This method uses the condensation of isatoic anhydride, aldehydes, and amines in the presence of a catalytic amount Sulfonated Porous Carbon (SPC). One of the important advantages of the new method is that the SPC could be recycled and reused.

- چکیده انگلیسی: In this research, at first, Ce-substituted barium ferrite, BaCe0.2Fe11.8O19 was prepared via the sol-gel method as a substrate and then Carbon NanoTubes (CNTs) was synthesized on the surface of the substrate by Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) technique. The structure, morphology, and electromagnetic performance of the synthesized nanocomposites were characterized by XRD, FE-SEM, and Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM), respectively. The results indicated that the BaCe0.2Fe11.8O19 particles were coated by CNTs, and the nanocomposite has magnetic properties. Therefore, the electromagnetic properties including complex permittivity (εr), the permeability (µr), and microwave absorption properties were investigated using a vector network analyzer. It was found that in the nanocomposite, because of the presence of CNTs, the Reflection Loss (RL) widely increased. The maximum reflection loss in the frequency range of 8-12 GHz for 2.5 mm thickness was -49.61 dB at 9.0 GHz. The results suggest that prepared nanocomposite can be suitable in the microwave absorbing coatings.

- چکیده انگلیسی: In this study, copper chromite (CuCr2O4) nanoparticles was prepared by inverse co-precipitation method. In this method, cupric nitrate trihydrate, (Cu (NO3)2.3H2O) and chromium nitrate nonahydrate, (Cr (NO3) 3.9H2O) with a mole ratio of 1:2 were used. Characterization of CuCr2O4 nanoparticles was performed by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR), Raman Spectroscopy, X-ray Diffraction Spectroscopy (XRD), Thermo-Gravimetric/Differential Scanning Calorimetry (TG-DSC), and Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FE-SEM). The results show that CuCr2O4 crystal can be obtained at temperature 520 °C. Also, phase structure of the CuCr2O4 depends on both Cu:Cr molar ratio and temperature in the starting reactants. Based on this method and under optimum conditions, the temperature for calcination (520 oC), the crystallite size of nanoparticles (18 nm), the spherical structure particles (30 to 70 nm) were obtained.

- چکیده انگلیسی: A semi-batch crystallization system is used to determine growth kinetics and morphology of barium carbonate crystals, under a constant pH value and constant temperature in the various relative supersaturations. Results show that crystal growth rate satisfies a first-order kinetic expression at high relative supersaturation, while at relative supersaturation values lower than 3, the kinetic expression is second order. The crystal growth of barium carbonate follows the Burton, Cabera, and Frank mechanism by the kinetic expression G=as2 tanh (b /s). The kinetic parameters obtained from low to high supersaturation ratio by using a numerical methods are a=9.5×10-7 ms-1 and β=1.35×10-2. The investigations show that the pH values and relative supersaturation of solutions have an important role on the crystal morphology of barium carbonate and the forms of observed crystals are floc, candy-like, pillar-like, olivary and olivary with end dendrite with respect to operating condition.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Researchers and teaching practitioners have been trying to find more effective methods of teaching idioms due to the significance of these expressions in language learning contexts. The present study sought to investigate the effects of three verbal mnemonic tools (grouping, stories, and conceptual metaphor) on EFL learners’ recognition and recall of English idioms. Ninety EFL learners at intermediate language proficiency level who were preparing themselves to take IELTS participated in this study. They were in three groups of thirty members each. Each group was randomly assigned to one of the experimental conditions and was instructed idioms using one of the verbal mnemonic devices. The collected data were analyzed using the one-way ANOVA procedure. The results showed statistically significant differences among these devices, with ‘stories’ being the most effective on recognition and ‘conceptual metaphor’ being the most beneficial in the recall of idioms. The findings of the study can have potential theoretical implications for researchers and pedagogical implications for curriculum developers, language teachers, and learners.

- چکیده انگلیسی: The present study examined the effect of multimedia glosses on foreign language listening comprehension. To this end, 94 male students studying at Rasa English Institute in Tehran were selected for the treatment. The participants consisted of three groups, and each group was randomly assigned to one of the following treatment conditions: textual, pictorial, and textual-pictorial glossing. They were given a vocabulary pre-test before the treatment. The purpose of this test was to exclude the words which were already familiar to the participants from the posttests. Meanwhile, a listening comprehension post-test was administered at the end of the treatment period. To investigate the effect of multimedia glosses on listening comprehension, the data obtained from the listening comprehension post-test were analyzed using one-way ANOVA. The result showed that textual-pictorial glosses had a significant effect on listening comprehension. The findings of this study may have implications for language learners, teachers, researchers, and materials developers.

