- چکیده انگلیسی: In this research, the interaction of [CuL(DMF)], [NiL(DMF)] and [VOL(DMF)] (where L = ((E)-4-((2-amino-5-nitrophenylimino)methyl)benzene-1,3-diol)) complexes derived from tridentate Schiff base ligand with bovine serum albumin (BSA) and DNA was investigated via electronic absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy. The Ultraviolet-Visible (UV-Vis) spectra exhibited an isosbestic point for the complexes through titration with DNA. The experimental results showed the presence of intercalation interaction between the complexes and calf-thymus DNA (CT-DNA). The interaction of BSA protein and complexes was significant. The recorded florescence spectra of complexes interacting with DNA and BSA revealed the static quenching manner. The free binding energies of complexes and their interaction modes with DNA and BSA were determined by the molecular docking. MTT-dye reduction technique was applied to define cytotoxicity of [NiL(DMF)], [CuL(DMF)] and [VOL(DMF)] complexes against breast cancer 4T1 and colon carcinoma C26 cell lines. The [VOL(DMF)] complex had cytotoxic activity against 4T1 and C26 cell lines.

- چکیده انگلیسی: The new [Co(Salen)(PBu3)2]ClO4, [Co(Salen)(PBu3)2]BF4, [Co(Salpn)(PBu3)2]ClO4 and [Co(Salen)(PMe2Ph)2]ClO4 ( where salen = bis(salisylaldehyde)ethylenediimine)) complexes were synthesiszed and chracterized by IR, UV-Vis, 1H NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The IR and 1H NMR spectra cofirmed that the synthesised complexes contain Schiff base ligand, phosphane and conter ion and the elemental analysis is in good agreement with those calculated for the proposed formula. The coordination geometry of [Co(Salen)(PMe2Ph)2]ClO4 and [Co(Salen)(PBu3)2]ClO4 complexes were determined by X-ray crystallography. It has been found that all the complexes are hexa coordinate in the solid state. Cobalt atom exhibits a distorted octahedral geometry and the salen ligand has the N2O2 coordinated environment in the equatorial plane.
Cobalt complexes with ligands derived from salicylaldehyde have been well studied.[1] They are regarded as models for the Cobalamine (B12) coenzymes [2-4] classified as an oxygen carrier [5] and used as a catalyst for the preparative oxygenation of phenols [6] indols [7] and amines.[8]. The catalytic activity of Co(III) with salen complexes has been investigated. - چکیده انگلیسی: The VO(IV) complexes of tridentate ONO Schiff base ligands derived from 2- aminobenzoicacid and salicylaldehyde derivatives were synthesized and characterized by IR, UV–Vis and elemental analysis. Electrochemical properties of the vanadyl complexes were investigated by cyclic voltammetry. A good linear correlation was observed between the oxidation potentials and the electron-withdrawing character of the substituents on the Schiff bases, showed the following trend: MeO < H < Br < NO2. The thermogravimetry (TG) and differential thermoanalysis (DTA) of the synthesized complexes were carried out in the range of 20–700 °C. All of the complexes decomposed in three steps. The thermal decomposition pathways were closely related to the nature of the Schiff base ligands and preceded via first-order kinetics. The structures of compounds were determined by ab initio calculations. The optimized molecular geometry was calculated at the B3LYP/6-31G(d) level. The results suggested that, in the complexes, V(IV) ion was in square-pyramid or TBP (trigonal bipyramidal) NO4 coordination geometry. Also the bond lengths and angles were studied and compared.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Introduction: Because of the close relationship between economic growth and well-being, many economists have sought to identify the sources of economic growth. Human capital, through increased quality, increased wages will enhance economic growth .Today, Development Economists studies shows government policy such as Investing in human capital and R&D expenditure affected on Income distribution and reduction of inequality in countries economics.Materials and Methods: This study is based on data of 2011 Iranian social accounting matrix using structural path analysis. The study population was included all the economic sectors and households in Iran. Sim sip -SAM software used for analysis of data.Results: With increase of 1 billion Rial in education sector, income of energy sector, services sector, Health sector, agricultural sector, industrial sector, and mining sector increased 0.0199, 0.0195, 0.0185, 0.0173, 0.012, and 0.0154 respectively. Among the quintile households, the fifth quintile Urban with 0.038 billion will have the greatest impact on expansion of the training and the total household income will increase to the extent of 0.229 billion.Conclusion: Expansion or regards to Education sector caused increase of income in household’s quintiles equally, in result, this issue reduced inequality, thus providing of free education will increase household welfare, economic growth and ultimately the economic development will be strengthened.

