- چکیده: این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، ترکیبی از روشهای اسنادی و پیمایشی و از نظر ماهیت، بر اساس روشهای جدید علم آیندهپژوهی، تحلیلی و اکتشافی است که با به کارگیری ترکیبی از مدلهای کیفی و کمی انجام گرفت. با توجه به ماهیت این پژوهش، از روش تحلیل ساختاری میکمک و تکنیکهای تحلیل اثرات متقاطع بهره گرفته شد. در این راستا، پس از برگزاری جلسات اولیۀ بحث با 12 نفر از خبرگان و متخصصان مدیریت آموزشی، به عنوان جامعۀ آماری تحقیق که از طریق روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و گلولهبرفی انتخاب شده بودند، پنجاهودو متغیر اولیه در قالب هشت بعد کلی شناسایی شد. در ادامه، متغیرهای اولیه در چارچوب ماتریس اثر متقاطع در نرمافزار آیندهنگار میکمک تعریف شد. در نهایت، با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش و امتیاز بالای تأثیرگذاری مستقیم و غیرمستقیم، عوامل اصلی کلیدی در آیندۀ توسعۀ حرفهای مدیران مدارس در افق 1404 شناسایی شدند. از بین این عوامل، وجود برنامههای توسعۀ حرفهای تأثیرگذارترین عامل کلیدی در توسعۀ حرفهای مدیران مدارس در افق 1404 است. ارتباط مداوم نظام آموزشی با نظامهای آموزشی موفق دنیا و استفاده از تجارب آنان، داشتن چشمانداز و راهبرد، آیندهنگری و تفکر راهبردی سیاستگذاران و برنامهریزان و حمایت دولت و مجلس در درجات بعدی اهمیت قرار دارند.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Context The current study aimed at comparing students’ academic engagement (AE) based on their educational use of social networks (EUSN) in learning English at the Iran language Institute (ILI), Tabriz branch. Methods The survey study evaluated the status of EUSN and AE on 204 English language learners (ELLs). The population of the study consisted of all ELLs (n = 1874) studying at the Tabriz branch of ILI in the spring of 2017. The instruments used in the current study to measure variables were the Reeve and Tseng AE questionnaire (α = 0.968) and a researcher-made questionnaire (α = 0.966) for EUSN. Results The results of ANOVA and least significant difference (LSD) showed that students’ AE varied according to their EUSN. AE of the ELLs using social network four to six hours a week (103.82 ± 8.19 hours) was higher than (93.74 ± 12.73 hours) those of the ones that spent two to four hours on social network and theirs was higher than (86.52 ± 16.7 hours) those of the ones that spent less than two hours on social network (P < 0.01). This difference was significant in all components of AE. Conclusions The use of social networking in education and learning can provide an appropriate basis for interaction between teachers and students and use of these networks in the teaching process is recommended.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: School principals have a crucial role on effectiveness of schools and their performance, especially in school health services programs. The purpose of this study was to predict principals’ performance in school health services based on Spiritual intelligence (SI) in high schools of Tabriz (Iran). Methods: The population of this correlational research consisted of all high school principals of Tabriz (520) at the first to fifth educational districts in 2016. According to Krejcie and Morgan’s table, and first, stratified random sampling method was used by equally considering the districts of education, and in the second step, random sampling method was used in terms of schools; 225 principals, including 45 principals of each district were selected. Data collection was done by the Spiritual intelligence self-report inventory (SISRI-24, 2009) (α = 0.71) and a researcher-made questionnaire (α = 0.88). Results: The results of correlation test showed that there was a correlation amongst critical existential thinking (r = 0.59, P < 0.001), personal meaning production (r = 0.16, P = 0.013), transcendental awareness (r = 0.26, P < 0.001), conscious state expansion (r = 0.45, P < 0.001) and spiritual intelligence (r = 0.39, P < 0.001) with school principals’ performance in school health services. The results of partial least squares regression showed that critical existential thinking (0.62, P < 0.001), transcendental awareness (0.4, P < 0.001), conscious state expansion (0.45, P < 0.001), and spiritual intelligence (0.51, P = 0.003) influenced school principals’ performance in school health services. Personal meaning production did not influence school principals’ performance in school health services (P = 0.11). Conclusions: Strengthening the spiritual intelligence of school principals could lead to improvement of managerial performance and continuous improvement of education.
