- چکیده: تنش شوری یکی از مهمترین تنشهای غیرزنده میباشد که تولید جو را در کل دنیا به شدت تحت تاثیر قرار میدهد. پیچیدگی فیزیولوژیکی و ژنتیکی تحمل شوری سبب کند شدن ایجاد ارقام متحمل به شوری شده است. به منظور مکانیابی QTLهای مرتبط با صفات زراعی و فیزیولوژیکی، 149 لاین هاپلوئید مضاعف حاصل از تلاقی یک رقم استرالیایی (Clipper: حساس به شوری) و یک توده بومی الجزایر (Sahara3771: متحمل به شوری) تحت شرایط تنش شوری طبیعی مزرعه ایستگاه یزد (با EC خاک 12-10 و آب 10-9 دسی زیمنس بر متر) و شرایط نرمال مزرعه ایستگاه کرج (با EC خاک و آب در حدود 5/2-2 دسی زیمنس بر متر) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. بین والدین و لاینهای هاپلوئید مضاعف از لحاظ صفات تعداد روز تا گلدهی، محتوی نسبی آب، محتوی کلروفیل، ارتفاع بوته، طول سنبله، تعداد روز تا رسیدگی کامل، بیوماس، عملکرد دانه، شاخص برداشت، تعداد دانه در سنبله، وزن هزار دانه، محتوی سدیم و پتاسیم و نسبت پتاسیم بر سدیم تفاوتهای معنیدار وجود داشت. تجزیه QTL بر اساس روش مکانیابی فاصلهای مرکب و با استفاده از یک نقشه ژنتیکی مشتمل بر 517 نشانگر، که به صورت یکنواخت روی کروموزومهای جو پراکنده شده و 1502 سانتی مورگان از ژنوم جو را پوشش داده بودند، انجام پذیرفت. در مجموع 72 QTL برای صفات مورد مطاله شناسایی شد که 40 QTL مربوط به محیط نرمال و 32 QTL مربوط به محیط شور بود. تغییرات فنوتیپی توجیه شده توسط این QTLها از 7/2 تا 8/61 درصد متغیر بود. یک QTL بزرگ اثر روی کروموزوم 2H و نزدیک نشانگر Vrs1 مشاهده شد. این QTL بر صفات بیوماس، تعداد دانه در سنبله، عملکرد دانه، ارتفاع بوته و وزن هزار دانه تاثیر داشته و میتواند در برنامههای بهنژادی جو برای افزایش تحمل به شوری با استفاده از گزینش به کمک نشانگر مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. تعدادی QTL پایدار نیز برای صفات ارتفاع بوته، بیوماس، تعداد دانه در سنبله و وزن هزار دانه شناسائی شدند که میتوانند در برنامههای به نژادی جو برای افزایش تحمل به شوری مورد استفاده واقع شوند.
- چکیده انگلیسی: mapping the QTLs of agronomic and physiological traits, 149 double haploid (DH) lines from a cross between an Australian cultivar, Clipper (salt susceptible), and an Algerian landrace, Sahara3771 (salt tolerant), were evaluated under natural saline (Yazd Station, ECsoil=10-12.8 ds/m and ECwater= 9-10 ds/m) and normal (Karaj Station, ECsoil and ECwater ~2-2.5 ds/m) environments. There were remarkable differences between parents and among the lines for studied traits, including days to heading, relative water content, chlorophyll content, plant height, spike length, days to maturity, biomass, grain yield, harvest index, grain number per spike, 1000 grain weight, Na+ and K+ contents and K+/Na+ ratio. QTL analysis was performed using the genetic linkage map consisted of 517 molecular markers distributed evenly on all seven barley chromosomes spanning 1502 cM of barley genome based on composite interval mapping method. A total of 72 QTLs for the measured traits were determined, from which 40 QTLs were under normal and 32 QTLs were under salinity stress conditions. The phenotypic variation explained by individual QTLs ranged from 2.7 to 61.8%. A major QTL related to biomass, grain number per spike, grain yield, plant height and 1000 grain weight was identified on chromosome 2H in the vicinity of Vrs1 marker locus. In addition, for plant height, biomass, grain number per spike and 1000 grain weight, some stable QTL(s) under both salinity and normal conditions were identified on that locus which considered as salinity related QTLs. These QTLs can be useful in breeding programs for improving salt tolerance using marker-assisted selection.

- چکیده انگلیسی: This study presents a robust and rigorous method based on intelligent models, namely radial basis function networks optimized by particle swarm optimization (PSO-RBF), multilayer perceptron neural networks (MLP-NNs), and adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system optimized by particle swarm optimization methods (PSO-ANFIS), for predicting the equilibrium and kinetics of the adsorption of sulfur and nitrogen containing compounds from a liquid hydrocarbon model fuel on mesoporous materials. All the models were evaluated by the statistical and graphical methods. The predictions of the models were also compared with different kinetics and equilibrium models. The results showed that although all the models lead to accurate results, the PSO-ANFIS model represented the most reliable and dependable predictions with the correlation coefficient (R2) of 0.99992 and average absolute relative deviation (AARD) of 0.039%. The developed models are also able to predict the experimental data with better precision and reliability compared to literature models.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Objective(s): Ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) is the leading cause of acute kidney injury. This study aimed to elucidate the reno-protective effect of gamma-oryzanol (GO) by comparing gavage and intraperitoneal (IP) administration methods on renal I/R injury in a rat model.
Materials and Methods: Rats were divided into four groups including (group 1) sham, (group 2) I/R-control, (group 3) I/R+GO gavage-treated, and (group 4) I/R+ GO IP-treated. A single dose of GO was administrated to groups 3 and 4 (100 mg/kg body weight), 60 min before induction of I/R. After anesthesia, I/R was created by 45 min of ischemia, followed by 6 hr of reperfusion. Then, blood and tissue samples were subjected to evaluation of renal function, anti-oxidant capacity, inflammation, apoptotic proteins, and IKB/NF-kB pathway.
Results: The two GO administration methods showed improvement of renal function along with attenuation of histological abnormalities. An increase in antioxidant capacity along with a decrease in pro-inflammatory markers, decline in the expression levels of BAX, Bax/Bcl-2, and caspase-3, and up-regulation of Bcl-2 expression were recorded. Moreover, a significant decrease in NF-Kb, p-IKBα, and MMP-2/9 with an increase in IKBα levels were also observed. Overall, in a comparative evaluation between the two gavage and IP administration methods, we did not find any differences in all examined parameters, except IL-6 which had a better result via gavage.
Conclusion: A single dose of GO administration has a reno-protective effect against renal I/R injury. Gavage and IP administration exhibit similar efficiency in alleviation of I/R injury.- انتشار مقاله: 26-05-1399

- چکیده انگلیسی: In this study, we developed a selective and sensitive inner filter effect-based method by thioglycolic acid capping CdTe quantum dots (TGA-CdTe QDs) for the quantitative determination of Vitamin B12 (B12). The effect of all experimental parameters and possible interference agents for determination of B12 by TGA-CdTe, were individually investigated and optimized. In addition, the mechanism of this detection method was discussed in detailed. Under the optimum conditions, the fluorescence-quenching rate of the TGA-CdTe QDs showed a relative linear relationship against B12 concentration in the ranges of 0.02–0.4 and 1.5–70.0 μM B12 with a detection limit of 2.0×10-8 M. Furthermore, the accuracy, precision and the practical application of determination of B12 by this developed method, were studied in pharmaceutical formulations injection without any sample pretreatment process. The percentage recoveries for B12 determination in these real samples were obtained in the range of 95.0%–105.0%.
