- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Brain mobility is an alternative word for brain drain. Today, brain drain is considered as a major loss that has a very harmful effect on developing countries. The brain movement, and inverse immigration depends a lot on policies adopted in the countries of origin. This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the role of virtual networks and diaspora in elite brain mobility and circulation in Iran. Methods: This study was conducted using a mixed-method approach based on sequential exploratory strategy in 2018. In qualitative section a semi-structured interview was conducted with 19 former graduates who had returned back to Iran. The theoretical saturation was reached via a purposeful sampling and maximum variation by applying conventional content analysis method processes. In the quantitative section, a questionnaire was developed and its validity and reliability was tested and verified for data collection. The questionnaire was distributed among a random sample of 285 physicians out of a target population of 1100 physician returnees. Only 158 participated in the study by returning the completed questionnaire. In addition, the data were reviewed by applying descriptive-survey method, and content analysis was used to analyze the collected data. Results: Regarding the theme of inclusive elite brain mobility and circulation, the results are indicative of the existence of 18 basic themes, and 4 organizing themes including: cultural strategies, educational and research strategies, management strategies, social and economic strategies, and 1 global theme. The Basic Islamic Cultural Requirement theme (with a factor of 0.83, P<0.001) is the best descriptor for elite brain circulation and movement. Conclusion: Developing countries not only should send their elite medical graduates abroad to gain professional experiences, but also they should try to motivate them for inverse migration to their homeland by creating and promoting Diaspora networks.

- چکیده انگلیسی: The purpose of this study was to identify components of customer orientation culture in the educational system of Iran. The method of research was qualitative. The scope of study included all articles submitted to reputable databases and websites from 2000 to 2015, regarding the customer orientation culture, which were indexed therein. The complete research scope consisted of 52 articles from databases and websites as follows: thirty-nine articles, nine theses, and four books. All resources were examined through a survey method. Data collection was carried out by making use of thematic analysis, and 608 themes were identified. Research reliability of 0.99 was obtained by making use of Holsti’s method. Finally, two comprehensive themes of parameters were identified: first, optimization Strategy with such organizing themes such as strategic approach to customers, developing organizational knowledge, improving customer service, employee recruitment and enhancement, management attitude, adopting proper procedures and addressing complaints; and second, customer intimacy strategy with such organizing themes such as valuing customers, creating the sense of reliance in customers, considering moral issues, encouragement and persuasion, cooperation culture, and tangible factors were identified. A total of 57 basic themes and 13 organizing themes were derived.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Alzheimer's disease is the most common form of dementia in the elderly. Serum levels of homocysteine have been related to increased cortical and hippocampal atrophy. We aimed to determine the serum levels of homocysteine, folate, and vitamin B12 in patients with Alzheimer's disease. Methods: Blood levels of homocysteine and its biological determinants, folate, and vitamin B12 were measured in 51 patients who were diagnosed as having Alzheimer's disease according to DSM-IV criteria and compared with the serum levels obtained from 49 control individuals. Results: The mean serum homocysteine concentration was significantly higher in patients with Alzheimer's disease than the controls (20.4 ± 16.5 µmol/L v 14.5 ± 5 µmol/L; P= 0.02). There were no statistically significant differences between the mean serum levels of vitamin B12 (P=0.6) and folate (P= 0.3) in the patients and the controls. There was no correlation between age and serum homocysteine concentration in both groups (P= 0.8). Conclusion: Serum homocysteine concentration was significantly higher in the patients with Alzheimer's disease. This biomarker might be considered as a predictor of cognitive performance.

- چکیده: تحول در شیوه های ارائه خدمات به حوزه آموزش نیز تسری یافته است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی مدل های کسب و کار در حوزه خدمات پیش دبستانی از منظر تطبیق مدل های موجود و ارائه پیشنهاداتی برای دست اندرکاران و کنشگران این خدمت در ایران است. روش تحقیق از نوع تطبیقی کیفی با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل مضمون وتشخیص شباهت ها و تفاوت ها است. برای جمع آوری داده ها از روش نمونه گیری نظری(اشباع داده ها ) استفاده و ازطریق روش تحلیل مضمون ، مولفه های اصلی الگوهای معروف کسب وکار مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفتند . یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که اکثر مدل های کسب وکار به مولفه های صنعتی و تجاری شغل توجه داشته و توجه چندانی به مولفه های مناسب برای خدمات آموزشی ندارند. هم چنین یافته تحقیق مبین تشابه مدل های مورد بررسی در مولفه های اصلی مشتری ، سود ، هزینه ، منابع اطلاعاتی و ارزش های پیشنهادی است. علاوه بر این تشابه مدل هااز لحاظ تناسب با مولفه های اصلی در حوزه کسب وکار پیش دبستانی نشانگر برتری مدل پریفتی و همکاران بر دیگر مدل ها است. پیشنهاد اصلی تحقیق حاضر تدارک مدل کسب وکار پیش دبستانی متناسب با شرایط و فضای کسب وکار ایران است . هم چنین پیشنهاد می گردد سرمایه گزاران کسب وکار پیش دبستانی – به عنوان کنشگران اصلی - به طور واضح انتظارات خود را از مدل فرایند کسب وکار مشخص نمایند.
- چکیده انگلیسی: There have been many changes and developments in educational services provisions. This paper aims at investigating preschool educational business models from the perspective of implementing existing models and providing suggestions for those involved in this service in Iran. This is a qualitative comparative paper using the thematic analysis approach and identifying similarities and differences. A theoretical sampling method (data saturation) was used to collect data and through the content analysis method, the main components of well-known business models were examined and analyzed. The research findings show that most business models account for the industrial and commercial components of the job and do not pay much attention to the appropriate components of educational services. The research findings also showed the similarity of the models studied in the main components of the customer, profit, cost, information resources, and proposed values. In addition, the similarity of the models in terms of their fitness with the main components in the field of preschool business indicates the superiority of the Prifti et al (2017) model over other models. The main suggestion of the current paper is to prepare a model for preschool entrepreneurship appropriate for the conditions and atmosphere of Iranian entrepreneurship. It is also suggested that preschool entrepreneurial capitalists, as key actors, clearly articulate their expectations of the business process model.
