- چکیده انگلیسی: The bactericidal efficiency of various positively charged silver nanoparticles has been extensively evaluated in literature, but there is no report on efficacy of various positive charged silver nanoparticles. The goal of this study is to evaluate the role of different positive electrical charge at the surface of silver nanoparticles on antibacterial activity against a panel of microorganisms and their biofilm activities and their cytotoxicity. Four different silver nanoparticles were synthesized by different methods, providing four different electrical surface charges (two ionic liquids (imidazolium and pyridinium) with 12 and 18 alkyl chain length) namely C12Im, C12Py, C18Im and C18Py, respectively. The antibacterial activity of these nanoparticles was tested against gram-positive (i.e., Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis), gram-negative (i.e., Escherichia coli and Salmonella typhi) bacteria and Candida albicans as fungi. Disc diffusion and micro-dilution tests were used to evaluate the bactericidal activity of the nanoparticles according to CLSI methods. Also primary cytotoxicity assay of nanosilvers was assessed by MTT test.According to the obtained results, C12Py showed the highest bactericidal activity against all microorganisms tested. C18Im had the least and the C12Im had intermediate antibacterial activity. The most resistant bacteria were Escherichia coli. Different positive surface charge of silver nanoparticles was a significant factor affecting their bactericidal activity. Although the nanoparticles capped with pyridinium and 12 alkyl chains showed the highest level of effectiveness against the organisms tested, the silver nanoparticles capped with imidazolium and 12 alkyl chains were also potent against most bacterial species. Cytotoxicity of the silver nanoparticles was negligible.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Aquatic macroinvertebrates, which play a significant role in the food chain of an ecosystem, are used in fresh water quality assessment to identify the environmental stress resulting from a variety of anthropogenic disturbances. Seasonal surveys of macroinvertebrate communities were conducted from April 2013 to March 2014 in Chhariganga oxbow lake of Nadia District of West Bengal, an eastern state of India. In order to bioassess water quality and aquatic health analysis using diversity indices, viz. Shannon-Wiener and Simpson’s diversity index, species richness and evenness, and total abundance with composition trends were carried out. Taxon richness values of 14, 14, and 18, evenness values of 0.80, 0.71, and 0.73, Shannon-Wiener Index values of 2.10, 1.88, and 2.12, and Simpson’s index values of 0.15, 0.22, and 0.20 were determined for macroinvertebrates found during pre-monsoon, monsoon, and post-monsoon period, respectively. In the present study, low diversity indices, like the Shannon-Wiener Index, demonstrated clearly that the selected lake is polluted and has high anthropogenic activity which has rendered the lake bad to poor health status especially during monsoon season. Therefore, it is necessary to regulate and prevent the jute retting process, and its intensity and density during the monsoon to enhance biodiversity in order to ensure sustainable management and conservation of aquatic environment of the oxbow lake.

- چکیده انگلیسی: The present investigation was undertaken to describe the relationships among species of Avicenniaceae family which have both economic and medicinal activities, collected in Indian Sundarban by the help of RAPD and ISSR markers. In this study, three different species of Avicennia genus were collected. Frozen young leaves (-200C) were taken to isolate the genomic DNA using a slightly modified CTAB method. For this experiment, a set of 10 RAPD and 10 ISSR markers were used to analyse the genetic diversity. The study showed that ISSR markers were more efficient than RAPD markers for polymorphism detection, polymorphic bands content per primer and total no of loci detection per primer as they were 75.53%, 11.9 and 15.6, for ISSR and 69.04%, 9.6 and 13.7 for RAPD, respectively. However, the observed no of alleles, effective no of alleles, Nei’s (1973) gene diversity and Shannon’s information index (I) were higher for RAPD (1.6087, 1.6087, 0.3043 and 0.4219, respectively) than for ISSR (1.5357, 1.4356, 0.2345 and 0.3357, respectively). However, no such reports on genetic diversity using ISSR markers were available in the genus Avicennia. The results of this study can be seen as a starting point for future researches aimed to develop phylogenetic tree using more samples and more molecular markers.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Many old damaged and undamaged building structures do not meet the criteria of modern seismic design codes. Such structures need to be seismically enhanced. The main objective of this paper is to propose and validate the effectiveness of an upgrade scheme for non-seismic buildings using steel plate shear walls (SPSW). The upgrade is carried out considering a probability-based drift-based criterion, wherein incremental dynamic analysis is used for performance evaluation. The proposed upgrade procedure involves a static energy based scheme for the design of SPSW. It is tested on a 7- and a 5-story steel framed building structure. The results show substantial drift reduction overall, showing the effectiveness of the SPSW; however, selected target performance is not achieved exactly. Various reasons for the inability of the SPSW in meeting the probabilistic target are indicated. Overall, the proposed procedure is found to be effective for the upgrade of non-seismic steel frame structures to satisfy an inelastic drift-based probabilistic performance criterion. Need for future research works are indicated based on the shortcomings of the proposed procedure

