- چکیده انگلیسی: In the present work, we report preparation of NiO nanoparticles with well-defined plate morphology by solid-state reaction of NiCl2∙6H2O and the Schiff base ligand N,N′-bis-(3-methoxysalicylidene)benzene-1,4-diamine), as a novel precursor via solid state thermal decomposition method. This method is a simple and environmentally friendly for preparing transition metal oxides. The result of TGA analysis of the precursor showed that the proper calcinations temperature is 450 oC. The NiO product was characterized by XRD, FT-IR and UV-Vis spectroscopy, SEM and TEM. The results indicated that the obtained product is face-centered cubic of nickel oxide, plate shape with average particle size of 10-20 nm. The optical absorption band gap of the nickel oxide nanoparticles was estimated to be 2.1 eV.

- چکیده انگلیسی: A new synthesis of a-hydroxycarboxylates and 2-hydroxybenzoates based on the reaction of acetonides of a-hydroxycarboxylic acids and 2-hydroxybenzoic acid with sodium alkoxides in the corresponding alcohols as solvent is described. In general, decreasing the steric hindrance of the reactants and increasing the boiling points of alcohols increased the yields and decreased the required time for the reactions.

- چکیده انگلیسی: PVC/NiFe2O4/Fe2O3 compositewas successfully synthesized and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Also, the catalytic activity of PVC/NiFe2O4/Fe2O3 has been considered in the synthesis of two arylidene barbituric acid derivatives. The FT-IR and XRD results confirmed the synthesis of PVC/NiFe2O4/Fe2O3 composite. According to Scherre equation and the main peak at about 2θ = 41.72º, the average crystalline size of the nanoparticles determined at about 75 nm. Catalytic activity results show that the as-prepared composite is as an efficient catalyst. This study suggests that other PVC composites could be explored as a new catalyst for synthesis of other arylidene barbituric acids.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Two new mercury(II) Schiff base complexes [Hg((2,6-Cl-ba)2-1,2-pn)X2] (X = Cl (1), I (2) and (2,6-Cl-ba)2-1,2-pn = N,N'-bis(2,6-dichlorobenzylidene)-1,2-diaminopropane) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis (CHN), FT-IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy. The crystal structure of complexes 1 and 2 were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray results shown that the mercury(II) ions in these complexes have a distorted tetrahedral geometry with HgN2Cl2 and HgN2I2 chromophores, respectively. In these complexes, the Schiff base ligand (2,6-Cl-ba)2-1,2-pn act as chelating bidentate ligand, coordinating via the two iminic nitrogen atoms and it adopts an E,E conformation. Finally, the thermal behavior of complexes was study using thermogravimetry in order to evaluate their thermal stability and thermal decomposition pathway.

- چکیده انگلیسی: In this research study, four iron (II) complexes of tetradentate N2O2 Schiff base ligands with the general formula of Fe((MeO-bph)2 Am) (Am=1,2-ethyelenediamine (1), 1,3-propanediamine (2), 1,4-buanediamine (3) and 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine (4) were synthesized and characterized using the elemental analysis (CHN) and FT-IR spectroscopy. Thermal properties and decomposition stages of all the complexes were evaluated. Finally, all complexes were decomposed at 600 °C for 3 h and the dark precipitates were characterized using the FT-IR, XRD and SEM. FT-IR and XRD results revealed that the precipitate were the pure phase of rhombohedral of magnetite (α-Fe2O3) nanoparticles. The SEM images showed that, the morphology of the precipitate was a relatively spherical shape and average diameter of 40-70 nm. The results of the thermogravimetric analysis the iron (II) complexes showed that the complexes 1–4 were stable until 140-200 °C. However, after that, all the complexes 1–4 decomposed in two stages at various temperatures.

- چکیده انگلیسی: In this paper, we report the syntheses and crystal structuredetermination of three mononuclear and four-coordinated zinc(II) bromide complexes with chemical formula of [Zn(tsc)2]Br2 (1), Zn(PPh3)2Br2 (2) and Zn(Brcatsc)Br2 (3). The synthesized complexes are characterized by elemental analysis (CHN) and theircrystal structures are investigated by single crystal X-ray diffraction. In complex 1, the TSC coordinates to the zinc(II) ion as a bidentate ligand via N and S atoms. In complex 3, the thiosemicarbazone ligand Brcatsc coordinates to zinc(II) ion as a monodentate ligand via S atom. In these complexes, the zinc(II) ion coordinated in a distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry.

- چکیده انگلیسی: In this paper,nano-sized of mononuclear tetrahedral zinc(II) complex with the general formula of Zn((pma-ba)2en)Br2.2H2O, (pma-ba)2en=N,N¢-bis{(paramethylamino)benzylidene}ethylenediamine, was synthesized by ultrasonic bath assisted from the reaction of ZnBr2 and Schiff base ligand (pma-ba)2en in molar ratio 1:1 in methanol solution. The zinc(II) Schiff base complex characterized by elemental analyses (CHN), Fourier transformed infra-red (FT-IR) spectroscopy, X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Also, thermal stability of the complex was studied from room temperature to 780 °C under argon atmosphere. TGA shows three stages for decomposition of the zinc(II) complex. At the end of decomposition, the remainder part is ZnO. The preparation of ZnO at the end of thermal decomposition confirmed with XRD. The XRD pattern of complex has shown that the sharp crystalline peaks indicating the crystalline phase in complex. By Scherrer’s formula, the average size of the nano-sizes of the complex was calculated >200 nm, that confirmed by SEM image. In addition, ZnO nanoparticles were obtained by thermal decomposition of zinc(II) Schiff base complex at 550 °C for 3 h. XRD result that the good crystallinity for zinc(II) oxide with no impurity observed in the ZnO product. The average size of the nanoparticles of the ZnO was calculated <50 nm.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Objective(s): In line with previous research on the development of conjugated bisphosphonate ligands as new bone-avid agents, in this study, DOTA conjugated alendronate (DOTA-ALN) was synthesized and evaluated after labeling with gallium-68 (68Ga).
Methods: DOTA-ALN was synthesized and characterized, followed by 68Ga-DOTA-ALN preparation, using DOTA-ALN and 68GaCl3 (pH: 4-5) at 92-95°C for 10 min. Stability tests, hydroxyapatite assay, partition coefficient calculation,
biodistribution studies, and imaging were performed on the developed agent in normal rats.
Results: The complex was prepared with high radiochemical purity (>99% as depicted by radio thin-layer chromatography; specific activity: 310-320GBq/mmol) after solid phase purification and was stabilized for up to 90 min with a logP value of -2.91. Maximum ligand binding (65%) was observed in the presence of 50 mg of hydroxyapatite; a major portion of the activity was excreted through the kidneys. With the exception of excretory organs, gastrointestinal tract organs, including the liver, intestine, and colon, showed significant uptake; however, the bone uptake was low (<1%) at 30 min after
the injection. The data were also confirmed by sequential imaging at 30-90 min following the intravenous injection.
Conclusion: The high solubility and anionic properties of the complex led to major renal excretion and low hydroxyapatite uptake; therefore, the complex failed to demonstrate bone imaging behaviors.- انتشار مقاله: 02-09-1394
