- چکیده انگلیسی: In this paper, we present a new predictive hybrid model using discrete wavelet transform (DWT), and the artificial neural network (ANN) to reduce the bullwhip effect of demand in supply chain to obtain a real amount of final customer demand. Also, we compare our result with more comprehensive sample of previous research to extend the scope of our study. In this new research our methodology is combine two discrete wavelet transform (DWT), and the artificial neural network (ANN) was used to analyze the data. Results indicated that in comparison with the previous methods of prediction to reduce the bullwhip effect in supply chains, the use of DWT and ANN is more favorable leading to less error against other methods. Moreover, we discrete our data in liner data and nonlinear data because since the combinational method uses nonlinear data and gives importance to these data rather than linear data, it can be concluded that in comparison with linear data, nonlinear data have more importance in predicting the bullwhip effect. According to this new combinational technique, organizations can obtain suitable amounts of demand at all stages of supply chain, which makes a low distance between true and forecasting demands. Therefore, organizations can avoid some costs that playing an inessential role in their products.

- چکیده انگلیسی: This paper presents the results of an empirical investigation of business cycle nonlinearities and asymmetries in the Iranian economy. Seasonal Gross Domestic Products (GDP) time series are subjected to nonlinearity and asymmetry tests. The recessions and expansions states are modeled with Markov-Switching Autoregressive models (MSM). The paper shows that allowing for three regimes for the finding of asymmetry and nonlinearity in Iranian business cycle fluctuations. The paper also provides evidence on the usefulness of a non-linear model as compared with a linear alternative in the context of business cycle research in an emerging economy using LR test.

Henceforward, by using the Meta synthesis framework, the form of group classification of indicators from afinding’s combination was suggested and recognized. After that, the entrepreneurship and innovation specialists' sight were congregated based on Meta-analysis. Then, the indicators were arranged using Analytical Network Process (ANP) and the Decision-Making Trial and Assessment Laboratory (DEMATEL). The outcomes found

- چکیده انگلیسی: The present study seeks to identify and prioritize the components and dimensions of e-commerce and categorize them as a comprehensive model by using the meta-synthesis method. In this research, total of 58 articles in the field of E-commerce was identified and examined in the first step. Latin articles were in the period of 1996 to 2017 and Persian articles were related to the period of 2001 to 2017. Finally, after three stages of the evaluation of articles, 29 articles remained. Then, based on the results of the meta-synthesis method and the use of open coding, three main fields and a number of subfields were found for the e-commerce variable. Also, at this stage, the initial data was also introduced in the form of a new subset and added to the comprehensive model by using the indexing, conceptualization and categorization method. The main fields of e-commerce included customer trust and satisfaction in e-commerce, the development and application of e-commerce and the success of e-commerce. Each of these main fields has a number of subfields. Suggestions are presented in accordance with the comprehensive model identified. The e-commerce model can be a good tool for decision making managers and decision-makers, and should be used as a basis for future research.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Introduction: Liver is the most important organ of drugs and xenobiotics metabolism and any damage to the liver is associated with dysfunction of this organ. This study was carried out to find the possible additive effect of the co-administration of Cinnamomum zeylanicum (cinnamon) and Zingiber officinale (ginger) extracts on carbon tetrachloride (CCl4)-induced liver damage in rats. Methods: Forty-two male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 7 groups (n=6). Group I: Normal control, Group II: Control of the extract (25 mg/kg of cinnamon extract and 125 mg/kg of ginger extract), Group III: CCl4 control, Group IV: 50 mg/kg of cinnamon extract; Group 5: 250 mg/kg of ginger extract; Group VI: As in group II, a combination of 25 mg/kg cinnamon extract and 125 mg/kg ginger extract, and group VII: 100 mg/kg of silymarin (as the standard drug). These treatments were performed daily for 14 days. On the fourteenth day, all groups received 1ml of CCl4 along with olive oil (1:1 v/v), except for the groups I and II. The last two groups received only olive oil. Results: Intraperitoneal injection of CCl4 into rats significantly increased the levels of liver enzymes, bilirubin, and malondialdehyde (MDA), and decreased total antioxidant and total protein levels compared to the control group (P<0.001). Pre-treatment with a combination of cinnamon and ginger extracts significantly improved these factors. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that co-administration of cinnamon and ginger extracts is more efficient in protecting liver from the damaging effects caused by CCl4.

- چکیده انگلیسی: The present paper presented a methodology for prioritizing the innovative and entrepreneurial indicators using Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) and Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs), taking into account three individual, organizational and cultural dimensions simultaneously in decision making procedure. This methodology has two main advantages: first, the speed of operation in the accounting process and its simplification, and the other is the high precision with the elimination of errors in the calculations. Hence, a combination of findings were considered and identified in the Meta synthesis framework in the form of group categorization of indicators. Then, the entrepreneurship and innovation experts' opinion were gathered based on Meta-analysis. Next, the indicators were prioritized using Analytical Network Process (ANP) and the Decision-Making Trial and Assessment Laboratory (DEMATEL). The results obtained from Meta-analysis and multi criteria decision making methods were used as input and output data, respectively, to create an Artificial Neural Network model. Finally, the Artificial Neural Network model was designed in the form of Multi-layer Perceptron (MLP) Neural Network.