- چکیده انگلیسی: Over the past decade of extensive research works, the thin un-stiffened steel plate shear wall
(SPSW) has now emerged as a promising lateral load resisting system. Considering the
demand of performance-based seismic design (PBSD) philosophy in current and future
seismic design codes, a ductility-based design was recently proposed for SPSW systems with
pin-connected boundary beams. However, the effectiveness of that method was not tested
using standard steel sections. The focus of this paper is to check the applicability of that
PBSD procedure for practical designs of SPSW systems in the US and Indian context, using
standard rolled steel sections available commercially in these countries. Based on sample
design case studies on 4-story test buildings, the method is found to be a practicable solution
for PBSD of SPSW systems. In addition, the distribution of inter-story drift over the height of
the structure is also found to be suitable for adopting in design guidelines. The need for

- چکیده انگلیسی: Objective: To identify high risk HPV associations by evaluating linked p16 overexpression and also the expression
of p53 and RARβ together with histopathology for risk categorization of cervical pre-neoplastic lesions. Materials and
Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was performed on 100 cases of cervical pre- neoplastic lesions for expression
of biomarkers like p16, p53 and RARβ for comparison with haematoxylin/eosin (HE) findings. All the experimentally
generated data were statistically analyzed. Results: In this study 70% cases showed overexpression of p16INK4A
increasing progressively from CIN I to CIN II but reduced in CIN III (p <0.01). p53 oncoprotein expression was seen
in 51% cases, again with increments from CIN I to CIN II with slight reduction in CIN III (p<0.01). Some 24% cases
showed negative immunoreactivity for the putative tumor suppressor gene RARβ (p>0.05). Conclusion: Our study
provides support for the idea that p16 can be used to identify associations with HPV , as well as having potential
along with p53 and RARβ for categorizing cervical pre-neoplastic cases having a higher risk of neoplastic conversion.
Thus it may be concluded that accurate risk categorization can be achieved with the help of genetic markers as well

Background: The majority of the global burden of cervical cancer is affecting developing countries. Despite improvement in treatment of patients presenting at a locally advanced stage, approximately 50% experience recurrence within the 1st two years. This study was conducted to analyse contributory factors for recurrence within 24 months. Methods: The present retrospective study was undertaken to analyse factors affecting recurrence, type of failure and the follow up pattern of patients who completed treatment with a minimum follow-up period of 6 months during the study period of 5 years. Results: Out of 323 patients included in the study, 112 (34.7%) presented with recurrence within the follow-up period. The stage and histology had a significant impact on disease free survival (DFS). Of those who were followed-up regularly, recurrence was observed in 28.7% with a DFS of 81.3 months, in contrast to the 48. 5% patients with a DFS of 45.0 months for whom follow-up was irregular. The failure pattern was mostly in the form of nodal recurrence (61%). On univariate analysis, treatment time, EBRT and ICBT gap and mean EQD2 point A were found to associated with a better outcome in terms of 2yr DFS. On Cox regression analysis, stage, histology, treatment gap (HR-0.48) and follow up pattern (HR-0.24) retained their effects on survival. Point A dose was higher in patients without recurrence (P value 0.000) unlike other assymmetric parameters. Conclusion: Apart from point A cumulative dose (mean EQD2), stage, histology and treatment gap were the factors that affected early local failure. - چکیده انگلیسی: The purpose of this research is to design a sustainable supply chain model with an emphasis on behavioral factors for foodstuff in Kermanshah province. This is an applied research. The literature review was the outcome of a library study such as books, journals, dissertations, articles, and so on, and the data were collected through a questionnaire which was analyzed by statistical methods. Regarding the subject of this research, the study population consists of managers and staff associated with the supply chain in Kermanshah food companies, involving 100 people. Having analyzed the data using the structural equation modeling and PLS software, it was turned out that the training environment, innovation, motivation, staff empowering, mutual trust and respect, as well as teamwork had a positive and significant effect on the sustainable supply chain with three environmental, social and economic indicators.
