- چکیده: هدف پژوهش حاضر، تدوین و اعتباریابی الگوی توانمندسازی مدیران هنرستانهای فنی و حرفهای استان کرمان در سال 96-1395 میباشد. این پژوهش به روش آمیخته (اکتشافی) انجام شد. جامعة آماری در بخش کیفی افراد مطلع و خبرگان در حوزة توانمندسازی مدیران هنرستانهای فنی و حرفه-ای بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و با در نظر گرفتن اصل اشباع نظری، تعداد 20 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در بخش کمی، جامعة آماری شامل کلیة مدیران هنرستانهای فنی و حرفهای استان کرمان بودند، که با استفاده فرمول تعیین حجم نمونة (سرایی، 1393)، تعداد 175 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها در قسمت کیفی، مصاحبههای نیمه ساختاریافته و در بخش کمی، پرسشنامة محققساخته بود، که روایی این پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظر خبرگان مورد تأیید و پایایی آن نیز با استفاده از محاسبة ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای 5 مؤلفه 83/0 تا 91/0 به دست آمد. در قسمت کیفی، 5 مؤلفة اصلی و 17 مؤلفة فرعی در توانمندسازیِ مدیران شناسایی شد و درنهایت به عنوان الگوی توانمندسازی مدیران هنرستانهای فنی و حرفهای ارائه گردید و در ادامه اعتبار الگو با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مورد قبول قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان میدهد توانمندسازی میتواند به عنوان عاملی مهم و مؤثر در ارزشیابی نیروی انسانی و مدیران کارآمد به عنوان معیاری ارزشمند لحاظ گردد.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Considering the assumptions of cognitive load theory and using its reduction and optimization strategies in the design and development of instructional content is one of the main requirements for achieving effective learning. This study examined the effectiveness of instructional multimedia based on reducing the extraneous cognitive load in English language learning among Nursing students.
Methods: In this study, pretest-posttest design with control group was used. The population included all the undergraduate students of Nursing at Alborz University of Medical Sciences in the academic year 2015-2016. Of these, 36 students were selected through a convenience sampling procedure and were randomly assigned to either of two groups in the study: control (n=17) and experimental (n=19). The instruments included instructional multimedia lessons and English grammar tests (pretest and posttest). For data analyses, an analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was applied.
Results: The results showed that the experimental group outperformed the control group on the posttest. This indicated that the instructional multimedia designed based on the reduction of extraneous cognitive load enhanced the learning rate of experimental group when compared to that of the control group.
Conclusions: Using instructional multimedia based on the reduction of extraneous cognitive load helps improve learning by lowering the extraneous cognitive load learners experience during the process of learning.- انتشار مقاله: 03-03-1395

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Studies have shown that there is a gap between theory and practice in the use of learning analytics in educational settings. Some researchers attribute this gap to not taking learning theories into consideration in the use of learning analytics in educational contexts. This study was conducted to address the role of learning theory in applying learning analytics in educational contexts. Methods: This is a qualitative study and the study design is content analysis. Thematic analysis was used as the research method. Data for this study was collected through an interview with 14 experts in the fields of learning analytics and learning theory who were selected purposefully. Theoretical saturation method was used to determine the sample size. Content analysis techniques were used to analyze data and content validity index (CVI) and Cohen’s kappa coefficient were performed to measure the validity and reliability of the findings. Results: Data analysis was performed to identify three main roles for learning theory in learning analytics including underpinning role, guiding role, and sense-making role. Conclusion: The results suggest that first, learning theory should underlie learning analytics (where to begin). Second, application of learning analytics in educational settings should be guided by learning theory (what and how to do), and third, learning analytics’ reports should be interpreted based on the learning theory implications for education (answer to question why).

- چکیده انگلیسی: The aim of the current research is to explore a strategist developing model based on a mixed method for National Iranian Oil Company. This study is an exploratory and applied research, and it methodologically uses mixed methods. In the qualitative part, which is based on a data theory approach, the required data were gathered by means of semi-structured interviews. The participants involved in the study were 24 industrial and academic experts. After collecting the data, they were encoded, and necessary measurements were then taken to determine dimensions, main categories, subcategories, and relevant concepts related to our coding system. Having gained a coded table which was pivot and selective, finally, the goodness of the fit of the paradigmatic research model was developed (n=320). Quantitative analyses were performed by means of SPSS 24 and Lisrel 9.30 software. The qualitative findings of this study included 11 main categories, 24 subcategories, and 98 concepts. The concepts which were related to development strategists included causative factors (individual factors, organizational factors, and discourses); the category of central strategic thinking (conceptual and organizational thinking, foresight, and philosophical attitudes); obstructive factors (both inter organizational and intra organizational factors); contextual factors (cultural context, psychological factors, and organizational independence); strategies to identify the talents, to attract them, and to retain them; the outcomes of the establishment of monitoring system; strategic thinking; and the process of developing experts in our oil company. Our findings resulted in discovering a pattern to develop experts in oil industry.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Children with cognitive disability have a poor performance in all of the visual –motor tests. Therefore, diagnosis and rehabilitation of these learning disabilities seem necessary. The purpose of the present study was to construct and normalize a learning disability test for pre-school students. A researcher-made visual-spatial test was devised consisting of seven sections (symbolization, space status, visual distinction, visual argumentation, visual memory sequence, maze, and rotational form) whose content validity was confirmed by psychology professors and then was performed on a sample of 206 preschool students. The questions were analyzed, and their validity, reliability and cut point were determined. This test showed an acceptable reliability. Then, to determine the construct validity and components of the tests, Varimax normalized method was used. Conformity factor analysis was also used to determine the validity of the factors which confirmed that the structure of questionnaire had an acceptable fitness to the data. Independent t-test demonstrated that there is a significant difference between the average scores of the normal students and those with learning disability. To investigate convergent validity, we used learning disability checklist that was simultaneously completed by the mothers. The results of Chi-Squared test demonstrated that there is a significant relationship between these two variables: the completed checklist by mothers and completed learning disability test by children.Considering the acceptable reliability and validity of the tests, it can be a tool to be used by learning disorders and counseling centers.