- چکیده انگلیسی: In the knowledge-based era, knowledge is the distinctive
resource of organizations and knowledge management (KM) is
considered as the primary task of organizations that strives to utilize their
intellectual capitals effectively. Hence it is vital to understand carefully
the appropriate contexts and enablers of knowledge management.
Organizational culture is among the most influential factors affecting the
quality of accomplishing KM practices. In spite of this vital effect, its role
has not been studied carefully. This article tries to explore the correlation
of the four types of organizational culture on the knowledge management
practices. It will investigate the way in which these cultures can facilitate
or hinder KM practices. The population of the research consists of
educational and research centers. A sample of 275 participants was
selected as statistical sampling. According to the research findings, these
organizational cultures have a considerable effect on the KM practices.
Clan and adhocracy organizational culture have a powerful positive
relationship with KM practices, but this effect was negative for market
and hierarchical cultures. These findings support the necessity of
adopting a more humanistic approach for implementing knowledge

- چکیده انگلیسی: Information is like a strategic decision-making tool in which the quality of decisions will merely depend on the information used at the time of making those decisions. The purpose of this research is to assist individual investors in Tehran Stock Exchange by providing them a logistic model enabling them to predict their trading behavior. The data in this research has been collected from the statistical population of the study through variables, believed to have effects on the investors' process of decision making. Therefore, in order to achieve the statistical data, 2400 transactions in the form of 100 transactions, including buy and sell of stock shares from March 2017 until February 2019 have respectively been collected as samples. Based on the results of the logistic regression test, the behavior of institutional investors, as well as the volume of stocks traded have a significant positive impact on the behavior of individual investors (the probability of buying shares by them) versus the Beta, earnings per share, and dividends per share that have a negative effect on the probability of purchasing shares by individual investors. The analysis of the results suggests that individual investors are mainly subject to collective behavior which in particular is the same behavior of institutional investors. On the other hand, they tend to invest in stocks with low beta (defensive stocks) along with factors such as earnings per share and dividends per share which have less impact on the probability of stock purchases by individual investors.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Objective(s): To investigate the efficiency of a novel series of coumarin derivatives bearing benzoheterocycle moiety as novel cholinesterase inhibitors.
Materials and Methods: Different 7-hydroxycoumarin derivatives were synthesized via Pechmann or Knoevenagel condensation and conjugated to different benzoheterocycle (8-hydroxyquinoline, 2-mercaptobenzoxazole or 2-mercaptobenzimidazole) using dibromoalkanes 3a-m. Final compounds were evaluated against acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and butyrylcholinesterase (BuChE) by Ellman's method. Kinetic study of AChE inhibition and ligand-protein docking simulation were also carried out for the most potent compound 3b.
Results: Some of the compounds revealed potent and selective activity against AChE. Compound 3b containing the quinoline group showed the best activity with an IC50 value of 8.80 µM against AChE. Kinetic study of AChE inhibition revealed the mixed-type inhibition of the enzyme by compound 3b. Ligand-protein docking simulation also showed that the flexibility of the hydrophobic five carbons linker allows the quinoline ring to form π-π interaction with Trp279 in the PAS.
Conclusion: We suggest these synthesized compounds could become potential leads for AChE inhibition and prevention of AD symptoms.- انتشار مقاله: 13-03-1396

- چکیده انگلیسی: Objective(s): Alzheimer’s disease (AD) as progressive cognitive decline and the most common form of dementia is due to degeneration of the cholinergic neurons in the brain. Therefore, administration of the acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitors such as donepezil is the first choice for treatment of the AD. In the present study, we focused on the synthesis and anti-cholinesterase evaluation of new donepezil like analogs.
Materials and Methods: A new series of phthalimide derivatives (compounds 4a-4j) were synthesized via Gabriel protocol and subsequently amidation reaction was performed using various benzoic acid derivatives. Then, the corresponding anti-acetylcholinesterase activity of the prepared derivatives (4a-4j) was assessed by utilization of the Ellman's test and obtained results were compared to donepezil. Besides, docking study was also carried out to explore the likely in silico binding interactions.
Results: According to the obtained results, electron withdrawing groups (Cl, F) at position 3 and an electron donating group (methoxy) at position 4 of the phenyl ring enhanced the acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity. Compound 4e (m-Fluoro, IC50 = 7.1 nM) and 4i (p-Methoxy, IC50 = 20.3 nM) were the most active compounds in this series and exerted superior potency than donepezil (410 nM). Moreover, a similar binding mode was observed in silico for all ligands in superimposition state with donepezil into the active site of acetylcholinesterase.
Conclusion: Studied compounds could be potential leads for discovery of novel anti-Alzheimer agents in the future.- انتشار مقاله: 11-10-1395
