- چکیده انگلیسی: AbstractIntroduction: Nowadays, the Internet has created a virtual world and become an incentive for universities to invest in e-learning. And in order to accomplish this, they attempt to both use and evaluate e-learning systems. We aimed to identify and rank the components for measuring the success of universities using the fuzzy network analysis approach.Material and Methods: This applicable descriptive survey was done on the users of e-learning systems in the University of Sistan and Baluchestan as well as experts in the field of e-learning. Data were collected using related questionnaires. The reliability of questionnaire was evaluated using Cronbach's alpha for each factor separately as well as for the whole questionnaire. The total reliability coefficient of questions was 0.959. The single sample t test and fuzzy network analysis techniques were used to analyze data.Results: Components of information quality, service quality, system quality, supporting factors, teacher characteristics, student characteristics, and environmental factors are effective in the success of e-learning systems. Moreover, information quality with the relative weight of 0.23 and environmental factors with the relative weight of 0.05 have the maximum and minimum effect, respectively. Conclusions: Focus on data quality and educational content, providing suitable and faster services and infrastructure facilities for e-learning systems can improve e-learning systems in universities.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Copper oxide nanoparticles were synthesized using black tea extract and copper nitrate as the
copper source by the green method at different calcination temperatures. This method has many
advantages such as nontoxic, economic viability, ease to scale up, less time consuming and
environmental friendly approach for the synthesis of CuO nanoparticles without using any organic
chemicals. The synthesized CuO nanoparticles were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction
(XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR).
The average crystallite size of CuO nanoparticles was calculated using Scherrer formula. The Xray
powder diffraction (XRD) analysis revealed the formation of monoclinic phase CuO with
average particle size of 22-39 nm.

magnesium nitrate as the magnesium source by the sol-gel method. This method has many
advantages such as nontoxic, economic viability, ease to scale up, less time consuming and
environmental friendly approach for the synthesis of MgO nanoparticles without using any
organic chemicals. Nanoparticles were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR)
spectroscopy, UV-visible spectroscopy and powder X-ray diffraction (XRD). The average
crystallite size of MgO nanoparticles was calculated using Scherrer formula and Williamson
Hall equation. The powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis revealed the formation of cubic
phase MgO with average particle size of 14 (Scherrer formula) and 5.3 (Williamson Hall
equation) nm.

- چکیده انگلیسی: The use of plant extract is generating the interest of researchers toward cost effective,
nontoxic, economic viability and eco-friendly green synthesis of nanoparticles. In the present
work, zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles were synthesized using black tea extract and zinc nitrate
as the zinc source by the sol-gel method. The synthesized ZnO nanoparticles were
characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-visible spectroscopy and Fourier
Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). The average crystallite size of ZnO nanoparticles
was calculated using Scherrer formula. The X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) analysis
revealed the formation of wurtzite hexagonal phase ZnO with average particle size of 32 nm.

iron chloride as the iron source by the sol-gel method. This method has many advantages such

friendly approach for the synthesis of α-Fe2O3 nanoparticles without using any organic
chemicals. Nanoparticles were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR)
spectroscopy, UV-visible spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The powder X-ray
diffraction (XRD) analysis revealed the formation of Rhombohedral phase α-Fe2O3 with
average particle size of 21 nm.

- چکیده انگلیسی: A green and convenient protocol is described for the preparation of E-1-(alkylamino)-3- (1,3-dioxoisoindolin-2-yl)-2-methyl-1-oxopropan-2-yl viaone-pot three-component reaction between 2-(2-oxopropyl)isoindoline-1,3-dione, an alkyl isocyanide and an E-cinnamic acid in water at room temperature. The methods used to follow the reactions are TLC and NMR, which indicated that there is no side product and the products were obtained without any purification. The structures of the products were deduced from their 1 H NMR, 13C NMR and IR spectra. The present methodology offers several advantages such as a simple procedure, catalyst-free, mild reaction conditions, high yields, and the absence of any volatile and hazardous organic solvents.

- چکیده انگلیسی: This paper describes the aging behavior of the oil impregnated repulped cellulose and compares it with the aging behavior of the oil impregnated standard cellulose. In order to evaluate the reliability of using repulped cellulose in transformers, the accelerated aging process was applied to both types of cellulose by increasing the temperature to 150 °C and their aging behavior was studied and compared through measuring their viscometric degree of polymerization (DP) in consecutive aging periods. Results were fitted to estimate an aging relation respect to the initial DP and this was yield that the accelerated pyrolysis behavior of two survived types of cellulose are completely similar and obeys the same damping model. From the obtained results, it can be concluded that the moulded insulating parts made of repulped cellulose can be used in the insulation system of power transformers with a good and acceptable reliability. The reduction of DP to 30% of its initial value was estimated as a criterion for the end of life time of these celluloses.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Nanomagnetic NiFe2O4 was used as the efficient, stable, reusable catalyst for selective oxidation of alcohols to their corresponding carbonyl compounds using oxone (potassium hydrogen monopersulfate) as oxidant in the presence of water as solvent at room temperature. The oxidation of various primary and secondary alcohols has been examined and related corresponding products were obtained with good yields. The catalyst was investigated with XRD, SEM, ICP and IR techniques. Furthermore, the catalyst could be easily recovered and reused for several times without loss of activity.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Nanotechnology has opened up new opportunities for the design of nanoscale electronic devices suitable for developing high-performance biofuel cells. Glucose-based biofuel cells as green energy sources can be a powerful tool in the service of small-scale power source technology as it provides a latent potential to supply power for various implantable medical electronic devices. By using physiologically produced glucose as a fuel, the living battery can recharge for continuous production of electricity. This review article presents how nanoscience, engineering and medicine are combined to assist in the development of renewable glucose-based biofuel cell systems. Here, we review recent advances and applications in both abiotic and enzymatic glucose biofuel cells with emphasis on their “implantable” and “implanted” types. Also the challenges facing the design and application of glucose-based biofuel cells to convert them to promising replacement candidates for non-rechargeable lithium-ion batteries are discussed. Nanotechnology could make glucose-based biofuel cells cheaper, lighter and more efficient and hence it can be a part of the solutions to these challenges.