- چکیده انگلیسی: The present study was carried out to examine the effects of a vitamin premix (VP) reduction or withdrawal from finisher diet (29-43 days) on performance, immuno-competence, and characteristics of leg bones and meat lipid oxidation of chickens fed on corn-soybean meal based diet. A total of 900 male broiler chickens (Ross 308) were allocated to five treatment groups (0, 33%, 66%, 100% and 133% VP), with nine replicates per treatment group. At 29 and 36 days of ages, four birds from each replicate were injected with sheep red blood cells (SRBC). The cell-mediated immunity was determined via phytohemagglutinin (PHA) and 1-chloro 2-4-dinitrobenzen (DNCB) at 34 and 42 days of ages. At 33, 38 and 43 days of age, 42 days of ages, and two birds of each replicate were slaughtered and bone parameters measured. The oxidative stability was evaluated by thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) on the thigh samples that were stored for 90 day at -80 ˚C. The results showed that reduction or withdrawal of VP from diets at different time points of the finisher period did not affect performance, immunocompetence and characteristics of leg bones. Results of TBARS showed that lipid peroxidation of the treatment without VP was significantly higher than of the other treatments when slaughtered at 43 days of age. Finally, the results of this study demonstrated that it is not possible to reduce the VP in finisher broilers’ diets without negative effects on meat quality during the time of freezing.

- چکیده انگلیسی: In this study, the effectiveness of training close reading has been evaluated on reducing exam anxiety (reducing Social Credit, cognitive barriers and tension mode) of female students in the 8th grade. The research method was an experimental type. The statistical population of the research was female students of the 5th district of Tehran who was studying at the eighth grade during 2016-2017. The research sample included 40 students who were selected by cluster sampling method and they were randomly replaced in two groups. The fundamental techniques of close reading were trained to the experimental group in 8 sessions, while, the control group did not receive these trainings during this period. Then, anxiety exam was taken from the experimental group and controlling the anxiety of the above exam after the test. The results analyzed by using covariance analysis test (ANCOVA). Results showed that there was a significant difference (P≤0.05) between the experimental and control groups. Therefore, using close reading can lead to the reduction in exam anxiety.

- چکیده انگلیسی: This article gives you proof that bimetallic transition metal clusters with the difference in electronegativity are better catalysts than monoatomic one. To prove this fact, a study of ethylene adsorption on bimetallic clusters vanadium-nickel VnNim (2≤n+m≤6) has been demonstrated. Our result shows that hardness has a quite good linear correlation with the non-Lewis of VnNi (n=1-5) cluster (R2=0.99). This finding is important, because this is the first time in literature that presents an orbital explanation for hardness. It is possible to see the results of both nickel doped in vanadium cluster and also vanadium doped in nickel cluster. The maximum interaction for these species is for one nickel substituted alloy, VnNi (n=1-5). This finding corresponds to the lowest energy gap between HOMO of bimetallic clusters and LUMO of ethylene, according to Fukui equation of reactivity. A successful demonstration has been performed by extrapolation of theoretical results to predict the best mixing of two metals which reveals that V8Ni cluster is the best that is in accordance with the experimental results of mixing vanadium with nickel as catalysis in industry. We have also demonstrated that the larger bimetallic cluster has more conductivity and reactivity which is the demonstration of nano character.

- چکیده انگلیسی: In this study, electronic structures of ground state of pure vanadium sub-nano clusters, Vn (n=2-5), and their interactions with small ligands for example CO and triplet O2 molecules are investigated by using density functional theory (DFT) calibration at the mPWPW91/QZVP level of theory. The favorable orientations of these ligands in interaction with pure vanadium sub-nano clusters were determined. Multiplicities of these pure clusters are triple, doublet, singlet and doublet for dimer, trimer, tetramer and pentamer, respectively. While the CO molecule is associatively adsorbed on vanadium clusters, triplet O2 is dissociated over adsorption. Primary and secondary hyper-conjugation concepts have been employed to show stabilization of vanadium oxide complexes. Natural bond orbital (NBO) and natural resonance theory (NRT) analysis revealed that trimer, tetramer and pentamer clusters are relatively delocalized and have some resonance structures.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Due to some important applications of guanine electrode in scientific and technology research such as electro-chemical DNA based biosensors, and a problem of high redox potential of guanine (0.81 V), our research study concentrates on reducing guanine redox potential by substituting Cu, Ag, Au, CH3, C2H5 and Cl on sites of 1, 2 and 9 of guanine. A 5.0% reduction of redox potential for 9-Ag-guanine was the sign of favorable result. In order to have further lower potential, sliver clusters (Ag2 andAg3) were used. The obtained percentages of reduction of potentials were 53.6% and 36.8% for 9-Ag2 and 9-Ag3-guanine, respectively. In this research, Gaussian 09 was used and DFT was applied with long-range corrected xc-functional (LC-BLYP).
