount of lost sales for different products in each market. The validity of the proposed model is investigated through random examples and the results of the model implementation on these examples are presented.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Due to occurrence of unexpected disruptions,a resilient supply chain design is important. In this paper, a bi-objective model is proposed for designing a resilient supply chain including suppliers, distribution centers (DCs), and retailers under disruption risks.The first objective function minimizes total costs. The second objective function maximizes satisfied demands. We use the augmented e-constraint method to solve the bi-objective problem. In the proposed model, the possibility of partial disruptions of DCs as well as complete disruptions of connection links between distribution centers and retailers is considered. In order to reduce risk, resilience strategies including, using multiple sourcing, direct shipment of products from suppliers to retailers, and lateral transshipment between distribution centers are used.We utilize a two-stage stochastic programming method to deal with disruption risks. The decisions of the first stage of the method consist selection of suppliers and location of DCs while the decisions of the second stage include integrated programs for supply and distribution of products. The validity of the proposed model is then evaluated by introducing a numerical example and performing different sensitivity analyses on it.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Nowadays, utilization of renewable energies for satisfying electricity demand has received more interest, and renewable electricity generation has been growing in the world. This study addresses the operational planning of a renewable electricity supply chain over a multi-period planning horizon. The purpose of this study is to maximize total profit and to optimize the operational decisions related to power transmission and storage in a wind-based electricity supply chain. The applicability of the developed model is demonstrated by a case study. Due to the wind intermittency and demand variations, some probable scenarios are considered. Sensitivity analysis provides several managerial insights. Numerical results indicate that line capacity expansion can make a good promotion in each scenario by reducing unmet demand and making more profit. Moreover, incorporating an electricity storage system in wind farms improves demand covering in peak load hours.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Following the occurrence of unexpected events and natural disasters, a highly important relief operation is the transferring of relief commodities from the distribution centers (CDs) to shelters. In this paper, a three-level network consisting of depot of vehicles, distribution centers and shelters has been considered for routing and scheduling of relief vehicles through introducing a multi-objectivemodel. The first objective function represents the total arrival time of vehicles to CDs and shelters. The second objective function illustrates the number of vehicles used. We use the TH method to deal with the multi-objective problem. During the relief commodities distribution, issues such as the feasibility of getting servicefrom each distribution centerwith multiple vehicles, and heterogeneous fleet of vehicles has been regarded. In order to solve the proposed model and represent its efficiency, we select the fourth region of Tehran city as a case study, run the model on it, and present solution results.

In this paper, decisions of the location of shelters and routing and scheduling of relief vehicles at the same time are modeled for a two-level network including depots of vehicles, affected areas, and shelters. In the evacuation operation, the possibility of servicing to evacuees in each affected area by several vehicles, existence of multiple depots of heterogeneous vehicles and time window constraints are considered. To solve the proposed model and demonstrate its efficiency, a numerical example was solved by exact method, and it was done the sensitivity analysis on the problem main parameters. Results show that the number of shelters to locate evacuees and capacity of relief vehicles effects on total times for vehicles to get to affected areas and shelters.