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to predict disorders in the elderly with respect to psychological disorders.
Method: The method used for the research was descriptive correlational analysis. The statistical population of this study included all the Tehran's elderly during 2018, among which 300 were selected by stratified random sampling method. The measurement instruments were the psychological Symptoms Checklist (SCL-90-R) and the Meta-Cognitions Questionnaire of Wells (MCQ). Multiple regression analysis was used as the statistical method to analyze the data.
Results: Results revealed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the components of meta-cognition and psychological disorders. The components of positive beliefs, uncontrollable beliefs and cognitive beliefs were significant for all the components of psychological disorders. However, the components of negative beliefs did not have a significant effect on physical complaints and aggression, and the cognitive component had no significant effect on sensitivity in relationships and aggression.
Conclusion: According to the findings of this research, it is concluded that metacognitive beliefs play an important role in the prediction of mental disorders in the elderly.- انتشار مقاله: 26-06-1397

- چکیده انگلیسی: The present study is aimed at designing a model of family function for the target population based on the elements of marital intimacy and conflict of the couples referred to Kermanshah-based marriage consultant centers. The study is a development study in nature and study population was comprised of all couples referring to marriage consultant clinics in Kermanshah city. A sample group of 500 members (250 males +250 female) was formed through simple random sampling. To measure variables Three questionnaires were used to collect data include: family assessment devise (FAD), marital intimacy questionnaire, and marital conflict questionnaire. For data analysis, inferential statistics (path analysis method) was used in Lisrel. The results showed that Fitness of the designed model was acceptable and marital conflicts and family function were predicted satisfactorily. Marital conflicts predicted family function with intimacy as a mediator factor. Moreover, marital conflicts predicted marital intimacy and the intimacy in turn predicted family function.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Primary schools have the highest quota in children’s education. In all urban regions of Tehran, it is required to know whether the problems and capabilities in spatial inequality of development range have been distributed in the same way and whether all the schools care about the same issues, or whether some regions require a greater focus. Objectives: This research aimed at surveying the relationship between different regions of Tehran based on the spatial pattern of inequality in urban development of capabilities and social and emotional difficulties among students in the early years of primary school. Methods: Based on the ex-post facto research design and its statistical population, 270 students (7 to 9 years old) from the early years of primary school in the academic year of 2017 - 2018, were included in this study. By multi-stage cluster sampling method, three regions were selected for sampling, based on the pattern of inequality in Tehran’s development centers. Then, one female and one male school were randomly selected from each region and the strengths and difficulties questionnaire (SDQ) was distributed among the students. This measure is a brief behavioral screening questionnaire that assesses three- to sixteen-year-old students. The data were analyzed by SPSS 23. Multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) was run for data analysis at the significance level of P < 0.01. Results: The findings showed that the residential area of students affects their social and emotional health. This effectiveness can account for 8% of students’ social and emotional status. Also, a significant difference was observed between relatively developed and undeveloped regions in students’ level of emotional ability (P < 0.01), yet the developed region did not show any difference with relatively developed and undeveloped regions. Complementary effect was obtained as 0.82, which was the sum of the effect of social and emotional health and shows student’s social and emotional development. Conclusions: There was a significant difference between students’ residential area and children’s social skills and abilities. Children’s social and emotional abilities are more considerable than their social and emotional difficulties. Therefore, attention to training for families and children is strongly recommended.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background and Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of real-time electronic formative assessment-based medical education on learners’ motivational beliefs and self-regulation strategies.
Methods: This randomized clinical trial was conducted on 323 students studying at the Medical School of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, Mashhad, Iran, during the first semester of the academic year of 2017-2018 using a posttest control group design. The investigation of motivational beliefs and self-regulation strategies was accomplished using the Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire. The research hypotheses were studied by means of independent t-test and multivariate analysis of variance.
Results: According to the results, there was a significant difference between the control and intervention groups in terms of motivational strategy subscales, namely self-efficacy, intrinsic value, test anxiety, and self-regulation (P0.05).
Conclusion: As the findings indicated, the use of real-time electronic formative assessment in the educational environment can enhance students’ motivational beliefs and self-regulation strategies in medical education.