The developmental delays of children, is one of the most important sources of information to detect the developmental delays of children. The aim of this study was to investigate the developmental delays and its relationship with anthropometric indices in Urmia city, Iran.
Materials and Methods
This is a descriptive analytical study that conducted on 422 children who had 6-12 months old and were selected randomly with cluster sampling from 10 Health Center. Anthropometric indices (weight, height and head circumstance) were collected from recorded files, and development of children was measured using developmental test of Ages and Stages Questionnaires (ASQ). The data were analyzed using SPSS version 18.0 software.
Results
The results showed that the prevalence of the developmental delays of children was 18.8% and the highest and the lowest prevalence was related to the area of communication (7.1 %), and the area of gross motor (0.9 %), respectively. The developmental delays of children in boys, was more than girls (P< 0.05). The mean weight, height and head circumference of children at birth time were 3222.6±469 grams, 49.07±6.68 cm and 34.01±5.3 cm, respectively. There was no significant relationship between height and head circumference at birth time and the developmental delays of children (P> 0.05).
Conclusion
Considering the significant number of the developmental delays of children and its relationship with birth weight in this study, it is recommended to consider appropriate interventions at pregnancy period for the prevention of low birth weight and the constant programs about the developmental delays.- انتشار مقاله: 07-12-1395

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Investing in the health of children in learning situation is one of the most important health interventions. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of health promoting schools in improving the health status of schools in Urmia, North West of Iran.
Methods and materials: This interventional study was conducted on 155 schools executing the health promoting schools program that were included by census. Data collection instrument was standard checklist of health promoting schools approved by Ministry of health and Ministry of education. Data were collected in two-stage before and after intervention during 12 months. Data were analyzed using the software SPSS 16.0 and descriptive statistics and Paired t- test were used.
Results: There were 217 schools in Urmia in primary, Middle and High school. A total of 155 schools surveyed in the study, 77 schools (49.7%) were primary school, 68 schools (43.9%) junior schools, and 10 schools (6.5%) were high school. Mean score of rates was 59.35 + 13.22 before the intervention and 63.94 + 12.1 after intervention and this difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Also, the rates of nine dimensions before and after the intervention increased excluding the two dimensions of clinical services and mental health services and counseling and these findings were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion: The results showed that health promoting schools program was effective in improving schools in terms of health promotion. It is recommended that families, organizations, and policy makers to be involved in the implementation of this program.- انتشار مقاله: 21-09-1395

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: According to research, ones well-being is an important factor for mental health and satisfaction in one’s personal life and people with more well-being are more satisfied with their lives. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to find a relationship between self-compassion, emotional quotient, and maternal styles with the well-being in Shiraz school students. Methods: Elementary school students and high school students in the academic year of 2018 were the research population. A total of 510 students who were chosen by multistage sampling method consisted this study sample so that based on the number of schools in Shiraz, 24 primary and high schools were chosen. Two classes from each school were selected and 9 to 11 students from each class participate in study. The tools used were maternal style questionnaire, self-compassion scale (SCS), emotional quotient scale (TMMS), and subjective well being inventory (SWB). Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression were applied for analyzing data. Results: According to the analysis, authoritative maternal style, self-compassion, and emotional quotient were important predictors of ones well-being and they can predict 81% of well-being in this study (P = 0.003). In addition, significant correlations were found between authoritative maternal style and self-compassion (correlation coefficient = 0.88, P = 0.007), authoritative maternal style and emotional quotient (correlation coefficient = 0.86, P = 0.008), and authoritative maternal style and subjective well-being (correlation coefficient = 0.94, P = 0.005). Conclusions: According to this study, maternal style, emotional quotient, and self-compassion play an important role in the society and individuals mental health and well-being, therefore, these factors should be attended, especially the authoritative maternal style, which has the most correlation with well-being.

- چکیده انگلیسی: In this paper a transformerless Static Synchronous Series Compensator (SSSC) to increase the power capacity of a 230 kV transmission line is proposed. In order to eliminate the transformer, a 15-level cascade H Bridge (CHB) inverter is employed within the proposed compensator structure to inject reactive power to the transmission line. The theory of instantaneous p-q power using in the compensator is in such a way that allows for the system to be controlled in one phase. However, this method is used with three-phase systems. The proposed control method is also able to balance the voltage of dc-link capacitors at a desirable level. Modulation technique used by the inverter is Phase-Shifted PWM. In order to validate the proposed compensator’s application, a three-phase transmission line is tested by MATLAB software. The transmitted active power of this transmission line is equal to 160 MW. The results obtained from a dynamic simulation are presented. Simulation results indicated 39% increase in the transmitted active power of the line.
